Not worth the $$$
My $30 earbuds are better in sound quality. And far better in battery life. The battery life is abysmal. They don't even last a full work shift. The only reason I am not returning these is that I bought them on sale. They are "okay" for backup earbuds.

Great product, but fall off my ears
The look and sound are absolutely amazing. The noise canceling is a great feature. I truly enjoy my buds pro 2, but I have to wear a hat or ear band to hold them in place. Then if I do, they begin to hurt from the pressure. I've tried the different ear sizes that come with the product, they just pop out of my ears. I'm bummed because I have the new s24 ultra, the new watch and the buds all matching.

Amazing Value
I bought these in November or October of 2023 on around Black Friday at BestBuy, and so far, they’ve been amazing. At the time I bought them, I was mainly buying earbuds for the noise cancelation features without anything playing, and I was expecting the earbuds to fully cancel out the sound. As you can expect, my expectations weren’t met with any of the earbuds I bought, so eventually I just decided to go with the eel of noise cancellation while music was playing, which is probably what it’s there for. I settled on some kind of Sony earbuds, and their sound quality was the best by far, but the earbuds were hard to put into the case and the case itself had a weird texture I didn’t like. I returned them back to BestBuy and bought these earbuds, and they had very good sound quality as well. The sound is provided by AKG apparently, and I really like them now that I’ve listened to the kind of sound provided by them. The sound on these earbuds is truly some of the best, and I don’t have to worry about wearing these out in the rain since nothing will happen to them. The noise cancellation is amazing, as I can’t even hear the sound of a car engine running while listing to some music with noise cancellation on. And the ambient mode is amazing too, it allows me to hear people talking to me without having to pull my earbuds out. The battery also lasts me all day of continuous use and I can go a few days straight before the battery in the case runs out and I have to recharge it. These earbuds are really worth the money you buy them for.

Not Worth the Price
Bought these in November of 2023. Right out of the box, I experienced a high-pitched ringing that was solved by switching out the ear tips. Had no issues until two days ago, when the high-pitched ringing started up suddenly and today the right bud is barely audible even at max volume and the ringing occurs in both ANC and Ambient Sound modes. Up until this point, these were pretty good earbuds but I don't think they hold up very well. The wear and tear on these buds in the four months I've had them have been very minor - I only wear them when walking to class and when I work on my laptop. These buds are such a disappointment because Samsung usually makes products that are built to last (my fallback earbuds are a pair that came from a Samsung phone I bought back in 2016). Trying to find support for this problem is also a huge issue. When I spend almost $200 on a pair of earbuds, I expect better support when the things stop working not even four months later.

I was not expecting the sound quality to be that magical. It's like your in a rave. Can't hardly feel the speakers there. It's just sound with amazing bass. I can't describe the feeling of it.

Very Disappointed with Performance
One of the features that moved me to buy the Buds 2 was the search and locate feature in case they are lost. I lost the right one yesterday while walking. I was hoping to find them using the locate feature but it failed miserably. I tried it several times and gave up realizing the feature does not perform as I expected. I love Samsung products and have been loyal to them. currently own a chrome book, tablet, phone, watch and ear buds all from Samsung. Based on losing and being unable to locate the right ear bad, i may be looking at the competition in the future and certainly will not replace the ear buds with samsung galaxy buds.

Amazing changes to shape
I am so happy I upgrade from the Galaxy Buds Pro to the Buds2 Pro!! I loved my Buds Pro as far as sound, battery life, noise cancellation, etc. I loved everything about that but the way they fit, they had a tendency to make my ears very sore. I was so happy when I got the Buds2 Pro and put them in my ears and I could immediately tell how much better they fit. They are so much more comfy they were worth the upgrade for that alone!

this is my 2nd set of buds and just like the 1st pair the quality is horrible . do not waste your money on these becasue getting assistance from samsung when your realize the poor quality won't happen!! i am extremely disappointed in this entire situation.

Best buds ever
I bought these today at Nebraska furniture and have the original buds and buds pro as well. There sound better than the previous buds and do get louder. I wish I could have traded my old buds in but too late for that. I have bad ears and these sound amazingly clear. Best I've ever had so far.

Saving me from jail!
These are just wonderful! Traded the Buds Live for these and in a short time have proven their worth. Here's the deal, I have misophonia, this means that repetitive noises, breathing noises, chewing noises, gum smacking, etc make me angry and/or awaken certain desires against the perpetrator. Most times the perpetrator is my husband who although knows how these noises bother me doesn't stop him from continually committing the crime. I pop these babies in as soon as I know a certain noise will trigger me. Just the noise cancelation has certainly kept me out of jail, I'll give you that. I love that they're much more confortable than the Live, the noise cancelation is better too. I can barely hear him when it's on and he's a loud talker. Music is clear, they last longer than the Live and I'm grateful for the ability to locate them among the repertoire of benefits.

Caused Allergic Reaction
Had these a few months. Started using right away and noticed itching in my ears. The next morning my ears felt damp. I thought maybe it was related to a recent sinus infection. I discontinued use for a couple weeks to ensure that there wasn't an ear infection.
The next use I experienced burning within minutes of putting in the ear buds. I took them out and immediately noticed a clear discharge and itching. After some internet research I tried new ear tips, alas no change.
The next time was my last attempt to make these work for me. Even with the new ear tips my ears started itching, burning, blistering, and weeping clear liquid. I am seeking a refund as apparently this is a known issue.

Excellent earbuds
I got these during the pre-order and have noticed some definite improvements compared to the original Buds Pro, namely in ANC and call quality. The fit is much better and the audio sounds a bit fuller. Though one thing I got them for was the advertised ability to use the find my device feature and have it play a sound even while in the case, and while it seems to be advertised in the smartthings app, it doesn't seem to work.

Easy to lose
Gave them a 3 star because of the case design. Unfortuently the case opens very easily. I have lost two pairs over the past 3 weeks (I never lose anything, had my apple earbuds for years). The buds themselves are great. I cant go spend another $250 on another pair at the moment, so I will be using just the one bud for now.

First things first, these are the only buds that fit my ears comfortably, I can wear them for hours without them hurting.
The sound is really good for music, podcasts etc, especially when listening to spotify.

I bought these galaxy buds 2 pro less than a month ago just to try them out as I have had and used different audio devices in the past from Samsung, Beats, Sony, Bose, Apple, etc. You name them, I have them. Better for Ear piercings
my targus is pierced and having the live buds were ok and having the upgraded version of buds where nice but they didnt stay in my ear. the buds2pro definitely stays in my ear more securely the feel for the white ones are a matte feel. and they pop in easily. so far i love them when running so hiking should be fun. the sound is really amazing to it sinks you in to not want to take them off and keep jamming to music.

Got them a month ago, absolutely love them. The noise cancellation is awesome. Wear them when I mow my lawn. The mower sounds like a small fan is on. I kept thinking it shut off cause of how much noise the headphones blocked out. I really like that they recognize when I'm talking and turn down the music, then start right back up after I stop talking. Haven't been a big fan of any of the other buds since the original Samsung buds, which I still have. These knock it out of the park. Super comfortable and low profile. I have small ears, so they tend to ache after time. Wore these for a full 8 hours, no problem.

Better than the buds
These bud 2 pros have so many better features the the regular buds I use to have. From receiving phone call to being able to talk and hear everything while talking so you don’t talk to loud , to going back to noise cancellation. This was the best upgrade I’ve made. I definitely recommend getting this upgrade.

Awesome earbuds!
I bought these a few weeks ago and not only are they adorably cute but they also work really great! It's features such as ambient noise and noise canceling work pretty good too. I personally am still not used to the features so it's a bit uncomfortable for me. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend others to try them out.

Great sound quality, and oh so beautiful!
I bought this together with a matching Purple S22 about 1 month ago, with a fantastic trade-in program. The sound quality on the Buds2 Pro is top-notch, and the 360 surround feature is amazing. I thought my Buds+ was really good, but these Pro ones totally superseded my expectations. And did I mention that the Bora Purple is soooooo beautiful!

Love The Features
Just received My Galaxy Buds2 Pro yesterday. All I can say is "AWESOME!" Easy to use features with the wearable app. Cool feature is the 360 audio and active noise cancelling. Touch pad on each earbud has a nice touch and easy to answer calls, pause/play, etc. Sound quality is more than I expected. Bass is rich and deep but doesn't over shallow the treble and mid ranges. Music is my passion and these new Galaxy Buds2 Pros deserve an A+

These things are GREAT
I got these when they first came out and it was the best decision I have made lately. I have a pair of the buds live and the buds pro and these are the best by far. The noise canceling works fantastic the only problem with them was the eartips didn't fit right and I had to buy a pair off of Amazon but that was the only problem

These are my third buds,and this one fits perfectly. The other one kept falling out my ears cause they were too big for my ears. They finally made one to fit my small ears, they even pass the running test when your ears get all sweaty.

I have pretty much every pair of Samsung wireless earbuds. I have small ears, so it is hard to find one that fits and doesn't fall out. I LOVE the previous version of galaxy buds, so I was excited to try the new version, but these didn't fit my ears at all, and sadly I had to send them back. I still think they sounded great and I would still recommend them to others who maybe have bigger ears.

Great sound and features but bad ear fit
Bought these when they came out and have used them daily for several months now.
The sound quality is awesome and noice cancelling works great aswell, even walking outside when it's windy they are alot better at not picking up the wind compared to other ANC earbuds I've tried before.
Other features work well too.
Unfortunately for me though, they fit horribly. I have tried all the different tip sizes that came with the earbuds and the smallest size fits the best but when wearing the earbuds I still have to adjust them probably every 10-15 minutes or else they fall out of my ears.
This issue gets worse when walking around and gets even worse when trying to run with them. Talking or smiling also pushes them out even faster.
I don't know if I maybe have freakishly small ear holes or something but these issues has made me kind of dislike the earbuds.
I've ordered third party tips with memory foam that supposedly will make them fit better, I hope it will work but these tips cost around 25 dollars and I do not think it's reasonable that I should have to invest an extra 25 bucks just to comfortably wear a pair of earbuds that cost 250 dollars.
I used to have the first generation galaxy earbuds and upgraded to this one.
Probably won't buy the next one.

Falls out quickly
I bought these looks nice, great sound only problem is they fall out of my ears more than my previous Galaxy Buds live. I tired to ensure its properly fitted using the app but I can't run with these, they just fall out of my ears. My previous buds probably fell out like two times in 2 yrs i had it but the Buds pro 2 has already fell out about 20 times and only bought it in August 2022......I need back my Buds live plz

Great Ear Buds But..
Pros: Sound is noticeably better than Buds, Buds+ or Buds Pro.
Cons: Fit is poor; no solution from Samsung.
I require large Buds. All other products include different sizes. On this product, they don't. So I am now forced to order new 3rd-party tips from Amazon just to get these to work properly, spend another $15 on top of the $230 I've already spent and wait one more day before I can use these as intended. Not very ethical, Samsung!
So leaving 1-Star for this avoidable and expensive oversight.

Correction - Large or Small Extra Tips ARE In Box!
Yesterday I reviewed with 1Star because I didn't find the large tips - and the store staff at Americana Glendale didn't know about them either. Had the impression that only the one size was provided - unacceptable for $230 buds! However, Samsung wrote me since the review - if you are reading this, you need to physically pull the power cord out of the accessories box, and the tiny box with the extra tips is concealed there. So Samsung needs to better train their boutique staff on this. Even with the wrong size installed, the sound was phenomenal. Now with the large tips installed, the sound is even more phenomenal and the fit is rock solid - and my app verifies 'Good Fit' on the Fit Test function.
Some reviewers have claimed that the price was not worth upgrading from Buds Pro - I disagree - the sound on these with the 24 Bit is a totally different (and higher) grade than any buds Samsung has put out. Clear Trebles, great volume and clear distortion-free bass. Outperforms my over-ear headphones. Would be worth the upgrade even without the $75 trade-in for my Bud Pros..

Buds pro2 upgrade
I pre-ordered these. Upgraded from my galaxy buds live. Love the upgrade, definitely way better ANC and some of the new features are definitely interesting and fun to play with. When you have the voice detection it almost works to well lol. I dunno about you but I talk to myself a bit and even if I like mutter something under my breath it picks it up and turns my volume all the way down. So I almost can't even use that feature half the time.
The right bud gets pushed out of my ear a bit while eating or when my jaw muscle flexs, but that might just be a me problem lol. They're still quite secure,and I love the matte finish. Overall I got a discount for pre-ordering and a discount through my work place so it was for sure a decent deal and a worthwhile upgrade for me.

Bought a pair for each my wife and myself. Purple and Black. Absolutely love them. Fit is great, haven't fallen out, I drive a convertible and with noise suppression I can hear music, calls, directions without having to crank up volume. People think I'm wearing a hearing aid and give me strange looks sometimes if I slip and start singing out loud. I love this product. Was apprehensive at first. Only issue they went on sale less than 2 weeks after purchase. Oh well.

Pros: sleek design, easy to use, convenient to carry, great features with a Samsung phone. I do like the noise canceling option.
I think the sound quality is not as spectacular as it should be.
Cons: they hurt my ears after a few minutes of wearing them (not the tip, it's the hard plastic/design). They are too touchy.. One little touch to adjust them and BAM, you paused the music or skipped a song. Like i said above, the sound quality was a real bummer for me.

360 Audio does not work with non Samsung phones
I first contacted support to see if the 360 audio would work with my make and model phone. they insured me it would. so i did the trade in program to get $75 off the price. Long story short found out 360 audio will not work and I can't get my original earbuds back. so disappointed... they said if i returned the buds the would give me $75 for the earbuds i can no longer buy. I loved my yellow originals, they fit my ears better. Never had discomfort with my old ones. The buds pro 2 are a little bigger and tire my ears after using them for a little. Plus the sound isn't much different at all. A slight bit better on the new buds pro 2

LOVE these!
i had the previous version of the galaxy buds pro and enjoyed them. this new version is even better! they stay in my ears much better during workouts (haven't lost them yet) & the active noise canceling works great! i don't hear the wind like i did on the previous version. i purchased these when my others were stolen on a trip out of country. needless to say, i'm glad i "had" to replace them!

A great improvement over first Pro
i wasn't a fan of the first galaxy buds pro. they were fine, but never stayed in my ears. they also stuck out of my ears and were generally uncomfortable. i ended up returning my pair because of the fit and comfort issues.
these are a drastic improvement. everything from the fit, anc, and sound quality are an upgrade. i'm not experiencing ear fatigue, the sound quality is great and comparable to more expensive earbuds, and the build quality is solid. anc cancels out most things and, with content playing, i haven't really heard anything including a vacuum right outside of my office door.
a great upgrade, get a pair. samsung's trade-in incentives are hard to beat.

A mix between the Galaxy Buds+ and Buds Pro
the galaxy buds2 are amazing headphones and really comfortable. the design is a mix between the galaxy buds+ and the galaxy buds pro. they are definitely more comfy than the buds pro and a step up from the buds2.
the sound is great, though it's not as loud as i thought it would be. the noise cancelation is ok, i'd say the buds pro has the best noise cancelation and the ambient sound is good if it's set to clear.
the buds2 pro doesn't really turn on the noise cancelation when you're hearing a constant loud sound like the buds pro did but it does try to block out the sound of the wind. the buds also doesn't turn on the ambiet sound when you hear sirens also like the buds pro did.
they are able to last a full school day with ambient sound on and switching from anc and off about 5-6 hours.

Do not buy these buds, they do not last Samsung make it very difficult to get them replaced. This is my second pair of pro buds and recently they started to make my voice robotic during phone calls. I went through all the troubleshooting steps contacted support and was assured that a local I break you fix store could take care of it. This was not the case, the store didn't even know why they had sent me there, when I contacted Samsung again they now decided I needed to send the buds into one of their technicians. These buds were in warranty and should have been just a simple replacement. I've now bought a competing product rather than spend any more of my time on a silly support cycle. Very poor by Samsung.

Do not buy these headphones!!
Avoid these headphones. I called Samsung yesterday to troubleshoot my pro buds. They told me to go to a local iFix repair store to have them examined. The agent gave me a link and I created a ticket to go there. The store said they were not able to fix the buds...and didn't even know when I was sent there. So a waste my evening.. When I called Samsung back they told me I now needed to send them into their repair store to examine them before they could replace. When I questioned this approach and explained in was not willing to waste any more time the agent was not helpful, just kept telling me this was their process. I have called back more than once, same result. So the end result is I will be trashing these and have bought a competing product instead. I made the agent aware this was the outcome but they did not care. Very poor from Samsung for an in warranty product where I actually pay for their Samsung + care support.

The Best I Have Had to Date
The Buds2 Pros are a remarkable upgrade from the Galaxy Buds Live, where the Live’s connection losses were apparent. The Pros signal (within Bluetooth range) is flawless no matter what your angle is to your phone. This is a must have for backyard work and the driving range. The sound exceeded my expectations, as it is crisp and covers the 20 to 20,000 Hz frequency range nicely. The fit is adjustable with the three earhole adapters, the controls are simplistic, and the sensors are located intelligently, which eases the mishits for large fingers. I ordered the flat or matte black finish buds and case. The case’s finish appears more scratch resistant and is similar in layout to the case for the Live buds, but now has rearranged charging contacts to facilitate quick seating and successful charging. I traded in my Buds Live and received a discount. I will not miss them.

Won't stay in my ear at all, cannot recommend.
These sound pretty good, but they do not stay in my ear. They just randomly fall out, regardless of the size of the tip. I even bought some aftermarket foam expanding tips, but not even that helped hold them in my ears. They are fine sitting still at my desk, but they fall out if I snack on something or move very much at all. I do not recommend this product at all.

Keep getting told the I sound like a computer or like I'm under water.... Took them back and got a second pair and same problem. And it only with the Bud 2 Pro... use Samsung fold 5 with the bud 2 pros... Give me back my Bud pros

Connectivity is terrible
Bought these a few weeks ago. The sound quality is great fit is good. But they are extremely frustrating. The right ear and case connect to blue tooth just fine but it takes me a half our of restarting unpairing and general nonsense to get it to connect to both buds. For the expense that these are this shouldn't be an issue. Very disappointed. For reference I have a galaxy 21+ I use these with and use the wearable app that these where designed for.

I purchased the Galaxy Buds2 Pro from Best Buy in NYC back in September. Now it's November and the right earbud has no sound. This is with only moderate use, no water exposure, no drops. I always keep it in the case. But for some reason today the right earbud doesn't work. This also happened on my Galaxy Buds Pro which I purchased last year. Those lasted only a week. Samsung is really good at hyping up its technology and making you think you're getting premium product, when you're actually getting garbage. Now I gotta take these back to BestBuy but I'm sure they're not going to do anything because I didn't get a warranty with my purchase. I should've known better. Buyer beware. Don't buy these.

Amazing sound quality and superior noise cancelin
I returned Sony XM 4 and kept these. Amazing sound quality and superior noise canceling. They beat Sony and second gen. AirPods Pro. You have to try yourself. I wish Samsung was making over ear noise canceling headphones with dual drivers. It will be a bestseller! I want to replace my over ear XM 4 but XM 5 sound terrible.

BATTERY IS TRASH
I am SOOOOOO disappointed with these. I spent full retail price only to find out the battery is absolutely garbage. After 6hrs NON continuous play, it's practically dead. ANC was off and I still ended up with only 6hrs of use. AMAZING SOUND! Buy not recommended for people with active lives. So sad.

Don't work in the real world
I just bought them 2 days ago and wore them to work on the production floor. The noise canceling function doesn't work, I had to turn up the volume all the way up to hear my music compared to the cheapest Sony wireless I could put the volume on medium and could be next to a belt sander and not miss a lyric. The touch pause button only worked about 1/3 of the time and they don't have the option to skip songs by multi tapping the buds. The quality is nowhere near the price.

Amazing ANC and sound, okay battery life
Got a pair of these expecting a lot, I can definitely say I wasn't disappointed. The noise cancelling on these is amazing, a better than I initially expected. The features like voice detect are helpful, and 360 audio isn't too bad. Battery life could be better, though it's not bad. It's enough for me to get through my day usually, so it's good enough for me.

I really wanted to love these! The sound is great the problem is they don't stay in my ears and I've tried many different tips. With them constantly trying to fall out you have to push them back in which trigger the touch controls so had to just turn them off. I'm so afraid of losing one that I don't wear them out or to the gym.

First of all who reads reviews anymore... anyway I purchase these to tune out my coworkers and be able to focus on my work. I usually play some instrumentals really low but I mostly want drown out ringing phones and conversations that I am not a part of, and some that I am supposed to be a part of. The good thing about these is that they are smaller so they don't hurt my ears after wearing them for an hours. I do like some of the new features where you can get a notice after having your head tilted down for to long. and the Sound quality is phenomenal. HOW IN THE EVER, if you are trying to drown out the noise around you. while on the treadmill, or at work or whatever these are not the buds for you... I can hear everything, it may be slightly muffled, but regardless of the setting active noise canceling or in the "off" i hear itall .. strongly considering returning them. if I haven't missed my window of opportunity .

Look for other earbuds
For the price, worst ear buds I've ever had.. They do sound good. That's about it.
I've tried all ear pieces and they still fall out of my ears nonstop while I'm working, or working out.
I've had them a month-month and a half, and the left one doesn't charge half of the time. At a full charge they last maybe 4 hours just listening to podcasts.
Using the app, I have them set into noise canceling mode. They constantly just switch into ambient mode non stop. Very frustrating constant having to open the app to fix your settings over and over. The touch controls onlu work half of the time with Pandora and Spotify. Most of the time they end up bugging the apps out and I have to shut them and the app off and restart everything if I try to use the touch controls to pause them. I had the original galaxy buds for years and never had issues. I thought upgrading would be great and I was terribly wrong.

Frequently looses sound in both ears. Sent it back to Samsung support 2 times. Both timrs they send it back workung perfectly, and within 2 weeks the same problem. 95% sound loss in both buds. They should issue a refund or free upgrade. These are total garbage.

Theses are better for sports not loud environments
I did a lot of research and spoke to Samsung to verify the features I wanted would work, I was told they did. They were very expensive but I got them. They do fit very comfortable although I do have one side that keeps coming out even with using the other attachments. When using them for phone conversations the right one works better than the left one but everyone says I sound horrible and they have trouble hearing me. The background noise is another issue my callers say is horrible. Yes I've played with the settings to try to accommodate for the issues but nothing helps. The battery life is horrible even the charging case sucks as well. I've had cheap earbuds that last longer and worked better but they don't fit as good. I had the beans they hurt my ears but worked better. I use one ear bud at a time so I can rotate then when they die but usually I end up turning them off to hold my phone to my ear to complete my calls but I need both hands so that an inconvenience and makes my job harder as well illegal when driving. Last issue is i was told i could hook them up to multiple devices and switch back and forth but that only works if i connect it to the other device when a call comes in as it will only work with one connected device at a time. Last is the volume it sucks there not that loud. I wish I had of returned them because I'm really disappointed that Samsung hasn't figured out how to make a better product when there are several company's with cheap products that have better features then Samsung does and that blows my mind.

Can't use for calls due to static
I just picked up my Buds2 pro yesterday 8/18/23. I used my buds on 2 calls today and each person said the static was terrible. I contacted Samsung and the person I spoke with said she heard the static, did some checking and stated it was nothing more she could do. I purchased my buds on the samsung site and got the offer to pick them up from best buy and so I did. That was a mistake because now I have to go to best buy to get help or just return them. I looked at all the wonderful reviews prior to purchasing and thought I was getting a great pair of ear buds. At present they cannot be used as people cannot hear me on the calls.

I've had 2 pairs of these earbuds, the left earbud always starts to lose sound quality over time. I've sent it in for repair and a week later the problem came back, I'm using airpods with my galaxy phones now

I want to like these because I use all samsung products. But since I've been using these I could not be more disappointed. Samsung has it all wrong when it comes to audio. The treble is so sharp it hurts my ears. The audio quality is worse than other earbuds that are even cheaper than these. Not worth it. I love samsung products but these are not "pro" level earbuds

short-story long, these are really good buds but they are not worth $225. sound-wise, they are good but there's too much treble, a custom eq is necessary. the fit is awesome, much better than the buds pro, and anc improved a lot. it is a real good package but it's too expensive and i don't think it's worth $225.

these earbuds are amazing. so amazing, i'm actually writing this review with them on right now! the audio is superb, much better than my last headphones. the anc is phenomenal, i couldn't hear the school bus' parking brake, and those things are loud let me tell you. a must have for samsung customers for sure. 10/10, would buy again. one little tip, change the eq from normal to dynamic, and you are in for an amazing audio experience. the conversation mode also works well.

What battery life?
i had the original galaxy pro earbuds and the fit was awful. when i ordered the galaxy pro 2 earbuds i did it with anticipation that the fit for my ears would be better. it is a huge improvement. however, the battery life is just plain awful. i charge my case and battery to 100% everyday. when i talk they only last 45 min or.less until i get the message that they are at 15%. i have power saving feature on my galaxy ultra 21, i don't know if it is also available on the earbuds. samsung needs the original pro battery life with the galaxy pro 2 fit. then the earbuds will be close to perfection

i had the buds live. like them a lot.
i then got buds plus. liked them a little more than the lives.
i got the buds2 pro, and after this weekend i have to say i love these things. two and a half hour flights to and from a long weekend getaway, and the noise canceling on these was amazing! watched top gun maverick, and these blocked out so much of the airplane droning noise. when i needed to speak, they worked great (did not have to remove abud to converse) . overall very happy with these.

Not bad but old ones are better, for ME.
my original wireless headphones are the first gen one (i think). i do like these for all the odvious reasons for wireless headphones but the old ones fit alot better. i have changed rubber tips i have moved around to ajust better in my ear. nothing really helps, the old ones fit perfect. the only reason i don't sell these and buy another set of the ones that fit alot better is the programing, i really like the feature that has it turn down as soon as it hears me talking and the fact they are waterproof (my others are not). although i have only got that feature to work once or twice i keep trying, i have also not tested them in water. i was really disappointed when they did not fit like the originals did.

galaxybuds2pro has the worst range i've ever experienced, and come back within range, the audio distortion doesn't go away, forcing me to disconnect and reconnect the earbuds. the galaxybuds2pro does not seamlessly and automatically connect to my galaxy s21. the galaxybuds2pro are uncomfortable and keep sliding out of my ear because none of the provided silicone pieces fit properly or are strong enough to properly suction in my ear to stay in place. i made a huge mistake purchasing these headphones. these will be the very last samsung earbuds i purchase. i'm stuck with headphones that are uncomfortable and annoying and i wish i could get my money back. please don't make the same mistake that i did. get something else.

for me, these are not as loud as yhe previous version. i work on a warehouse dock where forklifts are moving and honking horns. i could barely hear music and trying to take calls was absolutely the pits. to add insult to injury, if i send these back, i end up with nothing because the trade in passed inspection. before this transaction, i had a great pair of buds. now i'm out my money and buds and i still have to go get something else. i'm worse off now than i was before. i have purchased my last samsung anything.

these new galaxy buds 2 pro are truly an upgrade for my original galaxy buds pro they are much more louder, fitted, and way more quiet with the noise cancelling. if your thinking about trading yours in do it. it's worth it. it's good for the gym especially with bass heavy songs and for watching any video.

Great Fit and sound, not loud at all
i love the fit of the galaxy buds2 pro as they are the best fitting earbuds i've owned (i traded in my galaxy buds live for these). the sound is also a plus as the bass is deep, tracks are clear and crisp, and the noise isolating fit makes the anc unnecessary at times. the only two draw backs for me are the lack of loudness from the earbuds...every other earbud i own is louder (including the buds live i traded in), and the high price.

Allergic reaction
I purchased these earbuds to pair with my Samsung phone. When wearing them my ears turn red and become swollen and itchy. I initially didn't connect the two. I wiped them off thinking they may have been dirty etc but I wasn't really thinking it was the earbuds. I wore them again and symptoms would still appear. Sometimes within 30 minutes sometimes immediately. Anyway, today I just happened to Google my symptoms and sure enough I'm not the only one having these symptoms. Apparently it's a known issue with whatever Samsung uses to make the buds. Beware, now I have $200 earbuds that are useless to me.

I love my Galaxy earbud pro 2. I wish the case had a small loop so I could hang or attach it where I would not lose them like I did. But excellent sound. Love the intelligent feature it switches automatically to my surroundings. I will be ordering a new set.

I've waited a few months to review, while getting a feel for these compared to others I have at this time.. first the 360 sound is by far the best I've heard, an how my buds block out all other noise. However the controls are almost impossible to use, double tap doesn't work for me to change songs or take calls. It does work 2/8 times to pause the track. Battery life isn't that great either.. overall I'm gong to contact customer support to see if mine have issues or if I'm doing something wrong.. great sound, wish somethings were different

I dig these. They sit more in-ear than the original "pro". Noise cancelation works well and turns off/on quickly when set to do so.
For pro3 I hope they can add a "tone" to find lost buds. Often I've misplaced/dropped one and that feature would help a ton.

Sound is great. The fit is uncomfortable. It does not matter what size ends; small, medium, or large; they do not fit my ears and they are uncomfortable. I have been using the Galaxy + ear buds for years and love them. These...not so much.

These earbuds are perfectly summed up by the word FINE. they are just ok, not good in any aspect but not the worst either. Ear tips arrived broken (see pictures) when I tried to change the ear tips they ripped off and broke the silicone so they no longer seal. (also see pictures) (this happened to both the small and large sizes of tips. The noise canceling doesn't work really. You need to have the music blasting in order to block out sounds such as the lawn mower or an air compressor, might as well call all earbuds that are loud enough noise canceling (don't say I used the wrong tips because the app said they were a good fit) This is my third pair of Samsung earbuds and they have all fallen short in some way or another. the first two had my left bud give out and output 10% of the audio they should. making the right side significantly louder than the left. (that has not happened to these yet but it shows the real quality of Samsung audio these days. also, I just tried to request a new pair of ear tips and the Samsung website is so unintuitive the only option they offered me was to ship them back to the factory. Also used their support texts and the guy on the other end basically said it's not his problem. all around terrible customer service. I will say the guy selling me the earbuds was more than hospitable because I had my wallet out.

Okay. So. I've had these for about 4 months and I use them daily. Absolutely phenomenal sound quality, pretty good battery life, and durable af. I lost one two days ago, and learned that the "find" feature doesn't update that often and I had pretty much given up hope of finding it and was pricing a replacement used bud, but I found it in a puddle in my driveway. It had bee run over in the mud and the battery was dead, but I wiped it off, charged it, and it was fine. Lost a start because the "find" feature needs some serious work to be useful

These are the worst fitting ear buds I have ever owned. I have owned a lot of earbuds and I love Samsung, but these do not still in your ear very well at all. Nevermind trying to workout or run. They will fall out while you are sitting still. The sound is good and the touch functions are good, but do not buy these if you are looking for a good fitting ear bud to stay snug in your ear.

I really wanted to love these they were a gift and I am a loyal Samsung customer. They do not stay in the ear constantly falling out I have tried different types of ear plugs with them with no luck. Due to them always falling out I have to turn off the touch controls because of having to push them back in. They also disconnect alot while in the middle of private conversations it is very inconvenient.
The battery life isn't that great as well. I miss you old buds very much save your money peeps.

Good sound, terrible fit
Love the look of the purple buds. I am casual wearer. I cannot work out in these things, I've changed the tips, watched the video on proper fit but they keep falling out. When you try to adjust them they take you trying to adjust it as a command and either pauses whatever you're listening to or hangs us on your phone call. If they fit better, I'd love them. The sound, when it stays, it's fine.

Sound Quality High, Texture Becomes Sticky...
I've had these for nearly a year. Fantastic sound quality, touch interface, and noise-cancelling effects. The case and buds feel great as well, with a grippy texture. That is, until the rubberized coding on the outside became to deteriorate after about 7 months of regular use. I take great case of the case and buds, but the coding is now a sticky, grayed residue. I can scratch it off. It's stickiness is now a major concern, given this was less than a year of use. I am hoping to have them replaced...

Extremely dissapointing
i first got the galaxy buds+ about 2 years ago and recently, i accidentally left them in my pocket, and they went through the wash, so i was relieved when i heard about the galaxy buds2 pro. when i recieved my galaxy buds, the first problem i noticed was whenever i would use streaming services, the audio would bounce in and out and almost unbearable to listen to. the next issue is the battery life. i could get around 12 hours from the buds+, but these have about 7 hours of battery. they do not fit in my ears with any of the eartips, and fall out when walking to fast. i loved the galaxy buds+, but these feel like a waste of money.

Slow to connect and uncomfortable
I bought these earbuds maybe 3 months ago now. The sound is good and the battery life is great but they are the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever worn. Also they don't always make a sound when you tap the bud to pause and they don't immediately connent to my phone. I owned the 2 of the galaxy buds + that came out years ago and absolutely loved them. I didn't have any of these issues with them, they were comfortable, always chimed when I tapped to pause, and it always connected to my phone the second they opened. I had to upgrade because I lost one of them, I was hoping these would be better since they're double the price

Best buds I've had since the old beats by dre. Clean sound and crisp bass, and I love when they automatically switch to ambient mode when I start talking. Now I never have to take off one of my buds just to hear who I started talking to.

Wanted to love these but they caused a reaction
wore them a few times and couldn't understand why my ear canals were itchy, burning and weepy. turns out there is a class action against them for something that causes this in many people. have asked for refund, would try these before i bought, the reaction is pretty bad.

I love mine. They sound better than any I have ever had and so easy to connect to phone and sync in car. They are so comfortable I got into the shower with them
because I had forgot I was wearing them. They deffinantly got wet but didn't hurt them at all.

Allergic to nickel?
Everything about these earbuds is awesome, except for they contain nickel, which apparently I'm allergic to. After using the buds a couple of times, my ears starting itching and eventually got crusty inside. I had to stop using them because the irritation was unbearable. Within a couple of days of not using the buds, my ears were back to normal and I haven't had a problem since. I ended up buying a different brand and my ears are great! It would be great customer service if Samsung disclosed upfront that these buds contain nickel, which some people may have an allergy to.

I regret trading in my Buds Pro for these!
I am so incredibly disappointed in these earbuds. The original Buds Pro worked great but didn’t fit in my ears all that well no matter what tips I used, so I decided to “upgrade”. Very bad decision on my part. The Buds2 Pro won’t stay connected to any device I try to use them on. I’m so mad because I traded in my Buds Pro, so if I return these new ones, I’ll end up losing money.
Do yourself a favor and just skip the Buds2 Pro. They are not worth the trouble.

It is the worst thing that you can buy! It is not fitting in my ears and falls constantly. I read the instructor and even watch videos but THEY ARE NOT FITTING. It gets worst when I am moving, taking, or eating when I have them on! For the first few days, I did not use them to realize this issue and now it passed 15 days and I can even return them!

these were my first wireless earbuds and they're so disappointing. every time i so much as turn my head 0.5cm they automatically pause. every song or video pauses 500 times. i don't know if it's my hair brushing over it or the in-ear detection, but it's jarring and terrible. i can't eat lunch or walk my dog with them. the app cannot stop it and even if it did, it only works when on your phone and not if you have them connected to something else. wish i could return them

Not worth the money if you have an iPhone
I purchased these as a longer battery option to my airpods. I have an iphone and while they paired easily to it, without the Wear app available for IOS (other buds will work with an IOS Buds app), they are just earbuds. I tried the alterative to pair with my PC, but they would not pair with the machine or the installed Wear PC app. Finally, I was using the bud around the house, I briefly walked outside, and upon getting back to phone, the earbud was full of static. It would not connect correctly until I removed them and reset in the case.
I really wished they worked better and could use the Wear app. They were really comfortable.

The sound is great, the quality of the product is very good but the battery sucks, I got them and worked good for a couple of months then the battery drown so quick, the buds battery last les then 3 hours and are not constantly on, then the case last a day only, basically I have to recharged it almost every day, although I like them because they're comfortable and the sound quality is awesome that's why I'm giving 3 stars rate but I'm seriously thinking to change to another brand.

Severe ear irritatation and infection
I bought these and traded in my buds+. To be honest I regret trading my old buds because now i have no backups. Since I have started wearing these a few weeks ago my ears have been irritated and itchy where the plastic part lays just inside the ear. I thought maybe it was my preggo hormones since I have sensitive skin, but upon digging further online I see others have had this same complaint. I do not know of any allergies to silicone but I certainly have a Nickel allergy and these buds have nickel in them. I am not sure why if others complained about this woth the Bud+ pro, why Samsung didn't remove this flaw. I now have a nice, pretty lookin pair of buds I simply can not use! A complete waste of money and cause of discomfort. I have not been able to get them to stay in correctly either, prior to the irritation Issue. The outside of my ear lobes are raw and scaley now from these buds. I tried cleaning them and same result.

Do not buy these. They are the most uncomfortable ear buds I've ever had. They hurt after being in your ear for about 5 minutes. They fall out. They are not made for people with average size ears. The bud piece is way too big for average ears. The sound is low. I am throwing them in the trash because that is where they belong!

One of my favorite Christmas gifts this year
An excellent Christmas present. This is another quality Samsung product. It paired quickly and seamlessly with my phone and watch. The sound is great with really good software that allows for a lot of tweaks and extras I haven't seen with some of the buds I've purchased from other manufacturers. Also surprised by the fit and comfort when I put them in my ears. I didn't expect this level of comfort nor the snug fit. I honestly didn't feel them when I went for a bike ride.

I bought these a few weeks ago and I've been using airpods pro 2nd gens before my purchase. One I received my galaxy buds 2pros I used them almost immediately, and I can say for a fact that these are way better than my airpods the sound is more richer and the noice cancelation is next level. I wished I bough these before wasting my money on airpods.

I personally loved the fit, but the sound on the Pros were initially better. However, after a couple of months the right one stopped working on both the Buds Pros and the Buds2 Pros. I truly wanted to love both versions. However, after my unfortunate experience with both pairs and horrible customer service, I've simply gone back to my Apple airpods Pros without issues or complaint. I prefer Samsung phones, but won't be purchasing anymore earbuds from Samsung.

Want to Love them, but...
I purchased my Galaxy Buds2 directly from Samsung a few days ago. I was excited to use them, and I really want to love them, but they keep falling out of my ears. I just realized that the replacement ear tips are in the packaging. I'll replacement them and see if they continue to fall out of my ears. If so, I'm returning to Samsung.

I absolutely HATE these earbuds. They do not stay inside your ear. I've tried all the replacements that it comes with in the box as well. My mom also experiences the same issue with hers. It's really such a shame because the version prior did not have this issue whatsoever.
It's like they didn't even test these before they released them. WHY DO THEY KEEP FALLING OUT OF THE EAR?! I wish I could get a refund honestly and go with something else. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THESE.

Amazing Quality
I've been using Ssamsung earbuds for about 10 years now. These are absolutely the best earbuds I've ever had. I use them while I'm cooking, cleaning and at work. The sound quality is amazing (I'm partially deaf so this is a plus) and the noise cancelling is perfect for when I don't want any distractions while listening to audiobooks. 100% recommend and will continue to use these earbuds.

ANC is way better than leading competitor and near that of my over the ears headphones. Very small and light in comparison to others. Wish list: 1. Voice detect / hearing assist mode was a selectable mode so I wouldn't have to take them/one out to carry on a conversation. 2. Charging was a little faster. Good 4.5hr run w/ANC on first charge.

Great Buds
The Buds2 Pro are a really great pair of earbuds.The bora purple is a great color - stylish but yet understated. I do miss the wing tips that haven't been seen on a pair of Buds since the Buds+ for a much more secure fit, but these haven't had a problem with staying in my ears. The ANC is serviceable, and the battery life is improved over the standard Buds 2 that came out last year.
The touch controls also work well, but I wish had the option to swipe for volume control so you can press and hold to access your digital assistant instead of having to always have the voice command active since that will sometimes interpret surrounding sounds and respond on its own. They are also very sensitive as it is next to impossible to not start/stop/pause music or activate some control when you take them out of your ears to return them to their case.
But overall, these obviously work great in the Galaxy ecosystem and I am very pleased with mine - with room for improvement on the next generation.

They have great sound, but they fall out all the time. I preferred the previous buds. They fit better. I have had these fall out when walking after mowing the lawn. It's annoying.

Terrible. Bulky. Fall out all of the time and when not falling out, feels like they are about to fall out. Just not a good design. Inferior to prior versions. Take my advice, skip this one, let suckers like me eat the bad version and buy the next one, hopefully with improved design.

Sound goes out after 2 months of use.
I play music with alot of bass. The sound on the right earbud has become degraded. This is my 2nd pair of buds2 pro with the same problem. My sound on my 1st pair of buds2 pro completely degraded in the right earbud, so I contacted Samsung Support and they sent me a new pair of buds2 pro. Now I have the same problem after 2 months of using the 2nd pair. the sound in the right ear is becoming degraded. It sounds like I only have the left earbud in. It's not earwax, water, or dirt. My earbuds are clean. This is a technical defect in the buds2 pro. I also had the same problem with the buds pro. The way they make these, the sound goes out in the right earbud after 2 months of use. Now I have to contact support again for a new pair. This is ridiculous. I will not buy the next version. Sick of Samsung making defective products.

Exceeded My Expectations
I've had these buds for about a month and I am very very pleased with them so far. I previously had Bose sport earbuds and they never fit in my ears. The fit with these are MUCH better. They are not absolutely perfect (hence the 4 stars) but I do not need to adjust them much and they are so light I barely notice them.
The smart switch between my phone and Tab S8+ works flawlessly and is super convenient. The case is super compact and the battery life is good so I've noticed I'm wearing them more than my Bose NC 700 over the ear headphones. The noise cancelling isn't as good compared to those but exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the sound quality as well.
Overall I definitely recommend this product to anyone with a Samsung phone or other products.

They sync with one tap, sound like the highest quality ear buds out there, there is no on/off switch so there is no risk of dropping them, the ambient mode is sublime, volume is sufficient, spectrum of pitches is exact, honestly the best pair of headphones I have ever had! They are very comfortable, and do not hurt if worn for 30 minutes.

300 dollars and still no earbuds
I love SAMSUNG products but this is an absolute FAIL. I paid full price for my first set, and the right ear bud failed by developing a loud high pitched squeal and losing audio. Samsung replaced these for a mere 126.00 (should have been free under warrantee); the second pair failed in the exact same manner and I was just told that I would have to pay again. I refused to because I am out 300.00 now and have no earbuds, so why would I give them my money again? I have Samsung TVs, my last 3 phones were Samsung Galaxy Ultra Plus....this one particular product is just a severe disappointment.

Bought these months ago and I hate them. They don't stay in my ears when I bend over for anything and they didn't come with different sizes to switch out for better fitment. Sound is good but overall uncomfortable. The older model was way better.

I bought these ear buds in early January, I unfortunately went past the 15 day return window. Although everything they say about the sound quality is true, they continuly fall out my ears making them unusable anywhere where I am moving.

Got these through a workplace discount. I got a pair for me and my wife. I upgraded from my galaxy buds live and I Love em. I love the features. I wear at least one of them all day at work, and they're comfy all day. Great battery life.

For the longest I have been on the hunt for the best true wireless earbuds for calls and also has a great sound and are incredibly comfortable. Well, that was found with galaxy buds 2 pro! So far starters they are so comfortable that I will wear them without anything playing and forget they are in my ear until it give me the sound to put them in the charger! They do have there flaws. The battery life is just ok andANC is ok for some environments. I also wish they were more customizable including an adjustable eq. But even with that, they are still in my top in all of the earbuds I own! I highly recommend these!

i have tried everything to make this bad boys fit comfortably in my ears with no avail. i've bought 3 different types of memory foam tips and non make them feel better in my ears. i've tried every fitting tip and trick. don't jam them in, rotate left or right for best fit, nothing has worked for me. i really miss my original bud pros with amazing ambient sound and perfect fit. i would stick with the galaxy buds 2 or galaxy buds pro but not galaxy buds pro 2. when they aren't irritating my ears, the sound is pretty awesome

The sound quality on these buds are amazing and the noise canceling works well. I have to say though I am disappointed with the casing material samsung chose to use on the outer case, the purple on the outside has already started darkening because of dirt and the quality of the case is terrible I'm not sure why they had changed it this year to a soft plastic but it scratches so easily. I can literally take my finger and scrape off pieces of the case! My buds/buds+ had way better quality than this. I wish the earbuds themselves had wing tips as the helped them stay in, it's not super bad but I do occasionally have to press them back in. Something I almost never had to do with my buds/buds+.

I had my original Samsung Galaxy buds for over 2 years and I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, do to an accident, I had to replace them. Buying them now was more expensive than buying the Buds Pro 2, so I decided to make the switch. The sound on the new ones is better and does seem a little more clear. There are more cons for me than pros. The battery life on the buds2 pro is horrible. The case doesn't hold much of a charge for long periods either. I also keep getting complaints from people on the other end of the phone saying they cannot hear me or that it sounds like I am muffled. I never had these problems on my original buds. Very disappointed and may return.

Great sound quality
A definite improvement in terms of sound quality from buds pro (which were also great). The controls are easy to use on the headphones and are very responsive to touch. I just wish that Samsung would design something that fits the ear a bit better. The shape and the tips still are not ideal for brisk walks and runs. At least not always.

Great sound!
They sound great, as long as you can keep them in your ears. They are way too big for me, and they actually hurt my ears. They didn't come with any changeable tips. I really like the wireless charging box.

Leaky Ears
I bought these ear buds when they came out. I stopped using them after the fact it made my ears ache and cause them to discharge fluid. I waited a month to see if to try them again but the same thing happened. It also happened when i bought the first Pro Buds. wish i could send them back.

Works great but doesn't fit properly
I like the quality of the sound but why did they change the shape so much. They keep falling out no matter what I do. I tried all of the different covers including ones I had from other earbuds. My old Samsung ones fit prefect and were less than half the price. I keep hanging up the phone trying to keep them from falling out.

Can take a hit
Not the Buds2 Pro, but the Buds Pro. I was wearing them when all of a sudden, I was hit by a car during an evening stroll and lost them. Friends found them for me a week and a half later at the scene of the accident. Even after me getting hit and them flying out, all that time later they still charged and were fully functional ( and only obtained minor cosmeticdamage)! If the new pair is anything like the old ones, I'll definitely order!

so i was given the galaxy buds live for a bday present. the design of them hurt my ears immensely. i traded them back in and ordered the pros 2. the difference was outstanding. i actually fall asleep with these in my ears for hours when i am watching tv on the one in my bedroom. i can wake up hours later and no ear fatigue at all. i a tually look forward to being able to find more opportunities to wear these. the ease of connection between my pro 5 watch, 22 ultra phone and samsung smart tv was so easy. the features were great and honestly above my apple airpods pros 2nd gen. the feature of hands free and letting me carry on conversations is great. the price point isnt to shabby either. i definitely recommend these!

Great audio, alright features
The audio from these bad boys is incredible. I went from the Airpods Pro to these Buds2 Pro, and WOW. They truly do provide an ethereal experience of sound. Great clarity, as if I am hearing the music play a private performance.
So far, my only issues with the device are the features. For example, you control the device by just tapping/pressing the device itself. This becomes an issue as you wear it. As the buds sit in my ear, they gradually slip out a little bit. I have tried using the different sizes, but they do still move in my ears. However, whenever I go to push them back in to provide the proper fit, it triggers the button sensors and will pause my music or end my phone call. It becomes frustrsting when I am on a call and cannot adjust my buds into my ear without setting them off.
A cool feature is that the buds can detect when you are speaking and lower the volume so you can hear conversation. This is great. However it does this even when you make simple noise like clearing your throat. Perhaps it is to be expected, but I was also disappointed that it does the same when you sing.
Other than that, it's fine. Again, the audio is superb and out-of-this-world. It is just that the features are a little hit-or-miss.

It is really insane how hard is to reconnect this device to a Samsung phone. Just really poor engineering is involved. Shame for Samsung anyway.

Replacement case for sale.
I was enjoying my buds2 pro for about a day and a half, until I lost the case on a trip that had multiple flights. Sure would be nice if cases were available for purchase. No I'm left with two useless buds.

I've wasted his off my life trying to get these to connect in the wearable app and it's been the worst experience with any pair of headphones I've ever had in my life. Without wearable connectivity, I cannot use any features other than bluetooth. The buttons are too sensitive as well and if you touch your ear or adjust them the music stops.

I can't seem to make these stay in my ear. It didn't come with different size tips and as I wear them they slowly slip out. I would never run or feel safe in public wearing them because they are too expensive to lose in a crowd or out and about.

Just buy the buds 2 not enough Pros to the pros
The Galaxy buds Pro 2 are a base hit no home run here. They sound good maybe even better than the buds 2. Their noise isolation maybe slightly better than the buds 2. Were things start to fall apart is in the inner ear fitment the rubber grommets do not suction into your ear the same way as the buds 2, or any other earbuds I've ever used. This may be a plus to some users who do not like the feeling of earbud suction as for me I feel like they're not in securely and I can't tell when they're in correctly. While they do hold securely there's just no indication of attachment. The biggest problem with these earbuds is the hard plastic geometry due to the lump on the inner side of the earbud they hurt my ears they cannot wear them for more than 4 hours without pain. Contrasting this with the Galaxy buds 2 where I can literally sleep overnight with them in my ears securely no pain the difference is night and day. I have owned up until my Galaxy buds 2 Pro six pairs of Galaxy buds 2. I only bought these buds 2 Pro because Best Buy didn't have any Galaxy buds 2. For $180 compared to $110 the Galaxy buds 2 Pro do not impress and I would not recommend. The best feature of the Galaxy buds 2 Pro are the voice activated Ambient sound. Sadly this feature is gated behind a $70 paywall and an earbud fitment that is subpar to their cheaper model. I will never buy another pair of Galaxy Bud2 Pros, not a bad earbud but not for me.

Constantly falls out of ear
I recently got these ear buds and I absolutely hate them! They constantly fall out of my ears. I have changed out the ear bud sizes that came in the box multiple times and still have the same thing happen. Its hard to rate the overall quality of this product when they wont stay in your ear while in use.

Won't stay in ears
Got these about 8 months ago, the sound is great, noise canceling works pretty good. The worst thing is they don't stay in your ears. I've tried many different type of ear tips and nothing works. Even sitting down you can feel them slipping out, forget about running. I started using my first pair of buds again, glad I didn't trade them in.

Highly Recommend! Amazing Quality Earbuds
I've had my pair for about 1-1 1/2 years now and they are still like new. I use them 8-12 hours a day at work. I love the noise cancelling, it really makes my extremely noisy work environment quietier. The sound is amazing. I also love how the battery and case percentage come up on my screen when connected. They fit perfectly in my ears and stay there. Highly recommend these to anyone.

I've been wanting to get ear buds for the longest time; and since I've recently gotten into listening to asmr, I figured it was a good time to make the purchase. I'm so glad I did! These ear buds are amazing. The sound is so clear and easily adjustable with a touch to one of the buds. I love the fit of them as well. They fit so snug and I don't worry about losing them.
They instantly pair with my phone as soon as I take one out of the case, which is awesome. I also love that the case charges then automatically. It's nice not to have to worry about plugging them in after each use since the case stays charged for multiple uses.

ever since i switched to galaxy i have been trying to find something comparable to apples airpods and let me tell you, it's been a long search. i had the first generation galaxy pros and truly they were awful. they barely fit, the sound was a little funky, and they were abnormally huge in my ear. i have tried a few random brands of headphones like razr, and beats and i just couldn't get with them.
these galaxy buds2 pro are the biggest upgrade ever. i have finally found something comparable to apples airpods. the new design is perfect and fits in my ear nicely, the sound seems like a huge upgrade from the last generation, and they are just all around sleeker. i've only had mine for a few days and i don't think i'll be looking at any other headphones.

Disappointed--poor fit makes the Buds unusable
I was really looking forward to my new Buds2 Pro to replace my previous Samsung buds, but I am so disappointed. While the sound quality and noise canceling are very good, I cannot get the Buds to fit comfortably, and they routinely fall out of my ears. I have tried all the different tips and completed the fit test through the app numerous times, but they are simply slightly too bulky for my ear, apparently. At this point, they are unusable, which is disappointing, as I have had countless Samsung mobile and household products for a long time with good results.

Buyer Beware not worth the hype!
i wish i could give this product a negative-1. the sound is good if they can stay in your ears. they are so bulky and touch sensitive when touch them to keep them in my ear my calls get disconnected-yes i put them on touch sensitive. i prefer the live ear buds but only one ear bud works. oh and if drop the case good search for them they roll like marbles the case is not secure. i cant even workout with them. i wasted my money i prefer the galaxy live they conform to your ear only thing with them it looks like once the warranty ends so does your earbuds. i wish i could get my money back or a trade in.

Got these for Bday. I'm very disappointed. The volume isn't nearly loud enough with the noise canceling on. I can barely hear the music when I cut my grass and thats with the volume all the way up and noise canceling on. Any sweat in your ear and these are coming out. I've tried all the different ear tips and it doesn't help.

I traded in my old galaxy buds for these because the old ones weren't that great. I actually wish I never did. These new buds suck! They are freaking huge! How these fit in anyones ears is beyond me. I can't workout with these because they are constantly falling out. I wish I still had my old ones.

These earbuds have good sound and are comfortable, not good for an active lifestyle though. I lost one when the wind knocked it from my ear. I was just walking outside so I would imagine if your a runner it wouldn't be any better.

Good earbud just hate the fit.
I've had my earbuds since the s21 ultra came out. The battery life is still good and the sounds is great too both ambient and noise canceling work really well. The only reason I put 4 stars is the fit in my ear. I'm constantly having to readjust because they want to fall out. I've bought foam ear pieces too done the smallest size on both original and foam but still the fit just isn't right. My boyfriends used them and he hates that part too. They just don't fit right in our ears. I still use them I just had to push it back into my ear all the time when I'm working out.

They recently updated these earbuds but now they disconnect automatically waaaay too often. Check for updates after 3/18/24 before you buy these just so you can see if they fixed the issue or not.

These won't stay in your ears, sorry. Don't buy!
I bought these to replace by Samsung Buds+ I left on a plane, which replaced Samsung IconX. Some good features like built-in Samsung tag for finding, auto ambient mode, and adequate noise cancellation. They are also more comfortable than Buds+. Unfortunately, they WILL NOT stay in your ears under any type of physical activity. They will pretty much fall out sitting still at your desk and you will have to turn off any of the touch features because you will be pushing them in every 5 minutes. There are 3 ear tips, none of them work. My buddy bought them too and when we went skiing, he lost them out of his ears in the first 5 minutes and had to buy new ones.

Worst ear buds I've ever owned. I wear them only when I shower, mow, and when I'm watching a video in bed at night and don't want to bug my boyfriend. One squeaks and doesn't have any sound now. Get something cheap if you want poor quality.

Get rid of the soft touch coating
Good headphone... hate the soft touch material.. had these for idk? 8-9 months all the soft touch material is messed up looks like crap just from going in and out of my pocket or backpack for work.
