Will Scratch Screen.
This Cover has 3 metal pins that will scratch your tablets screen. A very poor design flaw, and Samsung WILL NOT help cover any damage caused to your tablet by this keyboard cover

well designed, quality materials. Layout is cramped for someone with larger hands, but limited by size of tablet. Also trackpad seems to be the only exception to quality materials, not sure how long it will last. But all in all, so far so good.

Broke very fast
he keyboard worked fine the first couple days before every letter i wanted to type was mistyped because letters different than I typed was displayed. I returned it immediately.

Great Customer service
I give the service/support 5 stars. We had an issue with the the first S9. Had to send back and get a new one. Thought it was going to be a hassle. Customer service was great!. Had the new S9 in 2 days. It is working fine.

I'll start with one negative I have with the case
I'll start with the one negative I have with the cover keyboard - The back cover has a feature to securely hold you S Pen. The holder completely covers the pen and you won't ever lose the pen carrying the tablet. That said, The new Galaxy S Pen Creator Edition is too long to fit in the holder.
Is this a problem with the case or the pen? You decide.
The case otherwise is perfect.
It does not add any bulk to the tablet.
It attaches to the tablet magnetically and the magnets are STRONG!
The keyboard detaches from the tablet and cover and magnetically snaps back in place to reattach.
The built-in back rest is strong and firmly holds the in the tilt position you want.
The keyboard sits flat on the work surface the keystokes have a very nice, tactile feels.
If you want to protect your Galaxy Tab S9 / Tab S9 FE this is a very good choice
