Rated 5 out of 5 by from May not be a good idea for Dell Precision models I have not used it yet because it did not appear to be well suited for the computer I bought. I bought a precision 7740. It appears to be better for a less robust machine. The power supply I bought for it is better suited for an Inspiron, and does not support output for my graphics card. I need 4 HDMI monitors. It only has one HDMI output. We have 3 students in the family, plus my wife who use Inspirons, so some one will get use from it. It comes with a power supply and several useful adapters for input/output.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT dock. This is really an amazing easy-to-use dock. When others (lenovo were too complicated for three monitors I just used this one and no trouble at all. Only thing is that it does NOT charge laptops. I have to buy an extra charger for the guys to use at home because one has to stay at the office. I have bought three of these now. They work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUYUniversal QUAD HD (QVHD) Docking Station Docking station does not work as advertised, and I would recommend you stay away from this product. My Universal QUAD HD (QVHD) Docking Station does not display anything on any one of my three monitors. I have have several individuals try and help me, but all without success. Even went to the Targus website to try and trouble shoot and came away without any success. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from USB-C is not PD (Power Delivery - won't charge) BUYER BEWARE! I bought this device over a year ago thinking that when it was time for me to upgrade my laptop I would be able to embrace USB-C and have just one cable required to plug into my device. Unfortunately this is not the case at all. I understood using the USB-A adapter that it would not charge my laptop (that didn't have USB-C). However when I upgraded to a device that did have USB-C this dock is not capable of charging. I'm extremely disapointed that this is not made clear in the description. Had I known this wasn't capable of charging the laptop I simply would not have purchased. I am hoping to return the device and upgrade to a dock that is capable of 4 x monitors and charging a laptop!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This has got to be the dumbest dock ever! Who would release a docking station that doesn't actually charge the device you connect to it? I worked on this for 20 minutes before realizing it because I thought there was NO WAY someone would release a product that didn't have that functionality out of the box. It's fundamental! Returning this product ASAP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect, no issues, no complaints! Works as promised, four 1080p monitors via hdmi. If you need it to power your laptop, you'll need the more expensive model but I carry a usb-c charger in my backpack so the laptop charger stays home anyway. I tested it with my surface my pixelbook, an old dell laptop and my new work laptop (hp. Half used the adapter have didn't. One needed a new driver installed but the others were plug n play.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Charge My Laptop with the Dock plugged in I just bought the Dock 520 and I use 3 monitors. They hooked up easily and works fine but my battery is not charging. How can I charge my Lenova T580 which uses the USB-C port for charging, when I use the same port for the Dock???
