What do you like best about the product?

• Broad, unified suite across photo, video, design, and web with tight ecosystem handoffs between apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. • Ongoing feature delivery, including Firefly generative tools and credits embedded into core apps and workflows. • Clear packaging for individuals and teams with defined storage, app access, and AI entitlements.

What do you dislike about the product?

• Pricing keeps trending up, and the renaming to Creative Cloud Pro with tiering versus Creative Cloud Standard adds complexity while pushing the higher tier for full AI access.

What do you like best about the product?

InDesign is incredibly powerful and reliable for any kind of layout work. Its real strength lies in the final output stage. The ability to package a project, gathering all fonts and linked images, is flawless and essential for working with printers. Exporting high-quality, print-ready PDFs is straightforward and dependable.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel InDesign is falling behind in the AI race. I'm waiting for smart features like an AI-powered layout generator that could suggest creative compositions. An intelligent system to parse PDF comments and apply edits would transform the revision process. The current generative AI for images inside InDesign also feels like a limited version of what Photoshop can do, which interrupts a smooth workflow.

What do you like best about the product?

You always have the best features for editions. Ai its not perfect but you have all of ai stack for visual.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's mandatory to use some exclusive features and I have to adapt to some different new workflows. Its ok, i can do it, but I would prefer more options in bridge features.

What do you like best about the product?

Adobe InDesign is hands down my go-to tool for any kind of layout design. What I like best about it is the level of control it gives you over every tiny detail—whether you're designing a magazine spread, a resume, a brochure, or even an interactive PDF. The interface feels professional but not overwhelming, and once you get used to the tools, it’s incredibly intuitive. I especially love how seamless it is to integrate assets from Photoshop and Illustrator. You can just drag and drop layered files, make quick edits, and keep everything consistent. The grid and alignment tools are a lifesaver when you're trying to keep your layout clean and balanced. Another standout feature is the master pages. They save so much time when you're working with multi-page documents. You can set up consistent headers, footers, and design elements once and apply them throughout the project. Overall, InDesign is a powerful, reliable tool that makes you feel like a design pro—even if you're still learning. Definitely worth the investment if you do a lot of design work.

What do you dislike about the product?

Steep learning curve for beginners. While InDesign is a powerful and professional tool, it definitely has its downsides. The biggest drawback for me is the steep learning curve. For new users, the interface can feel overwhelming, and even basic tasks take time to figure out unless you’ve had proper training or follow tutorials. Another major issue is performance—especially with large files or when working on older machines. It can lag or crash unexpectedly, which is frustrating during tight deadlines. Also, the software isn’t very beginner-friendly when it comes to publishing interactive or digital documents. Lastly, Adobe’s subscription pricing can be a burden if you only need InDesign occasionally. There’s no affordable one-time purchase option, which makes it less accessible for casual users or small businesses. Overall, it’s a great tool—but not without its quirks and limitations.

What do you like best about the product?

Each application is easy to use, they automatically update and it is consistent. I use it every day for work and rarely ever have any issues. Plus, you can do many different things in just one of the apps, they are very versatile.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing that has been a challenge in the past is when an app updates and then the old version and new version are both still present in my Adobe Creative Cloud area. The default is for the older application, but deleting that version fixed this issue and it hasn't happened since.

What do you like best about the product?

The best software for professional creatives. If you work with other agencies and media, this is your software language.

What do you dislike about the product?

Expensive yearly subscription. New creatives are forced to use free online counterparts because it is not accessible to them. Software navigation and usage requires mastery and familiarity. Beginners and casual designers are also forced to use free counterparts. I once worked with an event organizer and they needed help with poster templates, but because they are not familiar and had no access to Adobe, they wanted the template to be in Canva. I had to learn the app fast to give them the design template.

What do you like best about the product?

What is most helpful about Adobe InDesign is that it integrates with the Adobe environment to expedite publishing processes. I extremely appreciate the ability to use Photoshop and Illustrator as supplemental tools that help produce high-level layouts. InDesign has some intuitive features for creating layouts and interaction that make it easy to navigate for a new user, but also has a breadth of features for those with advance ambitions.

What do you dislike about the product?

If anything, I think it can have a learning curve to navigate all the features. There are UI settings that try to simplify this process, but there are still some things nested in different menus and places that make a simple publishing project take additional time.
