I purchased this mouse in September 2023, within 5 months the scrolling wheel has stopped working and now it won't stay connected to my Tab S9 Ultra. I have to reconnect every time I try to use it. I called a week or more ago and spoke with customer service, was told that I need to speak with a supervisor and that I would receive a call back that evening which didn't happen. I'm on with customer service right now for a 2nd time, 40 minutes into the call and I'm on an extended hold. Not sure what Samsung is going to do but they keep asking for more, the most recent request was pictures of all sides of mouse and the battery slot. I'm now being told that I'll get a text message with 24 hours with further instructions. Just not worth it.

Not worth the $$
as a loyal samsung customer, very disappointed. this is at best a $10 mouse. it is battery operated (ok, whatever). you cannot program the side buttons to do anything so they are effectively useless. the middle wheel broke within 1 month of buying it so now the mouse is completely useless. save your money and buy a real mouse.

Worst mouse ever
here yet again, in the middle of my work day, mouse #5 has stopped working. no, not battery, not a missed bluetooth connection, just stops. i am tired of calling and going through the whole process of getting a replacement.
