What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Adobe Creative Cloud is the seamless access to industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects—all in one subscription. The apps are consistently updated with cutting-edge features, and the cloud integration makes it easy to work across devices and collaborate with others. The ecosystem feels unified and powerful, whether you're editing videos, designing graphics, or working on UX/UI projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the pricing, which can be high for freelancers or small teams. Also, some apps require significant computing power, which can affect performance on lower-end machines. However, given the feature set and quality, the investment is well worth it for serious creatives.
What do you like best about the product?
There are simply no other products that offer what the Adobe suite does. It is best in class for creative software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have, on multiple occasions, struggled with authorization and licensing on both my professional and personal accounts. This is especially true when switching devices. I have spent hours with Adobe support, and they are worthless. Clearly outsourced call centers that have no answers beyond re-login and re-install.
What do you like best about the product?
Photoshop can be used for a wide range of tasks, including photo editing, graphic design, web design, and even video editing, making it a versatile tool for creative professional. As an architect, we used photoshop everyday from material editing to layouts and presentations. Photoshop tools are wide enough to explore and use. It also has a great customer support which I personally love. Tools are very straight forward to understand.

It has extensive features that might other people find it challenging to use

Whether I’m editing a photo, creating graphics, or doing something more complex, it gives me all the tools I need. I also love how features like layers and smart tools make things easier and more precise.

What I dislike about Adobe Photoshop is that it can feel overwhelming at first, there are so many tools and options that it takes time to learn. It also tends to use a lot of system resources, which can slow things down, especially on older or less powerful machines.

I love how Adobe Creative Cloud offers a complete suite of professional tools for design, video editing, photography, and more. Each app—like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects—offers deep functionality and integrates well with one another. The cloud syncing and shared libraries also make it easy to move between projects and devices without losing progress. It's the gold standard for creative professionals.

The subscription pricing can be high, especially for freelancers or small teams that only use a few apps. Some apps also require a steep learning curve, and performance can lag on lower-spec machines. Adobe’s updates are frequent, but they sometimes introduce bugs or change workflows unexpectedly.

The cloud storage is a big part of it! It's incredible. Adobe creative cloud allows me to access multiple different products - as well as learn on the go, meaning I never have to turn a task away. I can do it all! There are so many features to mention! Its easy, seamless and gives me what I need to do my job well every single day. The customer support has always been top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. If anything - it can feel in accessible if you're employers don't provide it because of the cost but I can see adobe working hard to provide design suites that cater for everyone!
