Samsung S90D was the first OLED Tv I ever bought. This TV for a lack of a better word is awesome! The picture is way above anything I ever expected. We primarily use our TV for streaming movies, TV Shows and some gaming. All three areas the S90D shines. Im sure we can toss around the specs all day but bottom line, if you want a good TV in the middle between base OLED and the highest possible level the S90D will be perfect for you!

I use my Samsung S90D for streaming movies and tv shows. Sometimes my kids will play video games on the tv as well.
There is minimal to no glare on the screen despite several windows with sunshine on the opposite wall of the tv. I like the AI setting which changes the tv visual and audio mode depending if it’s a movie or tv show or game.

Interesting device and superb picture
We use our set mainly for streaming and local TV programing. Sports, Weather, News... Otherwise, very little broadcast TV.
I love the TV but my complaint is the complexity that at times is daunting. With a complex Wi-Fi system and another brand of sound bar, the interaction too many times finds me on-line attempting to get the system to work at its' best.
I don't know where the problem originates but what is most annoying is the cable provider or TV "loses" my subscription credentials causing repeated on-line log-ins.
Another weirdness is occasionally the TV turns itself on with no human interaction. Spooky.

The S90D is one of the best TVs money can buy. The picture quality, intuitive UI, and Ecosystem integration with other Galaxy devices is unmatched. Whether I'm watching sports events, the news, or a movie with my Q series soundbar, this display always impresses me; inky blacks, incredible saturation, infinite contrast ratio, punchy colors, 144 Hz variable refresh rate, there's a reason Samsung has been a leader in display tech for the past decade, and it shows. Using its Neo Quantum AI Gen 2 processor, It is also highly intelligent in optimizing the color for every instance, ensuring you get the best picture.
Tizen OS elevates the TV experience, and using it frequently with expected streaming services built in, support for major cloud gaming services, ambient mode, additional apps and games available to download, and SmartThings control, it feels like an extension of my home. It also syncs up with Samsung Health, and using my galaxy Watch Ultra, I use it to work out, and track my activities.
The built in speakers sound great among its competitors, but it's simple pairing it with a soundbar for Q symphony for a true surround sound experience, all controllable from your phone. It also actively measures room acoustics, and amplifies voices in movies, making them easier to hear.

Overall Amazing Product
I bought this TV to replace the one we had in the living room. At first it was a toss up between the Samsung S90D and the LG C4. After a ton of research, rating reviews, and in person viewing I ultimately chose the S90D... and I don't regret it.
This TV is outright amazing in every way. The picture quality is fantastic, the colors are bright and vivid, and the blacks are just that... black. We mainly use this TV to stream on all major platforms (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Sports... etc). The menus are easy to navigate and customizing them to your preferences is a breeze. Best part about already being a Samsung user (phone, computer monitors, another OLED TV) is the ease of both setting up my new device as well as registering it. I was even able to download my settings from my other TV to this one. How convenient!
My family and I are extremely happy with our new purchase. The last TV we had use to get some pretty bad glare from the sunlight in the living room, but not with this TV! We are glad to get our weekend movie nights back!

We no longer go to the movies so we are watching tv more than ever.
The clarity and the colors and sound on this tv is like nothing we have seen
with our past tv. watching a ball game or live event is absolutely like

TV used for home theater and gaming in 120Hz. Works great. The menu and picture settings can be confusing. Still not sure what "AI" mode is doing for me. Also wish Samsung would add Paramount + to the main menu. It is always difficult to find.

Forced to create account
I really really really dislike how samsung forces the buyer to create an account or worse link their existing Samsung account to the TV. If you don't OBEY Samsung and link your account to the TV then ALL apps and services that you already pay for like Prime, Netflix are locked out!!!!
Almost all functions are LOCKED out if you don't jump through the hoops that Samsung demands!!!!
I will NEVER buy another Samsung product EVER again!!!!!!

Great OLED at a competitive price
I use this TV for everything. I have 3 displays in my house, two of which are LG, and one of which is an LG B-Series OLED. The Samsung S90D is significantly better than anything else in its price range, to the point that the other rooms with displays are not used, even for general viewing anymore. QD-OLED panel tech is much better with a wider color gamut, and the contrast is flawless as expected. Gaming is a dream on the display as well, as a high refresh rate combined with low input lag (even if it's throwing interpolation frames from a source that isn't inherently high FPS) makes everything smooth and simultaneously snappy. Would highly recommend as a mid-range option to anyone.

Everything I hoped for and more!
I needed a model of Samsung TV that would sync with my Hue floor lamp. I had previously purchased the same TV for my son and was amazed at the picture so it was an easy decision to purchase one for myself! The picture is so sharp and clear and the TV periodically optimizes the screen on its own which is a nice feature. Also, this TV also gives me messages about my refrigerator (time to change the filter, door open, etc) and other appliances in my household. It syncs with Alexa though I'm a little confused on how to use Alexa since I already have an Echo in the same room. So I don't use it on the TV. I have used the Bixby feature from time to time with no issue. The TV has all the streaming apps I utilize which makes things easy and the user can move the frequently used apps to the Home Screen for convenience. The remote has a solar panel on the back of it so I can just flip it over and extend the charging life. When I do have to charge it I'm able to use the same cord as my iPhone and it charges quickly. One word of caution - this TV is extremely thin which is awesome - but you have to be very, very careful moving it or hanging it to make sure you don't crack it. I'm very, very happy with this TV and would highly recommend it!

Was great until the TV stopped displaying a picture. Just purchased the TV in FEBRUARY of 2025 and the backlight went out. It has been incredibly inconvenient attempting to communicate through customer service, you have to call multiple numbers and wait for a call back over the course of weeks actually. It's completely NONSENSICAL to sell these expensive and delicate TVs that don't even get fixed. Since the 3 weeks the TV has not worked, Samsung finally let us know they'll be crediting the account to REPLACE the TV, not fix, that was purchased in FEBRUARY of 2025. Not even 6 months ago. That's crazy. 4000$, and some change, and I'm watching Lost on my IPad in bed. Thanks Samsung.

Frustrated owner
I’ve been discouraged with the major over saturation of color, and no amount calibration to colors, contrasts, tints, you name it, has been able to fix it. When I’m watching sporting events, uniforms look like neon colors—whites appear to have bright pink, darker skin tones appear solid black…it’s just bad. I’m really frustrated that I spent so much money on a tv that’s not giving me a good picture…maybe a technician can fix it?? As of now, if I could go back in time, I would have chosen a different tv.

Installed S90 on Black monday
The picture is very very good, super deep colors (that I had to tone down). Samsung has added some free movie channels that are very decent ( I have Hulu, Netflix and Paramount subs). Their OTA channel reception sensitivity is good. Inputs and connects are on left and right (rear) sides. VERY Good! Nothing in the middle of the back. Now, the remote and their screen organization:
Remote (for the S90) has a solar charging panel that keeps mine at 95% charged with no direct sunlight, just daylight. it has USB C also, I used it once to test. The new remote is much better (not backlit though) than the old 55" LED Samsung. It's very similar to a firestick. BEST of All is the App for installing a remote on your phone (IOS and android). So its easy to see in the dark, controls everything, multi screen. (The power on off button is very close to the Channel menu button... and we still kill power accidentally after 3 months... they should add a "Confirm / Cancel").
TIZEN , the Samsung System:
Settings menu is good, extensive and configurable button locations. But, wading through the many suggestions that POP Up EVERY time you change a channel, app, etc is getting old. That should be configurable too. Boots up quick, very few problems. Sound bar via HDMI works fine. Using an existing Alexa and adding voice commands to the TV confused her and we got too many Alexa responses when we had asked for nothing. Switched to "Bixby" but then decided to turn all the voice stuff off.

Limited Capability
The internal web browser does not work with a network TV service provider. It also will not allow downloads of other web browsers that will work the the TV service provider. Overall I found the limitations to be very frustrating. For future reference, I will never by another TV that will not allow the download of other web browsers.

Good picture. Annoying sound issues
We bought a little over 2 months ago. Picture is great. We’ve had issues with the sound. Volume is muffled sometimes when we turn on. We have to unplug TV and disconnect cable box to reset and then sound is as it should be. Samsung told us it’s the cable box. Not too sure about that. We have no issues with any of our other TV’s.

Great clarity, depth of color and ease of use
I had the opportunity to upgrade a smaller tv in a den area with a 65” Samsung OLED S90D. After much research, I’m very satisfied with the overall quality of color, clarity and depth of picture. So much that when my main tv, Sharp Aquos finally started to fade after 13 years, I bought another Samsung 65” OLED S90D with the same satisfaction. While both tvs are connected to other sound systems, the speakers are of good quality and totally listenable without other speakers.

I bought this late 2024. Within two months the power supply went out. Samsung replaced the power supply but had to wait all day for them to come. Now it is going in and out and the screen is freezing. I stream so I think it is the wireless card. Paid a ton of money and it is not worth it. I will by the cheap Chinese tv next time.

Product gives the best quality for dark rooms
The difference between Oled and other TV's is that the pixel in other TV's imitates the color black. While, Oled Pixels completely turn off to give a true black color. This TV will give off more glare in a bright room becuase of how skinny the TV is, on the other hand a Qled Tv has more layers (thiccer) and will give you less glare in a bright room. If you want to fully experience the dark shades of this tv, put it in a dark room. First movie I watched on it was Justice is Grey, the Zack Snyder cut. Next movies on my list is Oppenheimer and Interstellar.

The Samsung TV stands out as the best smart TV in its class. Its user interface is exceptionally intuitive, and the picture quality is pristine. Adding new streaming applications is a straightforward process.
My only suggestion for improvement concerns the startup options. For example, my primary service is YouTubeTV, but when I turn on the TV, it does not always launch directly into the live broadcast. There have been occasions when a game had already started, and I was unaware until my friends messaged me about events I had not yet seen. While it is easy to resolve this by manually selecting the live action, I would appreciate a prompt that allows me to go directly to the live broadcast when launching this channel. That prompt when starting this channel.

Samsung OLED TV
We use our Samsung OLED TV for watching sports, streaming YouTube videos, and watching movies. The OS needs to be improved. Freezes and gets stuck sometimes when moving between different app programs. Also, needs to be simpler to use. Samsung has too many choices showing up on the main page. Need to put the most popular add on streaming services on main page, difficult to find the TV streaming app you want to watch.

Colors are sharp and well defining. The perfect black backgrounds create the illusion of depth. The sound follows the protagonists around the screen. I have paired the tv with a Samsung Q-Series soundbar, which creates movie theater quality sound in my home.

S90D OLED 4K TV (2024)
This is my first Samsung OLED. I have owned other Samsung TVs, but this one tops them all. I love the thinness of the panel itself and how close the screen comes to the bezel.
I choose this against the LG C4 series because Samsung was complimented to be superior in the brightness department and overall color ratio performance.
The sound quality is pretty efficient too coming from the back of the TV; I was impressed. I really haven't had to turn the volume above 35. I stream YT, Max, & Prime and the quality of the content is on point.
Even gaming has been smooth. My set-up is simple, but I noticed a superior upscaling in definition, color and saturation when I played Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
Overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend. Only cons are the flimsy construction of the stand. I'm not a big fan of it and the WiFi connection. It takes a minute for the TV to connect automatically - minor stuff.

I bought a 65" S90D on Black Friday. I do love it. It's a great tv with incredible picture clarity. But, a pixel at the top-center portion of the screen is stuck on red. Started a few days ago. It's extremely distracting and takes away from the experience. Very disappointed considering how much I paid and it's only a few months old.

On the outside the TV is slick, thin, light and just overall appealing to the eye.

I received my new 65 inch Samsung about three or four weeks ago. I had an old DILA for the last 20 years although I do have a large projection system. I am blown away with the picture quality, especially with Netflix. It’s disturbing that regular cable TV can’t use the same tech as Netflix does..
I had read reviews before I made my purchase and some people were saying this and some people were saying that my experience has been 100% perfect. They delivered the TV. It works perfect looks amazing and I’m as happy as can be.

Breathtaking Resolution Imagery
My Samsung OLED just has breathtaking image quality. I can actually count the hairs on the actor arm. The picture resolution is that good. I can’t imagine how this image can improve. But leave up to Samsung and they will do it. Completely satisfied with my purchase. Looked at all the top brands but Samsung stood out for image quality, ease of remote use and great aesthetics and design of the display. Can’t say enough good things about Samsung TV’s. Just the Best.

This TV is stunning. The picture quality is crisp, clear and very vibrant. The volume is great. The only thing I can say that is a frustrating is the Bixby can never understand what I’m saying. And every now and then the white part of the picture has this glittery sparkling to it. I’m not sure what that means. But otherwise the TV works well. Samsung did a nice job on my first OLED. Thank you Samsung!

The moment I turned on the SD90 65” in our living room, I knew I had made the right choice. I adjusted the colors to my preference and have been super pleased with the picture quality. I do wish the remote was a little larger, to help with not misplacing it. Love the TV!

S90D OLED Samsung 4K TV (2024)
We watch this TV for regular TV shows/news programming shows/streaming movies. The colors/clarity are phenomenal as well as the extremely wide viewing angle. The 65 inch is more than enough to comfortably view the shows from 20-30 feet away. The only minor problem I have noticed is that the sound levels increase and decrease periodically. I’m not sure if it’s the broadcasting station doing it or the tv set unable to maintain the sound level. Also initial setup was extremely easy. The WiFi networking to allow streaming works extremely well. The supplied streaming apps covered everything we subscribe to plus more. I highly recommend this unit!

Blows away my 2018 QLED
After exhaustive research, I finally chose the 2024 S90D OLED 4K TV, and it did not disappoint. The picture quality is stunning, with perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and razor-sharp 4K resolution. The S90D directly replaced my 2018 Q80 QLED and WOW the difference when playing the same content from streamers blew my mind. OLED technology truly shines here, delivering rich detail even in the darkest scenes. The design is sleek and minimalistic, fitting seamlessly into any space.
While the built-in sound is decent, it’s worth adding a soundbar for a more immersive experience. I had previously picked up the Samsung HW-Q990D and paired with this TV, the experience is truly "Cinematic!" The TV excels in gaming with its 120Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 support, offering smooth motion and fast response times.
The main downside to OLED is the potential for burn-in with static images, but this can be mitigated with proper use and hasn't been a real concern for the last few generations of OLED of any brand. Got this TV over LG's to use the smartview feature to mirror my Samsung tablet and phone but the connection randomly gets disconnected. Kinda suck but other than that, the TV itself is great. Taking 1 star out for the smartview.

Fantastic TV with one minor flaw
This TV is amazing. Colors are clear and bright. Black levels are fantastic and you can see all the scenes people complain about like from season 8 in GoT. Only downside is the remote. It is solar powered only and I have a house with low ambient light. Every remote I have tried Samsung branded and otherwise has been very finicky about reading commands from the remote.

Absolutely Love the Picture Quality
We love this TV. The picture quality, once we did some adjustments to suit our viewing and audio preferences, is truly amazing. I think the only downside is that there’s so much that can be done with this TV, that it’s going to take us awhile to learn everything. We love watching sports on it, and music shows like Dua Lipa’s recent concert at the Royal Albert Hall, plus movies are great too.

Beware of Blank Screen Issue
The television was working great until it randomly went blank screen 6 months into the purchase, with no reason. it still ran in the background. The warranty process has been frustrating and I will be without a TV for 2 weeks. I have had multiple phone calls and need 2 service visits since they did not have all the parts to fix the problem the first time. I had to dismount the TV myself since that is not covered in warranty. It was difficult to communicate with the 3rd party service technician as well and he was not able to answer why this issue occurred with a new TV or give me the confidence that it will not occur again. He also was not handling the TV with too much care. I still wonder if this will be an issue after the warranty ends because no support will be given.

I have purchased the TV for Thanksgiving'24. I have been using it for past 15 days. The TV is best one for the price, there are lot of features related to view experience like movie mode, film maker mode and dynamic mode. The TV speakers are good enough filling small room but definitely need Soundbar or Speaker units for living room area. I bought Samsung S60D soundbar which enhances and filling my living room with ample amount of sound effects. The TV can be configured and managed with SamsungThings app easily. Tizen OS is good enough for installing various video streaming applications and Samsung provides year long support for TV softwares with various features. Also, the Samsung TV provides 100s movie and series contents along with live TV.

Great TV, OLED at 4K is very nice
Black Friday Purchase. Picked up and installed my self. Removed old samsung 1080 LED. Remote control is much improved, simpler. has solar charge or USB C. Power cord it now on side not centered in the back... easy unplug, etc. Default colors and "canned" picture settings had MUCH too much color for me. Took a while to find manual settings, lowered the color, adjusted brightness and contrast, etc. to desired level. But I found if I mess around with "Movie, Sports, Game, etc." picture setting, I have to reset my preferred choices (maybe I'll find a way to save them. Sound is 'ok', using a sound bar on the HDMI arc, which works fine. Samsung new channels are pretty good - movies, etc. 4K viewing is impressive. screen looks wet with colors etc. Happy so far! I also use OTA antenna (indoor) and sensitivity is good, about same as previous Samsung,

2024 65 inch S90D QD-OLED TV has vibrant colors
Samsung 2024 S90D QD-OLED TV has vibrant colors. But unfortunately, as a current owner of other TVs with Google TV Android 12 OS, the Tizen OS is greatly INFERIOR to the Google TV Android 12 OS.
Although Samsung TV is lacking Dolby Vision (DV), their HDR 10+ is ALMOST as good as DV, but it's lacking picture quality details when compared to DV.
Obviously, the 77 inch is much beter thatn this 65 inch TV.
Samsung TV is good for gaming. But Samsung TV is NOT my top pick for watching movies and streaming, I prefer and use my Sony Google TV for movies and streaming.

Best picture I’ve seen on a TV
This is my first OLED and i got it on sale upgrading from a q70r which was a pretty good TV. But I have to say the picture of this OLED is by far the most accurate and spectacular looking TV I’ve ever owned. I’ve always enjoyed Samsung’s TV’s and will continue to buy them as long as they keep performing well. This Tav has all the great features you would need. I don’t have any issue with it not being Dolby Vision Compatible as HDR10+ content is just as good In my Opinion. I do however wonder if I should upgrade my AVR to be able to use the hdmi 2.1 features but for now I’m just enjoy this TV’s amazing picture and I highly recommend this TV. Especially if you find it on sale!

This would have gotten 5 stars had I not purchased this online through Rakuten. I bought the Samsung S90D the day after Thanksgiving. The TV is amazing, exceptional picture, and the delivery was great. What I am unhappy about is my experience with Rakuten and Samsung on this product. My purchase was marked as ineligible for cash back and the only reason I was given was they are waiting for information from Samsung. I haven’t heard anything back from them since December 19. Highly recommend the TV but I don’t recommend buying online using Rakuten.

Bad unit. Tech support " send it back" .
Got it and it was defective. Screen kept going black, no picture. Called to get assistance and they told me to send it back to the place I bought it from. What a pain repacking it and calling FedEx for pickup. FedEx was actually nice. I know things happen but don't you test them before they go out? Sorry Samsung you lost a customer. I bought an LG instead and it worked perfectly out of the box.

Fantastic Picture but other limitations
I love this new S90D OLED TV. It has a picture that is outstanding and is a big improvement in picture quality over my old Samsung it replaces. The improvement in dark scenes makes this TV stand out for sure.
A couple a negatives are: 1. Soon after it was installed it stopped showing the numbers for the volume. After many attempts to find a solution to get the volume numbers back I still have the issue so it makes it a sore point for loving it. It seems from online research that this is a continued problem with the volume numbers disappearing with no permanent solution. 2. The remote is much smaller than my old one so it is easy to get lost. It would be nice to have a function, maybe in the app, to have to remote emit a sound to locate it. I do like that it is rechargeable and even has solar recharging however.

Ultra-thin Fantastic colors and clarity
We’ve had our new 65” Samsung OLED for a few weeks now. The difference was immediately obvious. The colors, including blacks and white, are excellent and provide very sharp contrasts. The screen is ultra-thin. Our remote was very easy to set up and controls ROKU, as well as our Samsung sound bar. We would definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

Bought this to replace a Samsung LED (maybe a 2014 year model). The picture on this is fantastic and the sound is really solid for a flat screen. I like the software and how it puts my local OTA channels right in the guide. Setup was fairly straightforward and easy; but hanging was a bit harder than my older model. This thing is light and seems very delicate when picking it up to hang, we were a bit nervous like it could break in half - probably wouldn't, but it just seems like it could. We are very pleased we went with this TV.

This is definitely a must buy for someone looking to get an OLED that is on a budget. This midrange TV is great overall. I must admit though.. the UI response sometimes lags which can get annoying for someone that is not patient... my last TV was faster than this from a different competitor and operated as fast as my Z Fold 6 so Samsung... Please release an update for a more fluid experience. My roommate is looking to get the S95D for our living room which is full of bright light - super excited!
I do have a concern with one app that I use to test my Dolby Atmos setup... it plays it in stereo sound when testing for some reason.. other than that though all of my apps play at the correct codecs through my Q990D Soundbar which is an amazing pair.
I still need to play around with the video settings to get everything how I want it to be but overall I am satisfied with this TV.

Worst purchase of my life.
This tv is a piece of absolute garbage. This is coming from someone who was using a 10 year old $500 TV and this one is absolutely inferior. It basically forces you to use premium services. If you try to screen mirror the aspect ratio is terrible, I've tried it on multiple devices (perfect screen mirroring on the old television.) When I turn my PS5 on it will switch to the ps5 as all tvs should but then it switches over the the completely and utterly useless gaming hub that I then have to go select my playstation 5 from the gaming hub to access it even though the source was just switched to it but the genius designed television switches you to the gaming hub directly afterwards. You cannot turn game mode auto off. I have turned auto off over and over and as soon as I turn on my ps5 the game mode turns on. So even if you turn it off it will just auto back on literally everytime you turn on the ps5 which is why the completely garbage gaming hub pops up. The operating system of this television is so bad beyond anything I could possibly imagine. Every other time I've spent a lot of technology I've been blown away with the extra features that I didn't expect. This TV has exclusively useless features unless you want to spend $15 per premium streaming service or else the "hubs" are just giant advertisement pages. I literally have like 14 buttons on my remote and 3 of them take me to a page to download a subscription service. It's an absolute joke this TV ended my positive feelings towards Samsung and I will be looking for other options for phones, tablets and TV in the future that's how absolutely terrible this TV is. Forget the image quality if it's filled with bloatware that has no option to be removed or even managed at all the settings are abysmal. I hate this TV ruined my weekend instead of making it awesome.

Good, but....
Picture clear and crisp as could be. Some operational and navigational quirks that are downright annoying. Often, channels get "stuck" and no input to the remote allows you to change or exit what is appearing. Frustrating!!

Not worth the price vs features and quality . The remote is too small, low quality, non-responsive, cheap, cheap, and junky. Oh did I mention the remote is poor design and quality. The remote buttons too small. The volume up&down gets mis-punched with mute. The remote is a horrible design. To the touch the remote is slippery. There is not one good feature of the remote that is good.

Picture Choppy on several shows
For many shows the picture is great. The issue I have is with fast moving shows the picture is choppy. I tried adjusting the blur and jutter settings as suggested but it does not seem to help. Shows like Chigago Fire are next to impossible to watch with the chopyness. If I can't figure out how to fix it I am probably going to return it. So sad - Samsung was the only TV I would buy prior to this.

This smart tv has great features that are easily maneuvered with a very small remote. It recognized my Bose 700 sound bar and it connected with ease. 65" Class OLED S90D
I bought it on December 21, 2024 and on January 18, 2025 it went black. It would turn on then turn off by itself. It is now February 1st and it has not been fixed. Still waiting for a tech to come and fix it. Before this we had a sharp that lasted 18 years with no problem.

The 65” OLED has poor quality picture. I had trouble with the HDMI connection which they replaced the TV was brand new . The picture is terrible and the Samsung tech keeps saying it’s good that it’s the internet that is bad. The Samsung tech was more like a butcher , rough with the repair.

I bought this TV few months ago. The picture quality of the TV is solid , but the sound is not good. Sometimes dialogues are not audible. I raised few tickets to Samsung support , but they did not fix the issue till now.

Perfect size great features
I had a 50 inch Samsung tv that was big enough when sitting 8 feet away but when I sit at the far end of the living room room to be by the fireplace about 20 feet away it was to small so getting the 65 inch was the perfect solution.

Cable provider and Samsung TV don't get along well
I have had major difficulty using the remotes for my cable box and the new Samsung TV. So far I;ve had two visits from Optimum (Cablevision/Altice) techs and two (with one more coming) from the Best Buy Geek Squad. It seems that where my TV is located the IR sensor is on the lower right hand side of the screen, which makes it impossible for the cable box remote to find it. Thus I need at the minimum two remotes--one from Samsung to turn on the TV, and one from the cable company to switch channels. Adjusting sound seems best done by the Samsung remote as opposed to the synched up cable remote. All in all, a messy initial experience. The solution seems to be that at some point in the future Cablevision will install fiber optic, we'll have new boxes and remotes, and we'll be in the 21st century for this technology.. In the meantime, tough luck to us.

Great picture
We purchased this tv to replace our 15 year old Panasonic Plasma TV that was still going strong, but worried it would fail soon and we would end up paying more do to Trumps Tarriffs. We are extremly happy with our purchase the size and picture quaulity make you feel as if your in the action. The only one complaint I have is that we have Direct TV and have not been able to get the remotes to work together. IE unable to change channels with TV remote, and Direct TV remote allow channels to be change, but will not work volume of TV. But the good thing is we used to need three remotes we are now down to just two.
I do wish the that the remote was either larger or a color other than black, the size allows it to slide down beside the cussion of chair and being black make it near impossible to locate.

Only problem with TV is the sound. It will be normal and all of a sudden it’ll get louder and then after about a minute, it’ll go back down again to its original sound. I had it on amplify and thought amplify has something to do with it so I put it back on standard sound and it happens with this also. You will be listening to regular sound and then all of a sudden it’ll go up and and then come down. my concern is whether I will lose the whole sound at one time or not.

Good picture with easy setup.
I really like the TV. Good pictures and sound. Easy setup. However, the directions were just drawings and felt amateurish. I called the number provided to ask about a wall mount. Talked with a lady who knew less than I did and I could hear children playing in the background. Unprofessional. She quoted me a price for a mount that I found on line for a $100 cheaper.

i bought in November - Amazon info said there were a high number of returns on this unit and i bought it anyway. i should have listened to the information and gotten something else. it is WAY TOO DARK… to the point where u cannot see the images on the s teen or determine where someone’s jacket ends and background begins. i had to crank all colors up highest possible and lighten screen to max to make it viewable and it is still very dark.

Hate the TV overall. Doesn't have an option to fit the picture to the screen. We have 6 lg tvs and every one plays full screen. The Samsung has the black on the top and bottom on over half of the channels we watch. And the remote is really simple but i prefer having the buttons on the remote instead of searching the TV for all the settings you want. The picture quality is amazing but our lg oled are just as good. I love my samsung phone. But I would not buy another Samsung tv

What a workout!
Bought an S90D, brought it home, heaved it up on the shelf where it was to go, turned it on and no video. Put it back in the box, back to the store, got a second. This went a little better - well other than the blotches that moved here and there around the screen. Called Samsung, they wanted to send out a technician. Uh, no. Boxed it up, took it back and bought a Sony Bravia 8 and haven't looked back.

Audio issues!
When I first installed it I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work. After figuring it out I connected my Samsung WH-M360 soundbar. After 2 days the soundbar turns on but I’m not getting any audio! Changing sound output from TV Speaker to Receiver Optical shuts down all audio! The soundbar still works on my older Samsung TV.

In love with our Samsung TV
Had to buy a TV since ours went out and we are VERY HAPPY we picked this Samsung. The color is so vibrant and picture is crystal clear! Also the easiest/user friendly smart TV we have ever had. Haven't tried the feature where we can connect our Samsung phones to it, but looking forward to trying it someday.

I have always purchased Samsung TV's and this 65" Class OLED S90D is the best! The clarity is incredible. The ability to watch this TV in a room that has windows directly opposite the TV is great. This is the first time I can sit down and not cover the windows. This TV iseems to be glare-proof. Love the features too. The remote is so easy too.

Good TV, but needs better customer experience
I've had this TV for a month. The quality of the TV and viewing experience are amazing. The brightness, contrast and details are top-notch. I connected the TV to my old Samsung sound bar, and it paired amazingly. The screen is glass and very thin, so bear in mind that it will leave fingerprints. We've had it mounted on the wall next to our balcony. Even with daylight peeping through, there is no glare. Besides that, you need to create a Samsung account to use certain features on the TV. The remote that comes with the TV, is small, similar to a Amazon remote. Furthermore, the remote is battery-free. The back of the remote has a solar component to it, which keeps it charged. So far, I have not had any issues with the remote working. Lastly, the only reason I give a four-star instead of five is because when my TV was delivered, the technicians installing could not take my old TV. This is a wide issue with Samsung, you have to call and confirm the pick up of the old TV, or else on the day of delivery, they will not take it. This is an extra step that I was not aware of. It is an expensive TV, and this option should be at least given to customers to choose from. Not only I will not get a $600 credit, but luckily I was able to sell my old TV. On the day of delivery, I called customer service and they could not even accommodate me. So if you decide to purchase a TV, and want to recycle your old one to get credit, make sure you do your due diligence.

Smartest smart TV I've ever seen.
I love that most of the settings have auto settings. After the initial setup the TV showed me different choices of how I think different kinds of shows should look. Once I did that the TV adjusts the picture to make it the way I said I like it. I also had one setting that I just couldn't figure out how to find. I messaged customer service and when the agent couldn't get me to find it she asked if she could remotely hook up to my screen. I said yes and she was able to show me on my own screen in my house how to fix the problem. Now I can do it myself and was so thankful for this feature...amazing customer service.

Just took it out of the box. No screws supplied for wall mounts. After reading terrible reviews about the TV and the extra cost wall mount I wish I would of gotten a different brand. My old Samsung QLED 65" only lasted a few years, then the screen started separating. I see in horrible reviews this QLED seems to have issues with only lasting a short time. I have delt with Samsungs horrible coustomer service in past, worthless.

I bought the s90d oled 65 around Thanksgiving and we are extremely impressed. The picture quality is stunning, the images are life-like and the colors are vivid and vibrant and make us smile in amazement.We stream 4 k content online and watch nature documentaries wirh blu-ray and we are mesmerized at this tv'sperformance as well as smooth motion when watching sports and other content. Great TV mounting holes too low on the back
I bought this when my living room crystal uhd went out. I love this thing. The picture compared to the crystal uhd is awesome. I took 1 star because the way this thing mounts is at the bottom of the TV so when you mount it. it's much higher than where you chose to hang your mount on the previous tv. I'm going to have to repair my wall and re-hang my mount

Terrible delivery/installation service
Long story short, delivery and installation service is atrocious:
Delivery took about a month after the purchase date and it was preceded by a very annoying phone call where you have to answer a bunch of useless information that doesn’t really impact the delivery. On the phone, I was verified that on the delivery date, my TV would be installed and mounted for me since I paid for that service.
On the day of delivery, the delivery team did not follow my instructions and almost refused to deliver the TV because they couldn’t figure out how to get to the entrance of my apartment building. After physically walking to their truck, I convinced them to walk the TV over and drop it off in my apartment. Once there, they refused to install the TV, claiming that I need to reschedule the installation service, even though they were already in my apartment!
I called to reschedule the installation service, and they said they would reach out to other teams to see if any were available to do it today. They never got back to me, so I called back and then they told me to call back in a few days to reschedule it. I am furious. The customer support has been useless too.

Largest TV we have ever purchased and it was worth it. My only corrective criticism is that Samsung could have produced a more substantial manual (set of directions) that is more user friendly. It is written as if we are all familiar with the product. A more comprehensive manual would be appreciated.

Compared to the curved Samsung that I still have and for which I paid $3,000 dollars in 2015, the present tv is not match. I find it very diffucult to navigate, I can't connect an antenna to it if I wanted, the remote control is undesirable, etc... The good news is that the image is good, not as good as my old Samsung tv, but still better than other brands.

I upgraded from another similar Samsung TV, so a lot of the features and functionality of this one weren't new to me. Great picture for videos, sports and gaming. The only difficulty I've had so far is getting the remote to work with the Samsung soundbar.

Easy to set up
Brought home and set up was a breeze. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Hooking up to router and air antena simple. Had to adjust picture settings for the light in the room easy just follow the instructions. Have had several guest over and all love the picture quality. I have several other Samsung TVs and this one is by far the best picture.

Vibrant Colors, Clear Image, Perfect for Gaming
I looked at multiple TVs as I needed to upgrade. I am a Samsung fan, and when I saw the reviews of the S90D series, it got my attention. I went to the store to see it, and I was impressed with the quality of the image, clear colors, not too dim, and not too bright.
The TV was easy to set up. The TV streaming services look great, and in 4K, the image is great. I have sensitive eyes, and I like that eye comfort is one of the settings. I got the 65" screen, and to play video games, the graphics are amazing. The TV has a great refresh rate, the animation is smooth, and the screen doesn't have any problems scaling.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this TV to anyone

This TV just looks amazing. Bright and beautiful colors. The resolution is incredible. Paired with my Xbox Series X, it looks dazzling! This is the best looking tv I have ever owned. The only complaint, is the main menu. It could definitely use some improvement.

S90D OLED 4K replaced our old Samsung TV
Our old tv was good, but showing it's age. I didn't know how just ok it was until we got our new OLED tv. The colors really pop out as well as the resolution. It's been great with cable, streaming services, and when I've looked at photos via a flash drive. We have a sound bar in front of the TV (as we did with our old Samsung TV) and unfortunately we often have to lift the remote a bit high up for the TV to turn off. Not sure how we can fix that without buying a smaller sound bar.

This product surpassed my expectations
I expected it to be fairly heavy for it's size, but I was shocked to find out I could lift it by myself. This made installation in my RV a bit easier. The ability to connect to Bluetooth devices is a plus as well for my 3 boys. While they lay down watching the TV with headphones on, I am able to focus more on my paperwork without the distraction from their movie. All in all it's definitely outshines my prior purchases from the leading competitors. I look forward to purchasing more products from Samsung in the future.

Samsung 65" OLED S90D Television
Recently purchased the 65" OLED television S90D with a Samsung HW-Q600C soundbar. The picture is nice, but I do want to point out a couple irritants with the purchases. First I put the television on a TV stand with the soundbar sitting in front of it, which is a very common configuration I suspect. I have Comcast/Xfinity cable television in Florida, so unbeknownst to me the Xfinity remote is infrared line of sight, so it took me two days, Comcast come out, on phone with Samsung support, to eventually figure out the reason I could not pair the Xfinity remote is that the sound bar blocks the infrared input of the television. Even Comcast wasn't able to determine that problem. If television is hanging on a wall this would not be a problem. So, after a lot of frustration and two days later I finally got the Comcast/Xfinity remote paired. This problem should go into Samsung's helpline troubleshooting tree. "Make sure the television input sensor located at bottom center of television is not blocked by a soundbar or other device when pairing third party infrared remotes." In addition on two occasions I have struggled with intermittent soundbar issues that may be related to the patent Samsung Q-Symphony that ties the television audio and the soundbar audio together. The soundbar seems to get wrapped around the axle and the only way I can restore operation is to unplug television and internet modem, disconnect the soundbar HDMI connections (eARC ports on both soundbar and television) and then reconnect HDMI cable, bring power onto modem and then power on the television. The technology gets "confused" I think and just stops working. Other times one has to mess with it through cycling power and HDMI cables connections to simply establish bluetooth audio from an i-Phone. It is like the television takes full control of the soundbar. I may ultimately return the Q-Symphony Samsung soundbar and go with something else.

Picture Perfect
I bought this TV to replace a ten-year-old school Sony 55" Bravia. I wear hearing aids and I was having trouble following the dialogue on TV shows and movies. This Samsung has Bleutooth capability that pumps the audio right into my ears through my Phonak hearing aids. Picture quality and sound are excellent. I am a fan of Samsung!

We've been long-time Samsung users, so when we decided to upgrade to a 4K AI TV, our first choice was the Samsung S90D OLED 4K. And we were not disappointed. The user-friendly navigation was perfect for me, and I transitioned with no frustration. My spouse, the tech enthusiast, was in awe upon experiencing the 8.3 million pixels for the first time. The vibrant colors, deep blacks, and stunning contrast of the OLED screen are truly remarkable. The TV fits perfectly in our trailer, making it an ideal addition to our mobile living space. We are thrilled with the new technology and felt no need to wait any longer. Given our long history with Samsung, we knew that if something went wrong, they would fix it, replace it, or politely explain what we were doing wrong.

This screen makes Gameday perfect. The clarity and refresh rate allows for crystal clear views while not at the stadium. The picture is so much brighter than the Q series from 2019. Love my upgrade to the S90D

Sound Problem
It's an amazing TV, but I have an issue with the sound. Sometimes, after turning the TV on, the sound is muffled. To fix it, I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in, but this only resolves the issue temporarily. I've spoken to two customer service representatives, but they were unable to find a solution to the problem.

Great product
I got a new samsung S90D last month. I have been wanting to get a new tv for years now. The TV is great for day to day use like watching YouTube videos. Its also great to watch sports as it's crystal clear. The movies in 4K have been excellent which makes me think if it is worth it to go to theatres from now. Although I would say getting a sound bar would be a good investment for an all round experience.

Big upgrade from woled tv
I upgraded from c9 after all the good things I was hearing about qdoled, and let me say I don't think I could go back to woled tv. The colors this TV can produce is unbelievable. Zero motion or soap opera effect issues the s90d with dejuder and motion on 5, extremely bright and a pleasure to play pc games on it. Movies that show you what this TV can produce that I can think of the top of my head are Encanto, IF, Hotel Transilvania series, Night Teeth, Top Gun Maverick, Godzilla x Kong The New Empire.

3 weeks old, 3 weeks of buffering. Spent way too much time with support already performing cold resets, flash resets, factory resets, smart hub resets and diagnostics. 5 different reps and 2 different “tickets” for escalated support, which just results in an email directing you to unplug modem and TV and plug back it in again. The buffering can occur as much as 2-3 times an hour or every few hours and last anywhere from 15 seconds to 5 minutes on all apps. My internet functions appropriately as it should. In fact every device in house works seamlessly including old Samsung series 6 that I “upgraded”. I have a video where you can see S90D is in one of its buffering episodes at the same time as two other devices, including the series 6, that are completely fine on the same app and network at the same time. Unfortunate , it’s difficult to attach that video to this review so I added some photos. To be fair, the picture is nice and bright and I do believe that this tv is probably a defective anomaly. Problem is Samsung doesn’t seem to want to take me seriously and has me performing these steps over and over again with no real solution even though they will tell you “this is not the experience we want from our valuable customers”. Knowing what I know now I wouldn’t make this purchase at this price with this support.

I really enjoy this tv nice image the operating system is annoying aa it assumes the owner subscribes to all major streaming services to the point that Netflix, Disney, and prime video buttons on the remote . I do not have any of these so there are just huge advertisements all over for these services the UI and buttons on my remote take me to a page to install an app. If you can ignore that though it's a very nice TV

A Couple of First Start Issues, but now Good
I have had this for just over a month. During the first month there were several is of it not turning on. Best Buy said it was a hardware issue and after two attempts to fix it, ended up replacing it. Now it’s working great. Paired to a Sonos Arc and two Era 300’s it is a great home theatre system. Great screen with 4K and Dolby Atmos.

Some good features, some not so good
Actually, a little disappointed. Some channels are very clear and others are not. I called PC Richards where I bought it, they said I had to spend $69 to talk to someone at tech-support. We have tried many things, with no success. Another problem when we’re listening to Spotify or Pandora, the screen goes black after two minutes. The screensaver comes on and there is no way to turn it off. The music still plays, but the info and lyrics is no longer visible. I went on Reddit and many other people have complained about the same thing. There is no way to change this.

Samsung S90D Best Budget OLED?
I have never owned an OLED TV in my life because i couldn't afford one, but i have always heard great thing about gaming on one. I have a PS5 and an XBOX Series X, and let me tell you they were not lying. This TV is amazing and it was at a price I could afford. The picture difference while gaming is night and day. The blacks were actually black and whites were white. The color popped like the 4th of July. If you are in the market for an affordable OLED and want to take your gaming to the next level look no further. The S90D can take you there. I don't think I can ever go back and I am thrilled I made the jump and you will be too.

TV great, offered promotions don't exist
TV is great but don't let the promotions offered factor into your decision; they do not exist. I bought this with a $50 promotional offer for paramount+. Samsung provides this through an App, Samsung promotions. I followed the steps to access the App, sign in to my samsung account, but when I go to access offer....no offers found. I have tried samsung support and have an escalated ticket (after hour of texting). Only answer is to keep checking the app. REALLY I have been for 3 weeks and offer needs to be started by 12/31/24

I received my brand new tv earlier this afternoon and was eager to get it set up after work. My boyfriend went out and bought a new mount (since we traded in our old tv and the mount did not work) which was an ordeal to set up in itself. We finally got the tv on the wall and had the same problem as everyone else on this review page, the tv screen was black and the volume worked. first time plugging it in. I came here for support and they gave me a customer service line that is not in service. I am at a loss for what to do next after reading everyone else's review. I have ordered a refrigerator and a washer/dryer through Samsung that is set to deliver in January and I will be cancelling if we don't get the help we need ASAP. It's not like we spent $200 on this tv, this is actually insane.

Amazing TV!
I picked up the TV on black Friday replacing my 8-year old Samsung TV. It is absolutely amazing. Stunning picture and even works well with my older Samsung sound bar. Amazing gaming features and the setup was super easy.
I only have 2 minor things that I would change. 1) the remote is missing an input button. It takes a couple presses to get to the device menu. I bought a universal remote for my kids to use so they don't lose the tiny remote, and it has an input button so problem (sorta) solved. 2) the remote doesn't control my soundbar. I have a Samsung sound bar and my previous Samsung TVs remote could control it, but the remote bundled with the TV could not. Fortunately, the universal remote could (oddly enough it worked on the TV and the sound bar out of the box without any programming.
Those are very minor and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new TV, on sale or not.

Great picture with good sound quality
I bought this 65" OLED S90D TV two weeks ago and have zero regrets. The picture is outstanding with vivid colors and deep blacks. I am really enjoying the integrated google technology as well. One thing I didn't anticipate noticing as much was the very good sound quality from the TV itself. Overall, very satisfied with my new purchase and would definitely recommend.

Brand new TV died 15 days after purchase
Great picture, amazing colors and contrast. Works very well with my Denon AV unit and surround system. Unfortunately, none of this matters because my brand new OLED died one day after the 2-week return period. Won't power on, no standby light. Just... dead. So disappointing.

Don’t Buy the OLED Hype
I bought this TV thinking it would be a significant step up from my Samsung QLED, and boy am I disappointed. The picture is less smooth not more, and the “deep blacks” everyone talks about with OLED make no difference on my actual viewing experience. If you watch a lot of sports, please don’t get this TV…

right out of the box tv has sound issues. muffled sound. worked with Samsung tech support and all they could do was get a local tv repair person to look at it. Waited 5 days to hear back from tv repair just to be told parts have to be ordered. 17 days and TV still does not work. I have to unplug the tv every time for 10 seconds than plug it back in to get it to work right.

This TV has insanely good color representation
I use my TV for streaming apps or playing PlayStation 5. I totally replaced my fire stick altogether.
Input from the remote is consistently related to on screen change and the TV is very fast at loading everything.

I was surprised just how thin the screen is, I must be getting old enough now to be amazed by new technology!
This does help make it much lighter than our previous tv, even though it is larger than the old one.
Picture is great, with much better control of the range of brightness available, so it is great both when it's sunny or dark (my wife likes a lot of natural sunlight in the house).
However, I like live sports, so it took playing with the picture settings a little while to get the optimal view (as clear as possible, but able to keep up with the fast motion of professional athletes in the screen!).
Overall, really good tv, and I would recommend.

It was between this one and the bravia 8, after this one went on sale it was an easy choice! This tv is AMAZING, the screen is SOOOO THIN..i was literally blown away! After tweaking it to my liking i can't say enough good things about this tv. I thought i already had a great tv but wanted to upgrade for Christmas and this happened the way it was supposed to. Great sound, Great picture, the synchronicity with my Ps5 in game mode is pretty awesome too! My games have NEVER looked BETTER! I already had a sound bar but wanted to test the speakers on the tv by themselves and they sound pretty pretty pretty good! I could use them without the soundbar and i would be perfectly fine!

The picture is great but the sound can not be turned down very low. We have a best buy tech appointment this thursday to try to get it fixed. The 150.00 charge adds to the cost of buying the TV. Not real happy about that but we see no other options.

Waited too long to get an OLED
So happy with this purchase. Usually a tequila fueled 1am purchase has not worked out well for me. This surprise Sunday morning turned out to be, after a lot of input from Best Buy, that OLED was a huge improvement from UHD and that the display would blow you away. I ordered the TV from the Samsung website early Sunday morning and received an email from Samsung that the TV was ready for pickup at Best Buy at noon. I wanted to get the employee at Best Buy to give me enough information to walk away from the purchase but had me reconsidering a 2025 set costing thousands more. Got the set home and quickly attached the wall mounting bracket (Complaint #1 - Include the screws for the 4 mounting inserts) I struggled with trying to pick the set up by myself and hang it on the wall bracket. With help lifting the tv it worked and I powered up the TV. (Complaint #2 - The remote is too small and limited functionality) Seriously, this remote is too small. Does it actually have a solar panel to charge the remote? It would seem so. Well….Im very happy with my late night shopping but I wish it had an attachable sound bar. Not a deal breaker but would of been cool. The new products from Samsung allows a synced sound bar to the TV speakers. My next purchase!!! Love it so far!!

Great Picture!!
I bought this about a month ago after my other TV started going out. Just from the first time powering it on the quality of the image was night and day from my previous TV. I have had Samsung TV’s for the past 15 years and I really love the quality and features they have to offer.

4K ready - that must be funded after service
So far it appears to be more or less what we expected - EXCEPT It was marketed (in Best Buy) as "4K OLED" come to find out it is only 1080P unless we pay a ridiculous monthly fee to get 4K. Unless you are willing to pay additional monthly fees, the 4K option is not active.

I use my tv for mostly gaming and watching movies. This tv has exceeded on all of my expectations. I have been an LG guy for the last 8 years and this tv has changed my perspective entirely. I love the game mode and HDR options for game correction and shadow detailing. Even when watching movies, this tv made color correction so easy. I didn't have to use weird or cumbersome color filters or even have to go online to other sites to find what the best settings are. All I had to do was download the samsung smart TV app, then hold my phone camera up to the tv then the ap communicated with the tv and it calibrated itself automatically! I've never been so impressed with a tvs calibrated picture as I did with this one. Everything looks so lifelike now with a little bit of pop so the picture looks almost 3d, as if it were going to come right off the screen. The gaming mode is just as impressive. It even shows what the current frame rate is as im playing games! It has a genre selection that sets the picture according to WHAT KIND of game you are playing. This tv ,again, just continues to impress , regardless of the source material. With the way tech is constantly evolving, I can only imagine the next leaps and feats from saumsungs OLED products. I feel honored and privileged to own this TV and look forward to future tvs as well.

This TV has everything, all in one. It has all the apps you could need, along with Samsung TV free, which has lots of channels. The remote fits well in your hand, and can be recharged by the sun! The picture quality is excellent, and best of all, it integrates well with my Samsung phone.

Samsung OLED TV is amazing it was gifted by my brother. The image on this tv is so crisp. Never in my life had I had a tv like this one. Best of all, the fact that it is so thin makes it easy to accommodate in my small apartment. Definitely would recommend it.

Great picture, busy home screen, poor WiFi
We mostly use our S90D to stream TV series, movies, and sports. Right now, I’m watching professional bicycle racing, while my wife is into football and is looking forward to the upcoming season. Overall, the picture quality is incredible. The color balance, brightness, contrast, and sharpness are all top-notch. I also watch a lot of older black-and-white films, which look great as well.
We’re still exploring different features, such as adjusting color and picture settings, but I often find myself reverting to the default settings or using the Film/Movie mode, as those look best. I’ve tried the AI settings, but they never seem quite right—more tweaking may be necessary. We’ve also connected our indoor over-the-air antenna, which works quite well with the TV.
The Home Screen is too cluttered, and I haven’t taken the time yet to clean it up and remove the content I don’t want—or what Samsung assumes we want to see (which is mostly off the mark).
Wi-Fi performance has been disappointing, even after relocating both the TV and the router for a clear line of sight. Max and TCM seem to have the most connectivity issues, either showing a poor internet connection or dropping out entirely. I’ve worked around this by switching to a wired connection.

This tv is great for all viewing. Movies look amazing. Games look amazing. I love my Samsung OLED. My only complaint is that I cannot stream shows in Paramount+. It will go the whole way to loading and error out.

Purchased a S90d OLED to replace my older LED Samsung that I thought had a great picture. I can’t believe the difference! It’s hard to watch any other tv now. Plus the user interface is so intuitive that it makes operating the tv a dream.
I’m seriously considering purchasing another S90d just like it for the basement.

I use my samsung tv primarily for gaming. Wow, what a picture. First off, let's talk about the dedicated game mode. You can select the genre of game you are playing and the tv does the rest! It sets the color tones and picture settings (along with motion settings) automatically. The frame rate talors itself to your settings as well. You can also view the frame rate of your game in real time. The picture itself is pristine, clear, sharp, and concise. It has just enough pop that it seems to come off the tv a bit but still be realistic for it not to look overly dramatic.
Movies look more impressive as well. The picture settings have the regular preset picture settings (movie, vivid, sports, ect); but it also has one called Film Maker that brings the picture to the expectations of what the director of a movie envisioned the picture to look like. While all of the modes are great looking, I highly recommend film maker mode. There's also a setting called smart callibration that is just amazing. I was in awe of when I first used it. Basically, if you have a samsung phone, you download an app and hold your phone next to the tv. The tv plays a few test patterns then it perfectly calibrates the picture based on the lighting in your viewing area. For the first time ever, I felt like my tv was professionally set up and it looked so amazing! The colors, skin tones, black levels were all incredibly perfect.

A lot of power issues, not a reliable TV brand
Got the TV in November last year and it is not working in May just a few months after, TV features are really nice, it is almost impossible to clean the screen, but the more frustrating thing is the power issue, TV is not turning ON and Samsung warranty is not covering the issue, never buying another Samsung TV, there are other brands with better reliability and customer support

TV came damaged and customer service offered no solution for getting the TV repaired or replaced. Had a Samsung technician come in and the price for the repairs was even more than the price of buying the TV brand new. Terrible Experience overall and really makes me question buying Samsung products in the future.

Beautiful OLED
I bought this TV to bring an excellent picture to my living room. We use it with and antenna and streaming services. We hooked up a Samsung Soundbar and sub and it's amazing. First, NexGen TV experience is great. Far nicer than I was expecting. The built in apps work with all of our subscription services and we haven't had an issue streaming.

Love the TV, it is beautiful. Sometimes it takes a long time for channels and apps to load, and get started. A tad bit slow for our time. I have Gigabit internet speeds, and the tv is hardwired for direct access…No WiFi - maybe thats the problem, but it could and should be faster.
Also, THE REMOTE SUCKS! Nowadays, all remotes should have keypads to type out movie titles, channels, etc. Do better Samsung! Such a cheap remote for a fancy, flagship tv model.

Doesn't support Kanopy app. Kanopy lists that this model supports their app, but found the user interface not great for searching for apps and couldn't find the app anywhere, called support and they confirmed there's no app. Wasted my time and money buying this TV, the reason I got a Samsung is because they are supposed to have this app. Otherwise the TV is ok. The homepage is annoying with all the shows and apps I've never heard of and have no desire to ever see. How about you turn on the TV and it's a blank page, and you can search for what you want. Instead of bombarding you with junk advertising garbage I don't want to see.

More issues than anything.
Bought in July. Broke in July. Shortly after the 15 day return window. First issue was a bad power board, then it was a bad main board and then a bad panel. After 3 different appointments to get 3 different repairs. Now having hdmi port issues and they can't seem to find out why they arent working properly. I'm over this television.

Nice, but Alexa and someSettings need improvement
I wish I could give it 5 stars; however, the rep that I chatted with online gave bad info about Alexa and navigating the picture settings is cumbersome.
It is not as Alexa compatible, integrated, as suggested. Verbal commands work fair enough. Trying to set a scheduled routine through the Alexa app - the only one that I have gotten to work is simply turning it off, or open certain streaming apps. That was a reason that we purchased it - so we could set video/sound routines for our pets while we are away on holidays. There is a laborious way to do it Amazon Echos - but the TV needs to be turned on first (which you cannot even do that through Alexa). You will be forced to use the SmartThings app.
Picture.., for whatever reason, when trying to adjust the picture when streaming - you cannot do it while streaming. It will default to either the tuner, or Samsung TV (if one only streams), to view the changes being made. The work around this is that you have to use SmartThings. It would be nice if Samsung would allow multiple settings/profiles for the picture settings. Depending on the the type of show/movie, one might want different settings.

Shockingly impressive even compared to QLED
I'm impressed by the contrast compared to any of samsung's other panels. I was definitely hoping to be wowed and I'm glad I went with the 90D!
Colors are super vibrant by defauly and I did actually have to adjust them a bit just to tone it down, but the result is just incredible.
I was worried a bit about green hazing around some sharp edges but I don't seem to find myself noticing any in use!

I would give 0 stars if given the option
Samsung Installation is honestly a complete joke, if not outright theft. I assume this TV is great, at least I certainly hope so. It's currently sitting on the floor, right next to the mount left in the box, after their (3rd party, not Samsung) installation techs claimed the two were incompatible. Tech opened the mount and immediately said "oh, this is so different", so I'm assuming this may have been his first experience with a Samsung mount? About 9mins later they told me that they would be unable to complete the install, and suggested I contact Samsung directly. They left about 2hrs ago, and I've been on hold with Samsung ever since, having been transferred about a half dozen times...
Bottom line, you've been warned, don't waste your entire day...

Very stressful to move but great quality
Overall great quality but very hard to move. design flaw being the wall mount bolt is behind the stand for the TV. if there was a hole through the stand so you can bolt it on the wall with feet on the TV that would be great so you can put a center channel on the stand. Also needs more setting capabilities like having a adjustable opacity for the menu screens. Also would be great to have handles on the back of the TV to adjust it on the wall as the screen is very thin., also the settings needs to have a input button on the remote or app. It would be cool to have LEDs around the rim of the TV. PC has a sound delay having a HDMI go to the TV then to a home theater receiver which sucks. Unfortunately Prime video login is different than voice control setup on the remote so you have to log in two times for the same account stupid design as a Fire TV stick is just one. The TV needs a aspect ratio option as some content is a different ratio. Would be nice to have a battery percentage for the remote easily accessible or visible. Still overall best quality and picture.

The only downside is that it can be difficult to clean if you get any accidental fingerprints on the screen.

Talk about razor thin screen, it almost dissappears when viewing at 90°. The image quality, 120hz, HDR10 support is great. I know some state the QC has gone downhill but didn't notice any issues and this was purchased from BB at a local spot. Gaming on Xbox X runs easily (no Dolby Vision) but I really don't care about that.
Gaming mode is almost too bright so I turned it down a little bit. Screen doesn't seen to need much calibration but plan to do so at some point to get it for all the money it cost.

Missing quite a few options that I would have liked. You can't pick the aspect ratio, sound has no options, and several others that aren't included. The picture is good but blurry around some parts of the TV. The remote always take you to the Samsung screen which takes some time to load so you can watch what you want. Not impressed with this TV or remote.

One of the best looking screens I have ever looked at i and the lag on the screen is like 1ms which makes it great for games and 144 hz makes the tv one the best on the market I owned it for like a month I would recommend it and no screen burning at all

Best home theaterpurchase of all time
I am a huge audiophile and cinemaphile and have maintained a premium home theater setup. In the past 15 years, this has been the single best purchase. The colors are bright and vivid without being so aggressive. Black depth and detail is absolutely remarkable and much better than my previous Sony OLED.
Purchasing through samsung directly couldn't have been easier. I was able to pick up the item from my local best buy on the same day. Samsung also has incredible pricing on mounting and installation, but at least for me, it was showing the next availability about 3 months out. It's a VERY heavy TV, so if you're going to mount it yourself, especially at or above eye level, please make sure you have at least one helper who is reasonably strong.
Smart integration is also very well implemented and you can use the TV as a smart things hub.

Astounding!!!
Upon opening the box i was in shock, how could this pane of glass thin item be an actual working tv, surely I got a cardboard display! But no, it was indeed a tv, I've never actually seen it up close so I had no idea. Never in my life have I ever truly gamed in HD it seems, the colors are ridiculous and the blacks are what I'd imagine the blackness of space to look like. Has anime always been this vivid?!? What have I been missing all this time?!? It is truly a spectacle to behold and the perfect company to my ps5pro. Madly in love with it.

Do not buy this tv. I repeat, do not buy this tv.
I bought this tv less than two months ago and the power supply is gone. Made an appointment with Samsung Service Dept. I was scheduled for today and to my dismay I received a call saying that the part was not in yet and I would have to wait for it with no ETA. Now I have practically a new tv hanging on the wall like a museum piece. I asked how do you know what part is broken without diagnosing it? Apparently, these tv’s suffer from poor power supply. The rep said that Samsung has upgraded the power supply (I doubt they upgraded it).
Samsung lost me as a customer. I was a true believer on their products. But they are just putting tv’s together with whatever to sell them fast. They will continue to lose customers if they don’t change.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS TV or any Samsung tv. Maybe they will wise up and put out quality products. This tv is JUST TOO EXPENSIVE TO HAVE IT GO OUT IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS. SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG.

A Slim Stunner with Stunning Picture Quality
The Samsung S90D is a TV that truly impressed me from the moment I unboxed it. First off, the shipping and handling were flawless - the TV arrived perfectly intact with no damage whatsoever. Installation was a breeze; setting it up took no time at all.
But the real star of the show is the incredibly slim design. This TV is so thin, it practically melts into the wall. It's a truly elegant addition to any living room. And despite its slim profile, the S90D doesn't skimp on picture quality. The display is simply stunning, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and incredible detail. Whether I was watching a nature documentary or the latest action movie, I was blown away by the clarity and realism of the images.
While the sound quality of most TVs leaves much to be desired, the S90D actually surprised me. It delivers better-than-average audio with decent bass and clear dialogue. While a dedicated soundbar would still enhance the experience, the built-in speakers are perfectly adequate for everyday viewing.

I’ve had 12 Samsung TVs. This is the first and most expensive one yet. I have it three weeks in the picture has problems. I try to bring it back to Best Buy. They say you have two weeks so you got a call Sam so I call Samsung they send somebody out, and say that the LEDs need to be replaced, they came and replaced it all working good now Just seem like a lot of inconvenience

Life is too short to fight with this TV
I returned this TV after not being able to adjust the settings to achieve the picture quality I wanted. The most frustrating thing was I would get the settings the way I wanted and then the next day the Samsung TV would change them on its own. I spent three weeks fighting this beast and gave up.
And, by the way, the optical audio port on the back of the TV was broken too.

Have had the TV for two weeks now and it has spectacular. Paired with a QS730D sound bar and an Apple TV 4K. Set-up was very easy - plugged every thing in, powered on, and everything "just worked." I've been playing with the picture and sound settings - just minor personal preference "tweeks" but everything was very good out of the box. I've settled (for now) on Filmmaker Mode for the picture and Q-Symphony for the sound.

Muffled sound from TV Speakers

I took a long time in making the decision to buy a new television. Samsung was always my first choice because, I had 2 smaller versions. I love this 65” and am really glad that I didn’t get a bigger one. The set was very easy for me but, I didn’t rely totally on the boxed instructions. The picture is great and I can see it from any angle. I’d advise a soundbar because that only enhanced my satisfaction. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I suggest 2 people to unpack for sure! The screen is very thin so handle as instructed in the instructions.

After purchasing the TV, it developed a Black triangle on the bottom edge. I was informed it was physical damage, but it was never damaged. Samsung was not helpful, though the TV is still under warranty.

4K picture quality is amazing.
Picture quality is outstanding. Sound quality is pretty good. Installation was pretty easy and went smoothly. Remote control is not very user friendly. Difficult to hold onto and operate. Too small. One of the features that the tv comes with you cannot even use is the time slip feature. Very disappointing.

Fabulous picture and ez setup
Purchased about a month ago to replace a a first generation lg OLED. My old tv showed reflections like a mirror. So I was really considered the 95D. I went to Best Buy and shown my phone flashlight at both screens and the 90D was much better than my old lg at reflection handling. The 95D was superior and diffused my phone light into a halo. I noticed none of the bright overhead lights were causing noticeable reflections on the 90D or 95D. So I saved money and went with the 90D. All the online reviews were right. It is simply spectacular. My wife and I had it setup and working in less than 15 minutes.

I bought this tv about a month ago and the picture is great but honestly I had a LG before and it had a great picture too. What I like better about this set is if you get a Samsung sound bar the tv will connect to and run the internal speakers with the sound bar in Q Symphony mode for great sound. Set up is foolproof which is nice when you don’t like the hassle of setting these things up. It excels over the LG in sound and setup, picture is splitting hairs at least for my 62 year old eyes.

Very happy with the sharp clear picture. Was skeptical about the remote having very few buttons and very small but it has been one of the easiest tvs to setup and operate we’ve ever had. It replaced a 46 inch Samsung we’ve had since 2012 and still going strong. Hopefully this one will be as durable.

This set had the best picture of any TV that I've ever owned. The colors are vibrant but true-to-life and the black is very dark without the banding you often see during dark movie scenes. Although I purchased a separate soundbar, the set's audio is better than I've heard on flat screen TVs.

I don’t think they have worked out all of the bugs for this television. At least once a month, I have to unplug the television because the sound is muffled and everything is unintelligible. I had to pay a service person to come out and fix it the first time and he showed me what to do in the future It has a lovely picture though

WARNING - Problems from the very beginning
I originally ordered this TV in November of 2024. The shipping was delayed and didn't get delivered until the end of December. Once I received the TV I set it up and it worked for about 1 week before the problems began. At the very beginning of January (2025) the TV screen began to blink black three times before remaining black while the audio continued to play. A few days after this issue started the TV completely broke and did not work at all. I submitted a work order with Samsung at the beginning of January to have the TV repaired. After waiting for parts to come in, a technician finally came out to work on the TV (End of January). The Samsung Technician attempted to repair the TV but ultimately this did not work and the TV was declared Unrepairable. The technician himself even admitted that it is absolutely absurd that we have been waiting so long for a fix. After he left, I had to call Samsung back and begin the process of getting the TV replaced and it has been a nightmare ever since. When I originally called they offered to refund my money instead of sending a new TV. I said no I would like a new TV sent to me and they responded with "Let's be realistic here." After multiple calls and hours and hours on the phone, Samsung finally approved a replacement TV. At the end of January, they informed me that the new TV will be sent to their warehouse and then delivered within 3-7 business days. It is now the end of February and the replacement TV has not even been delivered to their warehouse yet. It is absolutely unexpectable to now be waiting over 2 months for a Samsung to replace their product. Their customer service has been no help at all.

Got it a little while ago and am really pleased with picture quality and sound. Works well with Verizon Fios box and remote for most things. If you have non Fios streaming services it’s more of a pain. You need to use the Samsung remote.
Tv remote is very small but fully functional.
I haven’t quite figured the sound out. It’s up and down depending on the program or commercial. Sometimes 10 is good other times it’s 25

Sharpest picture ever.
My husband & I bought the tv about a month ago. I knew I wanted to buy a Samsung 65”. We saw this tv on sale so went to see it. We saw this OLED S90D sitting next an LED both on the same channel but the picture on this OLED S90D was so much sharper that we didn’t need to look at any others & decided to buy it. I love it.

S90D OLED MASTERCLASS
We are soo happy with our S90D. We have a S90c for our living room tv and are glad we stuck with samsung and went with the S90D. It really delivers on image quality at this price point. Its the best overall tv for the money. I think this TV sets the bar for the standard in picture quality. I've been waiting to get a new TV and this is the one I wanted. My old Samsung 65 was good and we needed a big screen for our house when we bought it. This OLED is so much better. The colors and the speed of the apps loading is incredible. I'm thinking of replacing each TV in my home with new Samsung OLED TV's.

I've bought Samsung products for years. They are of superior quality I n my experience. I've only ever had one problem with a TV wifi not working. Samsung replaced the TV. No problems since. I recently bought the 65 inch OLED. It's awesome. The picture is great. Very easy set up. My Denon reciever connected super easy. One remote runs both. I could not be more pleased. We had our last Samsung 52 inch for 17 years. I am expecting the same from our new one.

A Television Ahead of its time.
This television truly is an experience in itself, after having various TVs from different brands, this Television exceeded my expectations. I was purchasing the tv as an upgrade and it totally upgraded everything I had connected to it. Enhanced my viewing experience from shows that were 5+ years old to new shows and they both were a sight to see. It felt like I was in the tv watching it live as they were recording it right in front of me, sometimes I had to turn the tv off and turn it on because of my disbelief of how clear and vivid the colors and small details were sometimes you overlook those things when you don’t usually have them with your tv and this tv by far is my favorite and the best one I have, its a landslide of a difference. Between switching from one HDMI to another by just turning a different system on and the TV just switches to that HDMI automatically was breathtaking. And once I set up my Alexa to my SD90 it took it to another level. I was able to pause and resume tv shows, open up apps by talking to the tv and it just did it. I almost didn’t even need my remote. It’s truly been an experience owning one of these Tv I will be adding to my collection and getting more of them. THANK YOU SAMSUNG FOR THINKING OF THE UNTHINKABLE

Awesome picture with incredible brightness
I've always wanted to try Samsung TVs. I looked for a while and decided on the S90D. We increased fron a 55 inch to a 65 inch, so that was an adjustment to begin with, as well as this being our first OLED. The brightness is insane! I love the multi-view feature, but wish more streaming apps would work with it. I already had a Vizio sound bar and really want to upgrade to a Samsung to try the Q-Symphony sound. Haven't really used the TV speakers to say what they are like. Setup was interesting. I had to use the provided legs/base and it does screw into the set, it snaps in. While trying to place the TV the based came out on 1 side and things got "interesting" for a moment while trying to keep the TV from colapsing/falling over. Other than that, set up isn't too bad. The interface isn't bad, but at times lags or even freezes. The remote is neat, but small. We're losing track of it all the time. I really don't like the channel up/down and volume up/down buttons. They are small and especially with the volume because to mute the tv, you just press down on the volume button and with the button being so small, it's easy to mute the tv instead of turning the volume uo or down. The rechargeable battery with the remote is a neat concept. I have concerns for that over time, but 4 months into having the tv it's great not having to buy batteries all the time.

With 9 grandkids come over, this TV has features for everyone. The young boys have an X box. The colors and sound are awesome. The younger girls watch Youtube for kids. Samsung has made it easy for everyone to use. The big flat screen is great for watching sporting events.

This is not my first Samsung TV however, it is the first TV I have ever purchased where I was completely blown away with the quality of the picture. One of the reasons I purchased this TV is because I have recently, in my retirement, starting gaming! I wanted something where I could get rapid response time and enjoy the full 4K resolution of many games. I had been playing them in my media room, and while all that equipment is state of the art, I felt like I was missing something, not to mention running out the projector using hours of gaming. So I looked into this model. Having several features that promote gaming, I decided to give it a try.
WOW! Immediately, the clarity and depth, the dark areas shown with their true intent. It was like I had been playing on a system previously that could not provide the illumination and details I needed! No lag, no blur, just blazing fast response with the bluest of blues and reddest reds. Not to mention all the other colors in the spectrum.
It is truly worth every penny and then some. If you are on the fence, get off!!! You will not regret this TV. My daughter visited the other day and I had just turned it on and she walked into the room and exclaimed, Oh Wow! what a great picture!!! There is just something incredible about it. You don't know what you're missing, until you see it!!!

It's very reliable. Offers great colors and sharp image. The apps are very responsive.
The storage can be a bit limiting for apps in the TV itself. I also love the features of the tv remote phone app.

Great picture, sounds is weak
Super thin TV with a great picture. Be very careful when carrying or laying flat as you can easily break the TV if not careful. The sound from the TV is weak and we needed to order a sound bar (Samsung HW-Q600C) which was a big help in enjoying the TV overall. Since the TV is so thin, the mounting holes for the wall bracket are much lower than other TVs we have and had to adjust our wall mount to account for this. Basically had to lower the wall mount several inches in order to have the TV positioned where the previous Samsung TV was on the wall.

Samsung TV and Soundbar Great Together
Bought the Samsung 65" S90D TV and Q990D Soundbar to replace my 10 year old Samsung TV, audio receiver and speakers. The TV and Soundbar integrate into a total system that is much easier to use than the separate components I had before. The clarity of picture and sound make me feel that I made the right purchase. I especially appreciate the functions that improve intelligibility of speech. I also like the Symphony function which combines sound from the TV and soundbar into a fuller experience. A great pair. Glad I bought both units as a package.

The Clarity is Awesome!! The sound is immersive especially when connected to a multi channel sound system . It is very easy to understand and use ! As an older adult that is quite helpful. The support I did need was simple to obtain and the person on the company side was Great! He took over the TV and went right to the core of any frustration I had and it was working perfectly in Just minutes. I Love the fact that when you turn off the TV it resets to your preset volume . The TV is great. Picture quality is the best I've ever owned. That's the end of the good news. The Smart features are a nightmare. The TV makes changes without confirming whether I want them. My wife and I are literally afraid to touch the wrong button on the remote for fear that we'll lose everything. We had a professional setup the TV. He was stumped. If this is the reality of AI, then we are in for a lot of trouble. None of this would be problematic if only the machine would ask us to confirm choices or changes. It doesn't and makes for a harrowing experience just trying to watch TV. Not what I bargained for at all.

We use the S90D primarily for streaming content and the picture quality was amazing and bright... Until it updated and the brightness was nerfed. I still like the TV but it was better when fresh out of the box. The brightness decrease is definitely noticeable in HDR. I'm disappointed that Samsung does this and I wish I did my research before buying.

We purchased this Samsung when our 15 year old Samsung gave out. The picture quality is excellent BUT the TV remote control is POOR. It is very small, very poorly marked, and hard to operate with large or arthritic fingers.

The tv is 6-9 months old and has seen a repairman only to evaluated as acceptable. In the meantime the tv wishes to have the picture optimized every time it is turned on. The sound remains problematic.

Great TV. Easy to operate with. The colors are amazing. The home gallery is easy to navigate with. The unit has (4) HDMI 2.1 ports.
Cons: forced software updates.(which I don’t like) reduced the brightness and color volume of the TV. The remote control although good and easy to use, Should be back lit. (Would make a difference trying to use in the dark). Overall not a bad TV. Serves its purpose super sleek, easy to set up. Good option for people looking to not break the bank.

Samsung S90D Super Amazing OLED TV
This is my second Samsung 65in OLED TV. The size of the screen has complimented both a larger home living room, as well as my now smaller townhouse, acting as a focal point to my home theater experience.
My favorite smart feature is where if my dog barks while I am away, the TV will actually turn itself on and plays an ambient video of soft tunes to soothe my little guy. It's not even an add-on or app, it's totally built in.
The picture quality is absolutely remarkable. Nothing comes even close to how detailed and vivid it is, along with an immersing audio, every movie creates an in home theater experience like no other.

The Worst Shopping Experience

I received a text message yesterday saying they were on the way and delivery would arrive in 30 minutes. It's now been 12 hours — and still, no one has shown up. Not a call, not a follow-up — nothing. At this point, it honestly feels deliberate. Like they're either completely incompetent or just messing with people on purpose.
I am completely done with Samsung. I will never shop with them again—ever. It’s been nearly three full weeks of waiting for my order! I’ve changed delivery times, rescheduled repeatedly, called, chatted, followed every single instruction they gave me—and yet, still no delivery.
They kept giving me new dates and empty promises, but nothing ever happened. Not even a courtesy call to let me know they weren’t coming. The lack of accountability is staggering.
This has been, hands down, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Incompetent, careless, and totally unprofessional. I’m beyond disappointed. You’ve permanently lost my business!

I use it for streaming, sports, movies, and gaming. The only thing I don't use it as is a monitor. The colors are impressive and the darks are inky black. The biggest feature though is that it looks great even in a lighted room. Glare has never been an issue. I highly recommend this TV and I'd buy it again given the choice all over again. You can't go wrong.

Samsung QN65S90DAFXZA Tizen The TV looks amazing and performs well overall, but there's a big issue if you use a soundbar over HDMI ARC. Every time the TV Powers on, it plays at the last or set volume level that is too high. There's no option to limit or control the startup volume. I use a samsung HW-S700D and the start up TV volume is too high. There's no start up mute, nom minimum volume setting, and SmartThings only lowers the volume AFTER it blasts at start-up. I would have reconsidered this purchase if I had known.

Longtime Samsung customer but after refrigerator nightmare I vowed never to buy their appliances. But my televisions have held up well. So I bought the S90D from Best Buy after reading this TVs reviews. How naive I was! Got this thing home, unpacked, and mounted and turned it on. Nothing. Did everything I could and cleat it is the dreaded power supply board I read about. Packed it up and returned to Best Buy for an LG C4, same price. Another customer in line had the exact same issue. No more Samsung products.

Terrible TV and even worst customer service
I received this TV today and I should have listened to the reviews. The TV came busted. the side has screen damage and it flashed for a second and only gets audio after that. I will definitely pay more attention to the reviews next time. I chatted with their CS over 2 hours and was being kept being told that they would help me with another tv, just to make a cart with the same price that I could have done my self. After all the wasted time, they said that couldn't set up the return and would get back to me within 28-48 hours. I had to call and they said the same, that they can't set up the return and would get back to me. I would not recommend Samsung to anyone anymore after this experience.

We love our Samsung TV! The interface is great. All apps load quickly and it is very user-friendly. We always joke that we "feel like we are there" while watching any high resolution streaming. We upgraded from a 6 year old smart TV (not Samsung) and the difference is extreme. We are still using a very old (12 years +) Samsung surround sound but would like to upgrade that next.
The only thing that made me nervous was how thin this tv is. It was scary getting it out of the box and getting it set up. There are very clear directions on where you are supposed to touch the system. So if you follow that you will be okay.

My Samsung TV is used everyday for viewing News/Sports/Drama shows. The picture is very clear and bright. It replaced a 20 year old product from another manufacturer and the diffrence was instantaneous and fantastic. Service has been flawless and on the few occasions I needed to contact Customer Service my concern was solved on the call. On recommendation of a CS rep I also purchased and installed the Samsung HW-Q600C Soundbar and Subwoofer. The sound has been perfect.

I really enjoy Samsung TV plus and would definitely recommend for any cord cutters. The interface is responsive with no delays. We use this TV for gaming, movies and digital antenna.

Beautiful picture on our 86" screen.
We use our TV mainly for TV shows, both streaming and utilizing our service provider. We also subscribed briefly to YouTube TV, and it was easy to navigate with the Samsung.
I have used the mirror option to view pics from my Samsung Galaxy phone.
I've also utilized the background pics and videos Samsung makes available when having guests over.

This TV has great clarity.
We watch TV exclusively on our Samsung with a surround sound system. This TV can really make an immersive experience when watching shows even from our bed. It is easy to get lost in the shows because it's really like being in the screen. This TV is a game changer!

Clearest Picture and Audio
This TV has been the best TV I ever owned.
I thought OLED to be expensive but this was on budget on thanksgiving sale. But, its worth the price. Picture is absolutely crystal clear. I compared with other brands and I like the richness in the colors for samsung. The audio is very good for the TV. We don't need a sound bar but I have Samsung Q sound bar. The best part is samsung soundbars work with internal speakers and you don't need to turn off the internal soundbar giving immerssive audio. I did not experience any noticable lag playing games on PS5 yet. I play mainly car race games.
This TV is also very thin and I should have mounted it closer to the wall. maybe should do that to increase appeal. rest is exactly what I want.

Checking 4K resolution is not easy
Nice pic on this new set, but unable to check if resolution is 4K for different apps is not listed. Should not take looking up videos on YouTube to make sure all apps I have added are showing true 4K quality with this top end TV.
