Could not use the control one day and then got help from Samsung who informed me about the charger. Now all is well again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faulty design. This adapter needs a redesign. It doesn't fit properly in my multiplug strip and it has to be plugged into the main outlet. The design is faulty because after plugging in main outlet the charger is still wobbly. My Apple and other Android devices fit the mains and multiplug perfectly. A better value could be found on amazon for far less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ITEM MISSING: still waiting on Samsung to fulfill Ma'am/Sir, sometimes all is well except one thing... and this is the case with my shipment. On Tue, 30 January 2024 approximately 3:30 p.m., my wife received from UPS via signature requirement the box containing Samsung shipment. Upon receiving it, my wife took pictures of the box prior to opening & during opening. Of notable mention the box did not appear to be tampered with and was intact & still sealed with original tape from Samsung. Upon opening & inventorying the contents it was discovered the 25W PD Power adaptor/charger was missing. All the other items were there incl my new phone. Therefore, I truly believe it was simply a Samsung packing error. Now, rectifying this situation has been a pain, and I believe it is unnecessary as I started by submitting photos ^ details as described above. After 2 lengthy calls and 2 emails, and multiple submissions, and on Tue afternoon (the day my Samsung shipment arrived) a Samsung rep told me to expect a credit (within 24-48hrs) to re-purchase, but after not receiving it, I did another submission & had another call back and it was explained that a police report was required & she would send an email for me to reply to. So, I contacted my police department & had a report done. And then I resubmitted everything all over again in reply to the Samsung email sent to me, but no one replied to that email. So, I am guessing that in the morning when you reopen for business, that I'll have to ANOTHER submission. This process is NOT good at all. this is why I rated your company 7 because I am still waiting to successfully RE-submit it all AGAIN including the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office Police Report & all photos taken prior to opening and after opening. VERY FRUSTRATED & hoping for more than immediate replacement item, but also compensation for all my trouble!!!

The one gripe I have with Samsung is when you purchase a new high quality phone the adapter along with the cable should come with the phone. My last Samsung Galaxy 8 came with the plug adapter and the cable and yes I still have the adapter, but it is USB to USB type C. Even though it still works it would have been nice to come with the new Samsung Galaxy S 24 plus. Most of my electronics and appliances are Samsung and they seem to hold up and are of good quality.

I selected this adapter so I could still charge it like all my other Samsung devices. The cord seems to charge quick and it's durable.

So I tried to order the 45W charger, but samsung tells me it is unavailable. I am now returning the phone, and sorry I tried samsung. Customer service was absolutely unhelpful.

Actually the remote’s factory charge last well over one year. It is too bad that I had to pay an extra 40 dollars to simply be able to continue to use the remote.
