The Xerox DocuMate 3125 USB Document Scanner can handle a wide array of thick, thin, as well as long documents to make it suitable for any workplace. Capable of delivering up to 40 pages per minute or 70 images per minute in duplex mode, this A4-document scanner supports a daily capacity of 3,000 pages. It can also scan ID and business cards of up to 0.8 millimeter thickness. It comes with an automatic document feeder that has a capacity of 50 sheets. With its ultrasonic double feed detection function, this 24-bit scanner is engineered to detect stapled or other misfed documents to prevent the sheets from getting crumpled or the output tray from getting jammed.

Terrific little scanner
Love these scanners for small office work and converting paper legal files to digital. Fast, and the included software is pretty easy to use and does a good job for our efforts to go paperless

CDW Specs not accurate
While specs say it does, this scanner does not come with Kofax VRS software which is unfortunate because that's why i purchased it.
I verified this with Xerox.

Xerox Scanners last and work
We swear by these things. We scan upwards of 50 documents a day and were using the base model for 4 years, non-stop. It finally started failing on us but we all agreed it served well so on the new one we upgraded a few pegs. I love it, I get excited to scan things cause it's fun lol.

I love this scanner
This little scanner is a workhorse. It can always do what I need it to do, never a hickup, and I have used it for quite a few years. I had to suddenly upgrade to Win10, and now I am heartbroken to find that the scanner software will not work.

Very useful scanner
Good scanner for the price. I like the PaperPort Software that accompanied the scanner. I would like to see two or more rubber rollers, rather that the one off-center one, as the paper guides in at an angle. Also, adjustment of the paper guides is not smooth. Running more than a few pages (6 or so) results in a jam or two pages being pulled through. I've use another desktop scanner that doesn't exhibit the features as reported above, and it is much more expensive, and the software was not as good.

Has not worked properly since inception
Paper does not grab properly. Now it takes 5-8 scans to get scanner to pick up graphics.

Nice scanner but setup was a real pain.
Scanner seems to work nicely, but the setup was ridiculous. Menu on disc did not have the folder info the paperwork said it did. The online video spent 2 minutes showing how to untape the scanner, then just said click autorun to setup, which did absolutely nothing. It took 3 hours to get running, what a needless waste of time.

hardware failed to initialize
i have xerox scanners and onetouch software giving hardware failed to initialize error. other applications are scanning with same scanner. no solution yet

THE WORK HORSE
I HAVE HAD THIS SCANNER FOR YEARS AND IT IS STILL GOING STRONG, I JUST POPPED INTO XEROX SITE TO UPDATE SOME DRIVERS AND THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW IF I EVER HAVE TO REPLACE THIS BABY IT WILL BE WITH ANOTHER XEROX SCANNER!

Set-up nightmare
Set up was a pain, I have installed several scanners from various manufacturers and have not had this level of difficulty. I could not get the one touch software to allow me to save documents to a specific file, attempted to just scan them and it would give me an error message.

Awesome product
I bought it to scan the generational pictures I inherited from multiple family members. It works perfectly! I have been able to give pictures to all my cousins, and free up a lot of space!

Works Great !
The scanner works great ,
Once you get past the Installation frustration with missing link error and Red question marks on the scanner control panel.
The Install disk does not have the driver for Windows 10
So download the Win 10 driver form Xerox web site ,
And All is good, The scanner operates as expected
