Great product!
Cool product...literally! This mat helps protect you or whatever else you use to sit your laptop on from the heat. The dual fans allow for a quicker cool down. It supports laptops up to 16" and has rubber pads to help your laptop from slipping. Overall, the product does what it's supposed to do and has some nice features that other chill mats, don't!

Solved My Problem
Targus' Dual Fan Chill Mat has solved my problem with my computer overheating. When I have my computer on top, I don't have to worry about the heating it was creating on my table. Glad I got this, now no more worries.

Easy and works as desrcibed
My wife has been using this since I set it up for her. Her laptop was always getting real hot on her desk. This gives a nice sturdy stand and keeps the laptop nice and cool. At first, she thought the fans were distracting, but after a few minutes, you don't notice them.

Just chilling
The chillmat is worth the money IMO even if it only keeps my laptop a couple degrees cooler. Every degree counts when using a gaming laptop, and hopefully this will give it a longer life.My laptop seems to be running a bit faster, but is still pretty warm to the touch. I also like that it runs via USB. I love how light weight this is. I can literally take it anywhere.

Pros:
1. 2 fans, better than 1. Certainly helps with keeping the laptop cool.
2. Works with 16" laptops
3. USB powered - so quite convenient
Cons
1. It's pretty flat, so no elevation angle available
2. No On/Off switch available - you'll need to pull out the USB to turn off.
3. Not as silent as some other cooling pads.

Amazingly cool
This product is very quiet, lightweight, and designed nicely.I like the fact that it moves air around swiftly, and cools quickly. It's simple to use, and stays in place while using. I love the USB accessibility which is great.

Good cooling capabilities
The laptop tray does a good job of cooling. Having the laptop rest on my legs gets very hot and the tray does a good job of pushing the heat away with its two fans. I like that the plug is on the back of the tray so the USB cord can reach either the left or right side of the laptop to plug in. The only criticism I have is that the tray could use some additional grips to keep the laptop in place. When you have it on the tray it can slide around a little bit, not enough that it would fall off, but you have to readjust the laptop every once in a while.

Often times my laptop over heats from working on it too long. The Targus Chill Mat has assisted this problem. The mat consist of two quiet dual fans. It keeps my laptop and myself cool. To stabilize my laptop, the bottom has four rubber grips. The top has mesh holes. The mat plugs into my USB drive.

Nice product
Got this product for my 11 year old daughter. She always uses her laptop on the bed or couch and it was over heating. This chill mat worked great for that. It is very quiet and easy to use. Her laptop fits perfectly and it is not heavy. Glad I got it.

Great product
Just received this cooling mat about a week ago. Installed it under my new MacBook Pro and it great. Does a great job of keeping the laptop cool. Design is good as well as the b build quality. Very quiet when its running. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great investment.
I received and have been using it for about week now Dual Fan Chill Mat and so far I am pleased with it. It has awesome. I am on my laptop a lot. It helps my computer stay cool. Set up is simple,
I just plug the usb cord on my laptop and it works by itself. It works quietly for the most part. It is very light weight , very slim, nicely designed. I used on my desk and on my lap board. It fits in handbag

Does the job, but is it necessary?
I'm using this mat with my 16in MacBook Pro. The fans work reliably and not too loudly, but there are a few caveats:
1. This mat only takes in power from a provided usb cable, but it doesn't include a USB to USB-C adapter or wall adapter. The new MacBooks only have USB-C ports, so you'll need to get a hub or adapter to convert from the MacBook's USB-C ports.
2. As long as the Chill Mat is connected to my computer, the fans will run. Even when the computer is in sleep mode. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have an on/off switch.
3. I mainly wanted this to use in my lap when wearing shorts so I would not burn my legs. The instructions tell you to always place the mat and computer on a table. You *can* use it on your lap but you need to be careful not to let your computer slide off of it. The two rubber nubs that are supposed to keep the computer from sliding around don't even make contact with the underside of my MacBook.
4. I use my computer to compile software and spin up Docker Containers. This causes the CPU to heat up, triggering the MacBook's built-in fans to spin at high speed. Although this is common, I have never had any performance issues and always expected that the built-in fans would compensate automatically. This leads me to question whether a fan-powered chill mat is necessary at all.
Summary: It helps keep your computer cool by blowing air onto the underside of your laptop/notebook computer. Computers without a standard USB connection will require an adapter to power the fans.

Worth the money - I would purchase again.
Worth the money - I would purchase again because it has been keeping my dell laptop cooler / before getting the chill mat my laptop would seem to be on the verge of overheating - it would get hot then the laptop fan would kick on but would not seem to reduce the temperature enough - which caused the laptop fan to run constantly which is more annoying than the chil mat fans.

Won't be using this much.
I live in Texas and my desk sits in front of a window (lucky me!). However, the afternoon sun shines through that window so it gets pretty hot. I like the idea of this fan helping to keep both my laptop and myself cooler. However, the vent holes are only on the top so it does keep the laptop cool but no air blows out towards me at all. Also, because the height is almost 2 inches tall, it raises my laptop up enough that my wrists rest on the edge of the laptop when I type which becomes uncomfortable rather quickly. I will continue looking for a different cooling option.

The 16 " Dual Fan Chill Mat works so good. I am usually on my computer for hours at a time and seriously worried it will over heat. But, as I have been using the Chill Mat I have seen how great the fans work and I am not worried about it anymore. My laptop stays cool and I can work with no worries. Simple to attach the cord (that comes with it to each the computer and the cool mat.

Great for working from home!
This chill mat has been awesome while working from home. I usually sit on the couch throughout the day to work and without the chill mat my computer and lap get hot and my computer tends to load slower. The mat has been great in ensuring my computer doesn’t overheat!

Does exactly what I need it to to.
This is a super convenient way to keep my laptop from overheating. It’s lightweight, and just plugs in from a USB. I have no problems with it sliding off.
The fans are slightly audible, but it’s so quiet I eventually forget that I can hear it.
Overall, this gives my laptop the thermal control that I need, especially when I’m sitting on the couch and not using a desk.
