What do you like best about the product?
I use it mostly for reviewing contracts and preparing client -ready PDFs, and the commenting+ markup tools feel more precise tha anything else I've tried. The ability to compare two versions of a PDF and instantly see what changed has saved me from long, manual proofreading sessions. I also appreciate the OCR accuracy, scanned files become searchable and editable with almost no cleanup required. What stands out for me is how Acrobat turns complicated steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced functions, like complex form building or batch without digging into tutorials. And while perfomance is solid overall, very large PDFs occassionally take a moment longer to lead or export.
What do you like best about the product?
Acrobat is the most useful tool for our business as it helps us in reading all kinds of documents related to our business and also make required changes in it's contents and data according to our needs. This software can change word and excel files into pdfs and vice-versa.
What do you dislike about the product?
For reading and writing most of the documents it's free features are enough and we also never felt any requirement of it's premium plan but if anybody wants detailed features accessibility and documents editing and managing then they might need to purchase it's premium plan and it is really costly.
What do you like best about the product?
Adobe Acrobat has so many uses for PDF management and editing that is easy to operate, even for new comer. Any platform can implement the application, especially with smartphone that I can access at any time to view document and making simple editing. I also can add password to the document to protect it from unauthorized user, customer support help to guide me how to add protection to the document. I can integrate with Dropbox for fast cloud storing and sharing with colleagues and client. Using it for everyday operation is ideal, the application is light and doesn't strain my computer resource when using it for heavy editing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawing tools on online PDF editor isn't consistent with what I draw after converting from PDF to word format. The layout is misalign and I have to spend more time to realign the drawing back to its place. It can be a real issues if all my document convert is having the same issue.
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface that make PDF document viewing is easy and to find tools for PDF editing is straightforward. Basic PDF editing is free, no hidden fees or payment subscription needed to save the document after editing, unlike some of the PDF editing software practice. For me, its easy of integration with Google Drive is the win, upload and share document with client is easy and I can track how many time the document is viewed. Customer support team help a lot for implementing it on work computer, we use it everyday and need to be sure that we can access it frequently without access issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools navigation at first is quite hectic as many of the tools is buried on different feature categories and make it difficult to find tools in time. A dynamic tools manager that allow user to pin favorite tools on the dashboard can solve this issue.
What do you like best about the product?
Adobe Acrobat has every editing tools needed to altering existen PDF document like page merging to combine many document into one file. I love how quick the process to converting word format to PDF format in one click. The most valuable integration is with Microsoft 365 that allow for build-in document to converted to PDF easily. Adobe also offered verity implementation on different hardware like laptop and mobile phone, on-the-go editing is possible as it can be opened on mobile apps. Using it everyday has improve how I manage and edit my business document especially with invoice and purchase receipt. Shout-out to their customer support team that never left us out when we have issues with the platform and require quick assist to solve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation on features usage based on subscription tier is too apparent, for basic account, there is no AI assistant tools available and need to upgrade the package. The problem is, we had to pay higher even when we only need to use some of the advance tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Adobe Acrobat provide an easy workflow for PDF editing, splitting one document into separated page, convert PDF format to other document format like .PPT or .docX is quick. It also allow for integration with Dropbox for easy document storage and sharing, which I use everyday for managing document transfer. As for software implementation, quick installation on both PC and smartphone, just need a few click and it is automatically installed on those devices. I also satisfied with their customer support that quickly responding to every request and inquiry that we sent to seek help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs with almost every new updates on mobile application, they quickly fixing the issues but still we have to wait for few days for it to resolve. It would be better if they check all the function before roll-out the new updates.
What do you like best about the product?
Adobe Acrobat make it easy to merging one PDF document with other PDF document, just need to select how many document and their order to merge it into single files. Easy implementation is attracting us to use it on different other devices like computer and phone, quick installation just take 3-5 minutes to complete the installation. As for integration, connecting it with Docusign has expand the e-signature features that make it easier to sent document to several people instantly. We use it almost daily to edit and alter our contract document before sending it to customer. One thing that make their software more interesting is because of how well their customer service team has supporting our usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some PDF document layout is not retain after converted to word document and I need to reorder the layout back. It is taking my time to change everything back to the correct order. Other than this issue, everything else is pretty standard.
What do you like best about the product?
Adobe Acrobat specialize in PDF editing and document e-signature. Easy to edit current PDF document to edit text, adding new column or graph to the document layout. Merging several separate document into one file make it easy to send it to customer for review. Implementation wise, user has option either to install it on PC, tablet, or smartphone or all of them for easier access from anywhere. Integration with Microsoft 365 offered a simpler process to converting document to PDF in second, without adding any add-on required. To be fair, I used it everyday to edit invoice document, add password to the document before sending it to customer for them to signing it digitally. Overall, this positive experience is all because of a good customer support team that always responding to our inquiry, feedback and opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening extra large PDF document on smartphone can make the application freeze or not opening at all. It worked okay for document sized less than 1GB, but the problem will arise if the size is bigger than that. The same issue doesn't happen on tablet or computer as they has bigger RAM size to handle the document.
