Unknown voltage
It uses a nonstandard voltage and that voltage is written nowhere on the unit. So I plugged in a 12v power adapter and it broke. I don't know who thought it would be a good idea to use a barrel plug and not write the voltage.

I previously wrote a review stating it never worked properly. Since then, I disconnected and moved it to a different set up. It seems to be working just great now. I'm happy with the product and hope that continues!

Fully Functional Powered USB 3.0 Hub for a Decent Price - Does everything I need to at USB 3.0 speeds/wattage. The device is sensitive to movement though, moving it around can cause connections to drop and reconnect.

Stopped working
Bought this some time ago. It just stopped working. Nothing I connected would work any longer. Tried it in multiple computers. Nothing. Disappointed.

This is great for my Dell Laptop. I only have 2 USB ports on my laptop and this helped out a lot.
