8tb of must have that you never knew you needed
I've been using the T5 EVO USB 3.2 8T portable SSD for the last few months and at first I thought I was insane for thinking I needed so many terabytes of memory, yet after the this years installment of call of duty mwiii, I now can appreciate the storage capacity of this device. I've also been able to install several video game rom dumps, something that I previously never even considered doing due to limited storage space. I'm so extremely satisfied with my purchase, not only because of the available space, but because I leisurely don't even have to think about space ever and it's a beautiful thing to not constantly worry about deleting files, games, pictures and basically everything just because of a single update or bug fix. Having an additional 8tb of memory is exactly why the term "worry free" even exists in my vocabulary. I highly recommend this ssd to anyone abs everyone especially if you work, play or use your PC on a daily basis. It's an absolute must have and I promise, you will be thanking me for this recommendation after your first peak of all of your glorious memory space available in your drive. It's just stunning and beautiful.

WHEN YOU FILL IT UP WITH 3/4 it is DEAD! the write
Initially, I thought about replacing my 8TB QVO + Enclosure with a smaller SSD. So, I purchased the 8TB version. However, I encountered significant slowdowns in write speed, dropping to 2MB-50MB/s, especially after filling it with more than 6TB of data (I don't recall the exact amount). Copying the last 300GB files took an excessively long time, about 24 hours. This slow performance made the SSD impractical for my needs. I suspect this product wasn't thoroughly tested before release. Consequently, I had to revert to my original 8TB QVO + Enclosure setup. Unfortunately, since I purchased it overseas, I can't return or get a refund for the SSD.
Now I left 170GB free space, I done the speed test with app, shows write is just 0.3MB/s, but read still can go up to 350MB/s
and write to the drive is like freeze, slow motion, spinning ball on Mac.

I use this thing for everything adult videos my own personal videos and the ones from the internet. I got my homeboy driveby shorty on there to his album name is I'm da real driveby shorty and on the cover it's a picture of him wit a pitbull that look healthy from a distance but when you get up on it, it look like it seen better days it might have been a healthy dog at one time but we all know it's a lie but yeah make sure yall check out driveby shorty you will know you got the right album when you see daisy duke's and knee high cowboy boots SUPPORT MY BOY!! 6 TRACK LIST OF NOTHING BUT THE HARDEST LOVE SONGS IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW guaranteed it won't get you laid but it will get you somewhere it's definitely not a tape you listen to in public and yall hit me up I'm doing photoshoots for all the dancers with bulletholes and 3 teeth at the top (HEY IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW GAME IS GAME) for the low I got the hook up like P but I ain't pushing P get at me 5.99.

Dust Magnet!
I like everything about this SSD except the rubberised finish - it's a dust magnet and it looks grubby all the time. Samsung needs to fix this. Brushed Aluminium would be better.
