Rated 5 out of 5 by from Damages the screen over time with scratches Bought this product immediately after purchasing my s8 tab plus. I think the case is great for functionality, and overall ease of use. The keyboard and mouse are VERY responsive and actually nice to type on (typing this review with it). The pen holder is great and the case is very low profile, so you forget you have a case on your tablet. The case when all folded up looks to protect even the face of your tablet, but that is where the danger comes in to effect your expensive new s8+. I have used this case on par with that of a religion. I make sure that the keyboard is folded up each time I stop using my screen. Yesterday I noticed a deep scratch on my screen. no idea how it would have ended up there since I am so careful with my new toy. But when I fold up my keyboard, the nubs that keep the keys from rubbing on the screen land right on where the scratch is occuring... and not just that, but the other areas have scratches starting as well. Why not have these nubs be some kind of tough silicone??? If any kind of abrasive is caught between this area, it is literaly between a rock and a hard place which is what puts nice little marks on your device. This calls for a 1 star because overall tis case ultimately damaged my product. Whats worse, THE PRICE DOES NOT OUTWEIGH THE DISATISFACTION! $200+... thats just insane. This case is not worth the dollars. Samsung, I love your products and have way to many to list, but this has just really upset a very loyal customer.

However, this keyboard attaches with ease and gives the tablet a full laptop feel. It is perfect for on the go. The keyboard really makes the tablet into a whole new product!

The configuration and user-friendly features are the charms. The keys on the keyboard looks steady and feels good to touch/tap.it is minimalist and easy to use. I have been using this as my daily driver to type my emails and write notes. I would love to recommend this keyboard to my friends as well. Pros The keypad is finger-friendly. Able to type as fast as I do on my Laptop. The keyboard is light. Good as a screen guard. Cons. The alignment for magnetic pins can be improved. All together I would say I have got the best tech keyboard at a good price with all the good features in it.

The keys feel natural and easy to use. the touch pad is nice and responsive which makes it perfect for games and web navigation. The connection to the tablet was easy and the magnet connection is great as this make attaching and detaching easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True laptop experience i had bought another keyboard previously on amazon. it didn't have nearly half the functions this one does. using this one gives a true laptop like experience. i like how it's so compact and super easy to move around with. i got this on sale for 50% off and to me it's worth the buy. i wasn't a fan of the $199 which is why i went thru amazon. but i say save your money and time and just go with this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Features This is my first time using an android tablet and keyboard from Samsung. At first, I was confused about the functionality. The keyboard doesn't come with any written instructions except a picture of how to attach the tablet. I was hoping for some basic use instructions, but there was none in the package. After playing around with the keyboard and watching some You Tube tutorials, I learned how to use the keyboard and how to use the Dex function. The keyboard can be used in Dex mode, which is basically like a PC. The case has two pieces, front and back. These pieces attach to the tablet, one piece acts as a stand which has several positions and the other is the keyboard which attaches to the side of the tablet and makes it like a laptop. When these pieces are combined they fully cover and protect the tablet and S Pen. When using Dex mode, the tablet screen is displayed slightly different and has the look of a desktop computer. The keyboard has several shortcuts and functions. It also has a pad which allows you to scroll and use swiping to activate functions. The keyboard has nice size keys and is comfortable to type on. Although you can get the same Dex functions without the keyboard it is nice to have if you are typing a lot, it keeps you from typing directly on the tablet screen. I like the functionality, but would say that better instructions on the use should be included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No question its a big upgrade I owned the Tab S6 keyboard and it was so tiny that I'm very excited to be using this new keyboard. The size is perfect like a standard keyboard with all function keys available. The only thing missing is a backlit keyboard for doing work in the dark. Overall the keys feel snappy and I'm VERY glad to have a large backspace key now instead of something tiny I can't press sometimes (looking at you TAB S6 keyboard!).

The keys are same size as a keyboard so it makes it easier to type. The keys also have intuitive function, which makes it easier. And it is super lightweight!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must! The S7+ is a beast on it's own, but this really takes it to the next level! If you don't know about DeX, go check that out. But this keyboard, coupled with DeX, take the tablet to the next level! First, the track pad is a great size and very easy to use. It feel fluid and I have had no issues using it. The keys actually have great travel for the size and are pretty nice to type on. Are they as nice as my desktop mechanical keyboard? No. Are they better than my work issued Dell laptop? Oh my yes yes yes! The other killer feature is that it has a kickstand and the keyboard is detachable! If I am going to write notes, I pop off the keyboard and just use the kickstand to prop up the tablet to make it easier to write. Is this expensive? Yes. But, you get what you pay for. This is a MUST with the S7+. I honestly can't imagine the tablet without it!

Not only does this fuction as a full keyboard, it also provides protection for your tablet as well. The keyboard case attaches magnetically and connects in an instant. Also it has the ability to connect to Dex automatically. The kayboard comes in 2 pieces. Coming from graphic design field Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is haven for someone who needs some work to be done on the go or with keyboard addition you can use it as laptop. This tablet comes with high more than high definition pixel ratio of 2800 x1752 and 120 he screen refresh rate, which is very important for movies, games, graphics. It comes with multi sensor pen which is great addition for someone like me that works in photoshop and can draw, digital drawing is very important for me and this tablet is amazing for this. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 plus Is 5g ready. You have option to use keyboard or not which gives you great choice of using tablet outside or in kitchen while cooking or for your homework or work when using keyboard. Would highly recommend this Samsung galaxy tab s7 plus to anyone with high use and it need of high end with many capabilities tablet.

We couldn’t decide between another laptop, computer, or tablet and having this keyboard to snap onto the tablet makes it the perfect tablet lap top combo! The keyboard snaps on very easily and stays in place. It connected fast and so far we have not had it disconnect at all. Our hands fit comfortably on the keyboard and the pad makes it easy to navigate around the tablet while in DEX (desktop) mode. All in all were very happy with the functionality, speed and design. I would definitely recommend this product and am very thankful to have been able to purchase it at a discounted price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay Keyboard Overpriced Though problems include: 1. flimsy keyboard that sometimes bends just from the weight of my hands resting on it and the trackpad material could be better (for $200+ the build should be better) 2. the trackpad should be more responsive, sometimes the three finger gestures simply decide not to work 3. the software could be much better there is no reason why i should have to press the fn key every time i want to turn the volume up or down or change the screen brightness especially when windows and mac have options within their software that support this functionality (please add a setting that allows users to use the function keys like volume and brightness without having to press the fn key) 4. please make a sequel keyboard for this device that adds backlit keys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only tablet you should consider The Galaxy Tab S7+ is the only tablet you should consider. This thing is absolutely amazing. I have never been so happy with a device. I carry this tablet with me everywhere because I just stop using it. The bigger screen helps with productivity and videos look amazing. The new 120hz screen is a site to behold. I was skeptical about if tablets really needed that 120 hz, but once you see and use the tablet in person, you will see how amazing it truly is. My current usage with the tablet includes Microsoft office work, game streaming with xcloud, watching videos, reading, surfing the internet, and taking notes/drawing. The S7+ feels great in the hand and I have no problem holding it while sitting on the couch watching TV. The new s-pen is great for note taking and drawing and I find it very responsive. I like that it magnetically attaches to the back of the tablet to charger and it is always ready to go on a moments notice. The new s-pen also supports various wireless gestures, which are great for navigating the tablet, taking pictures remotely, pausing videos, changing slides in PowerPoint, as well as many other things. With the new keyboard and Dex mode, the tablet doubles as a PC on the go. No need for me to bring two devices anymore when I travel. I can use the S7+ for almost everything I need and Dex allows for a more PC like experience. Should I need to run a Windows only software, I can quickly remote into my PC at home and have the same capabilities. Another great thing about the keyboard case is that it attaches in two pieces magnetically. So there is a back piece with a fully adjustable kickstand that you can use to prop up the screen at different angles, but also protect the back of the tablet. The keyboard attaches magnetically and can be used as a screen cover. The keyboard also now includes a trackpad, further making this device almost like having a laptop in a small and light formfactor. The Tab S7+ has more than enough power to handle whatever you throw at it. This thing is amazing and provides the ultimate portable user experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for well built and quality device.

The release of Galaxy Tab S7 series really marks the beginning of a new era for the Android tablets. It is a first device in its class with no compromises that can successfully compete with Apple (and defeat it). Let me explain why I say this: • Awesome 120hz refresh screen, with amazing colors and resolution. Never available before on Android tablets. Screen is much better than the iPad’s one. Everything is so smooth! In my day-to-day usage I had no issues with brightness or false taps and the image is just amazing. • We are getting Snapdragon 865+ which is the latest and the most advanced processor available today. Not a single task that I have thrown on this thing had any issues; everything works smooth and fast. • Rear Camera is good enough to scan a document or to take a meeting picture. • Front camera is great for the meetings and is located in a perfect place! • A pen is just awesome, super-fast response and great ergonomics. I do not think I will ever use a paper notebook again. • Detachable keyboard is great, the size of the touchpad is descent, so with addition of the DEX UI it’s a full replacement for my PC when I’m traveling somewhere. • Battery life is good enough to live through an entire day of heavy usage. • Sound is one of the best I have ever heard on any tablet! Very clear, loud with just the right amount of base to it! Watching a tv show or playing a game is very immersive because of that. • Samsung’s software is well optimized and provides the best experience possible. Yes, it is true, some side apps are not optimized to work with android tablets. But things are quickly getting better! I love my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+! It just makes my life better every day!

Things I liked in this tablet are: The best screen in any tablet uses latest OLED tech streaming content from various platforms looks stunning and on top of this the panel is 120Hz which makes the scrolling buttery smooth and very responsive, This tablet comes with a included stylus which is very responsive to the touch with zero lag and sticks to the magnet located to the backside of the tablet and charges wirelessly, there are lot of useful actions can be done by this S Pen without touching the tablet called as S Pen Air Actions The DEX mode which makes this tablet into a full fledged desktop mode in seconds and makes this a very productive machine you can use this mode with or without keyboard too. The Detachable keyboard and the book cover case makes this tab steady and secure the book cover can be used as a kickstand which can be used in different angles and typing with this keyboard is a breeze it snaps to the magnets and ready to type. After using multiple tablets from different brands and different operating system platforms I can say one thing for sure about this tablet 'THIS IS THE BEST TABLET EVER MADE' in every aspect worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best tablet ever? Perhaps... First of all, I cannot say how beautiful this tablet is the moment I received it in my hands. Having been a Samsung user from television to mobile phones to previous tablets to washer and dryers, this one takes the cake when it comes to peak performance when on the go. As I mentioned, i've had previous samsung tablets (from the original note tablet to the previous generation tab series) and it amazes me to see how far technology hsa came. To sum this Tab S7+ up, its basically a 12.4" AMOLED screen in the palm of your hands with all the bells and whistles. I really like the fact that if you have a newer samsung device, you can have it synced to your device when you receive or need to send out phone calls and text messages. This process is very easy. No need to get up to grab your phone in the other room when you receive a phone call or needing to send a text. This has happened to me on numerous occasions and I love it!. With the Samsung keyboard, you wouldnt need to use a lapbtop or a computer at all to to basic work or browsing. Prior to having this device, I was barely able to get by with out a pc when im at home. Would only have access to a pc at work. DEX mode is part of what makes this tablet phenomenal! The fact that you can wireless sync to most televisions makes your television monitor a big screen or another display output. As part of this tablet package, you receive an S-Pen in which the other name brand tablet charges a premium for. This is perfect for those artists on the rise or just feel like using a pen to to navigate around. The best part of it is that its holds up via magnet in two places. And with the keyboard case, the there is a dedicated slot that holds your pen in place so no fear of losing it. This is the perfect tablet for when youre on the go. This beautiful 12.4" inch AMOLED is the perfect travelers companion when you want to watch movies or your favorite show when on the go. The Quad AKG + Dolby Atmos will put your ears in amazement. But i recommend a nice bluetooth headset as the sound will definitely distract your neighbors around you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tab that delivers Finally i can say Samsung has hit the mark with Galaxy Tab S7 + whose design bears more than a passing resemblance to other high end tablets the hardware looks and feels great with flat edges. The sides have a polished chrome-like look, while the metal rear panel is flat in both shape and finish. The materials are top notch and fitted together perfectly. The Super AMOLED display on the the 7+ is beautiful and can be matched to high end Galaxy phones. The only issue i have with the display is the aspect ratio of 16:10 that the tab brings which is smaller than other high end tabs in the market its fine when watching movies or playing YouTube but while putting it to work it feels a bit small. The best part is the detachable keyboard and there’s still a part of the case protecting the back and providing a kickstand for watching video or drawing using the S-Pen. The keyboard also has a slot to hold the pen when carrying. The Pen is quiet similar to the pen on my Galaxy Note in terms of functionality and style. The Qualcomm Snapgragon inside the Tab is powerful and the tab did not show any slowdown while bouncing between apps and tabs in the browsers Battery life, though, is a mixed bag. if i use the tab for reading books or articles, browsing the web, watching video, etc. S7 Plus have no trouble lasting 10 hours or more between charges. But when I use them as workstations in place of a laptop, that number plummets to less than four or five hours. it does support fast charging but Samsung decided to include the slower charger. The tab was shipped with Andriod 10. The camera is ok and not the one found on the Galaxy series phones but way better than my laptop. Over all i feel its a good Tablet but for the price there could be some improvements.

Using tablets in the past I was expecting mild performance, some lag while switching apps or screens, decent pictures, and ok sound. I was proven wrong when I got this Tab S7+ along with keyboard. Straight from the box the setup was easy and quick performing any updates right away when connected to my WiFi IP6. I have not put this Tab S7+ down much as it has become my go-to when wanting to do anything. Watching movies the screen is large enough like having a small TV at your desk! The picture is clear and does not have any blur at all. The speakers that are on this make it even better with 4 speakers that can really get loud. I didn't even have the need for an external speaker. Along with the speakers listening to music was very nice. I could prop up the Tab S7+ using the kickstand the keyboard cover which you can detach the keyboard itself easily if you do not wish to use it at the time. Playing games is also great on this! I've played shooters, board games, puzzles and a couple others with ease and it flowed smoothly. The touch screen is very responsive and found I did not have to keep touching for it to recognize my finger. Scrolling social media everything is large and easy to read. I could take a picture and load it right up without worrying about low quality pictures. The 256 GB storage is great and even added another 400 GB micro SD card to store pictures and videos taken with the Tab S7+. Facial recognition and fingerprint scan on the screen are fast and reliable making it easy to log in the device. Also, remember to pull down your mask for facial recognition! :) My next thing is to get a gaming controller and see how well that goes. Seeing how it performs now I will not be worried of the performance. So far at work everyone has been walking by asking about the new Tab S7+ and I think I may have converted a few showing them all the features!

Keyboard, not so much. the reason i gave 3 stars is because of the trackpad. it doesn't give me a full laptop experience due to some random bugs. the scrolling tends to keep going in one direction even though i'd try to stop it or go back in the opposite direction. i also don't like that the keyboard doesn't stay magnetically closed. it just slides up and down and randomly turns on the tablet. but i do love the stand for viewing content and drawing. the keyboard portion needs some more touching-up for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game Changer for the "New Normal" Opening the box, I was excited for a new toy. I love technology and haven't had a tablet in a while. But I was hesitant about how much this would actually get used. But the stunning screen distracted me from that thought initially. First the easy stuff: no shock this screen in incredible. Samsung keeps making the best screens in the business. 120hz really is all it's cracked up to be. The speakers are awesome. I've used them in some large rooms and they are pretty good. Where others have been shocked the music was coming from a tablet. The s pen is what you expect it to be, a killer accessory that becomes a must use. With the 9ms response time writing on it in a dream. The keyboard is someone fantastic. I'm a bit picky with keyboards (preferring mechanical desktop ones) but this holds its own for it's size and is almost fun to type on. Battery life is insane, no shock there. Now, can this actually replace your laptop? The short answer is maybe. For me personally, DeX is what I have been missing on a tablet to make the transition. I had a Tab S3 and just couldn't fully replace the laptop with it. But DeX really is game changing for tablets. I have been using this everyday at work (I'm a teacher) and it has been my savior. It's super quick, handles the basic tasks I need, and best of all I can keep a ton of things open without any slowdowns. The s pen has allowed me to give my students feedback on work without having to collect papers, which has been a game changer. I was struggling at work tech-wise, but the S7+ saved me. One thing I will say, as others have commented, the s pen slot on the case is amazing but can be hard to get used to without looking. Took me a few days. Is this the tablet for you? If you are a teacher or closely related field, absolutely just go get it right now. It's light,easy to carry, well over a full day battert use, not to mention it's just a beautiful device. Go pick this up for yourself or a loved one, you won't be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tablet, almost replaces laptop Ever since I got the Tab S7+ with the keyboard I haven't gone a day without using it. I usually keep a tablet with keyboard cover next to the couch for research and media consumption, and pull out my laptop when I need to perform more intense tasks or do some remote work from home. With the S7+ and the accompanying keyboard with trackpad I have been able to virtually replace both. The tablet is amazing for an android tablet with its amazing screen quality and the buttery smooth 120hz screen makes navigating the UI very satisfying. From casual couch research and gaming to streaming video and productivity it never faultered. When it comes to more task based work with multiple apps and windows open the DeX mode really shines. I can have multiple windowed apps running without having to constantly switch between them. I have found it to be very user friendly and almost like a laptop experience, especially due to the comfort and size of the keyboard and trackpad. I can take the tablet on jobs with me and use the pen for note taking and have them transcribed to computer text for later legibility. The pen tucks nicely into a special flap at the top edge of the magnetic cover so you don't have any worries of it detaching and getting lost. If you want a bigger screen experience you can even broadcast the screen to compatible smart tvs. The only thing I would improve is the keyboard rigidity for better use on more surfaces and maybe add a backlight option to the keyboard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Premium Tablet For the past couple of weeks I’ve been bless to test the new samsung galaxy tab S7+. This is by far the best tablet that I’ve owned in years. This Samsung galaxy tab s7+ is of premium quality. The screen is amazingly clear and responsive. I love the new s-pen design and the magnetic attachment to the tab. Audio quality is superb. The graphics are amazing clear for gaming or streaming. The keyboard case is very useful for helping me with typing my notes and working on documents. The keys on the keyboard are truly responsive and very comfortable. I love the trackpad as it is very accurate for then I dont want to leave fingerprints on the screen. When the keyboard is folded behind the tablet it is disabled which help with not accidentally typing or clicking on things. I live the easy connect of the keyboard in that it doesn't need any additional updates or downloads to function. This gives the other brand a run for its money at a much lower cost. Now, I received the new galaxy tab 7+ with keyboard, it was huge in size but yet fit perfectly in my hand and it had a keyboard with it, which was good, and better is I got tab case too. It's a great deal to get this amazing huge tab with everything for such a price. It's considerably bigger than my current tablet and very well made. In my limited use, the camera seems to be ok. I like how fast, the device is. It was smooth with a 120hZ screen refresh rate. It was buttery smooth with a big screen, I can definitely feel the difference. Taking about big things, audio on this device is worth mentioning. The four speakers available on the device provide loud and clear volume. The quality of the audio is near perfect for movies, songs, games, and series. The battery life of the device is really good. I could use this device for 10 hrs watching 3 movies. This is a workhorse. I was able to multitask like, watch videos, and check my Gmail all at the same time. There is a feature, where you can sync your phone to the tab and get all the calls and messages, just like you receive on your phone. It's a wonderful feature. I totally recommended this to people who want to use a single device with a big screen for all-purpose. This device comes with a pen that is a lot better than the old one. It fast, smooth, and easy to grip. I also got a case and keypad case. The setup was pretty simple and I was majorly using the keyboard for email and document preparation purposes. Now I stopped using my in-display keyboard altogether. It's also a very good use to cover the tab as well. The case comes with a flexible stand which I can angle the tab to my convenience while watching movies. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficiency at its peak Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Keyboard is very easy to set up, it looks very sleek, trendy and stylish. i love the fact that it came with mother 13 intuitive function keys that aligns with my Samsung PC at home. Its touch pad is big and can accommodate more than one of my fingers and it does have an ergonomic design that makes it easier to type. This keyboard is very efficient as i was able to utilize it on the go because of how lightweight it is. Its cover secures the S pen that came the S7+ tablet and is magnetic as well. The fact that this keyboard is detachable is a plus for me as it turned out to be very convenient. It felt like i was using my PC as it made it easier to type and also scroll through. It serves as a cover for my tablet and a holder for the S pen. I love its quality, efficiency, portability and simplicity. I honestly will recommend this product

There are several key things that I like about the keyboard and case. The keyboard comes in two pieces, a back piece and the keyboard itself. The back piece attaches magnetically and has a fully adjustable kickstand. This is great for making sure you get the right angle needed for using the tablet. The back piece also has a little fold down space in the back to keep the stylus secured with the tablet while charging. The fact that it is two pieces is great, as I can easily take the keyboard off while still using the kickstand and keeping the back of the tablet protected. The keyboard itself is one of the best small portable tablet keyboards I have experienced to date. The keys have a nice feel to them with sufficient travel. The size of the keyboard is great and I don’t feel cramped while typing on it. I find that I can type just as fast as I can on my desktop keyboard. There are plenty of additional function keys for quick access to features such as screen brightness and music controls. The trackpad is a nice size and very responsive and jesters work well. The Galaxy Tab S7+ keyboard is well worth it. It provides a good quality typing experience and helps complete the mobile computing experience. This review was typed on my Galaxy Tab S7+ keyboard.

I have been amazed by how good the button placement and the touch pads are! Despite the small size and thickness, the keyboard really takes Tab S7+ productivity to the next level. Also, because I can easily detach it when I want to use Tab S7+ as tablet to stream video on the go, this plays great role for me to choose this as everyday work and play device. I was bit worried if the back cover might fall off but so far it is very sturdy! Even though this keyboard is bit expensive , it is a must choice that I will not regret at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could have been great, huge miss with no backlight overall this keyboard does most things right when paired with the galaxy s7+. keys feel good and respond well. track pad works as expected and is an acceptable size. also like how the keyboard doubles as a screen protector when shut. the miss is not having a keyboard backlight. makes typing at night or in low light situations nearly impossible, especially if you go between the touchscreen and keyboard, having to search for home row every time. for a keyboard that costs this much, that is a huge mistake especially when competing products like the surface go / pro devices have keyboards that cost less, have better trackpads, and have backlit keys! i really want to like this keyboard, but can't justify the cost for the features miss.

It has a built in slot for the S pen that ensures it gets put in the right spot to get charged. I like the ability to easily remove the keyboard when you just want to use it as a tablet. I wish that the keyboard itself came with a cover to allow you to just fold the keyboard over, without having to always remove it. Overall, we really like our new Tab S7+ Keyboard. It is a great pairing to the Tab S7+.

Simply docking the Galaxy Tab S7+ into the keyboard magically turns an amazing tablet into an over the top mini computer! Complete with a touch pad and full keyboard, you can do just about anything you need to with this super portable combo! In addition to some android specific keys, this keyboard actually has the full set of Function keys that a normal keyboard has - how is that for a top-notch combination?!? 80 keys with multiple functions, ensure that you are not limited at all in what you want to type or do on your Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Yet the light weight of the keyboard - a mere 1.11 lbs - means that it is light enough that I can toss it into my purse and not even notice a difference. Rated 5 out of 5 by from efficiency and effectiveness is poor 1. i like the fact that you can pull the keyboard of the tablet but it also makes it unstable. not able to use tablet & keyboard comfortably on different surfaces other than a flat desk. 2. i bought black instead of beautiful bronze because you can’t see it with cover anyway. wish there was a way to keep the esthetic of the tablet design & still have keyboard. one thing that i like about this product and it is the pen holder (flip). i did not like my experience with my samsung tab s6 keyboard bookcover before but there were no book covers that also secured the pen so decided on this for my s7 plus tablet.. however, everytime i look at my tablet, i am not happy... i really wanted the bronze tablet to go with all my other samsung 2020 products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Subpar they really needed to do a better job. every one has already mentioned the lack of back lighting. and someone already mentioned the function key... though that can be remedied with an update... hint: just make it possible to hit the caps lock and function key at the same time to turn on the function key lock. but i haven't seen anyone mention loose material between the dock and keyboard so that the keyboard twists and doesn't stay level, or pushes forward - requiring more distance between you and the screen. this is noticeable when using on the lap. they really need to take another whack at this... significant room from improvement

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's Just Okay just okay isn't enough when you charge 230 dollars for a product. i got my book cover keyboard for half off since it was bundled with the s7+ but i still feel robbed. the keyboard just isn't worth 230 or even 115 dollars. the trackpad is subpar, the cover slides down the screen when closed, the cover doesn't offer any protection to corners or sides of the tablet, and the keyboard isn't even backlit. if this costed 60 or 70 dollars i would give it a 5 star review because the keys are actually very good and the material feels nice but i want to remind everyone this is a $230 product that is cutting corners. this is something i would expect apple to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE it! i read some reviews that said that this permanently sticks to the back of your tablet and you cannot remove it... the one i received is magnetic and connects extremely well! i love how thin and sleek it is, and i especially like the holder for the pen. it let's it charge as well as protecting it from falling off if bumped. keyboard is securely attached and can be easily and quickly removed for just tablet use. overall, i love the product, i would not have purchased it at full price (i got a deal with the purchase of the tablet) , but i would purchase again if discounted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, annoying quirks i just received this product. my first impressions are positive for the most part. however, there are two things that are driving me crazy: 1. there's no way to reverse the scrolling direction when using the trackpad. when using two-finger scrolling to go down, the webpage/app that you're on scrolls up and vice versa. that's not how normal trackpads work. or is it just me? 2. you have to press the function key to activate the function shortcuts. why not have it the other way around? for example, why do i need to press two buttons just to raise/lower the volume up/down? can you name another device since the invention of volume buttons that does this? at least i don't have to do that with the arrow keys... could also have added backlit functionality. for $230, you could do better samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge improvement over Tab S6 Keyboard after the tab s6 keyboard, which i ended up returning, i was a little iffy on this one, but decided to give it a shot. this is a huge improvement. the keys feel *better* than my xps13 keyboard. the trackpad is the least good thing on this product, but it's still good. i might get a mouse just to make the experience better though. using dex with this is great, though. highly recommend, it really completely the experience of the tablet. if i didn't need engineering software, i think this could replace my windows laptop (although i would still need a desktop).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My hope for an IOS relacement just got shot down. i am very glad samsung gave me 50% in a promotion for this keyboard cover but i am still not satisfied that i spent $115.00 on this. the keyboard is flimsy and the magnets are weak. the keyboard comes off way too easily and doesnt protect the screen when closed due to this (see the photo attached). my hope of replacing my ios device with an android tablet just got shot down. this was android's best hope to unseat the pther guy; unfortunately with the s7+ tablet and this, samsung has fallen way short of that mark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Backside Best part the back of the keyboard cover duo i iike the best. it securely holds the s-pen and can prop up the tablet at many angles. the keyboard is responsive and well spaced. the track pad works great! coming from an i pad pro with an i pen, i find myself using the s-pen so much more . actually am using it right now to write this review. if i would have known that i would have been using the pen this much, i may have not bought the keyboard. when i am at a table, the keyboard is good to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, but limitations don't justify the price. while the keyboard provides a nice typing experience, certain limitations such as the lack of backlighting on the keys and customizability of the scrolling sensitivity and direction leave the price tag feeling a bit steep. the back portion of the cover, however, is nearly perfect. it's super easy to adjust the angle of the stand and the pocket for the s pen ensures that you'll never lose it, or have to worry about charging the s pen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turns an amazing tablet into the best tablet i love this keyboard attachment! i had the samsung tab s6, and the keyboard there was great, but too small for my hands. this tablet keyboard cover is the perfect size for me, the keys are perfectly tactile, clicky just the way i like them. the track pad works flawlessly, and the gestures must be learned! two fingers to scroll up and down a webpage, three fingers to switch windows. if you master these, the experience becomes so seamless! the keyboard is a must for me, i couldn't imagine having this tablet without it. it snaps right on, and pulls right off, flawlessly. i've had zero problems with this keyboard. the screen is so bright btw, that i don't care if its backlit.. also, i can type without looking anyways so... get this keyboard cover!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keys are poorly attached. within my first week of recieving the tab s7 plus bookcover keyboard one of the keys fell off. i keep the tablet and keyboard in a secure laptop sleeve, and i am very careful with my electronics. nonetheless, the key was broken off of my keyboard, and i cannot pop it back in because the plastic on the back of the key is cracked off. very disappointed when my $200 keyboard doesn't even last one week of light use.

The back cover and keyboard can be used independently from one another. The back cover kick stand is amazing to use for videos or gaming. The keyboard is responsive and key clicks feel good. It is just the right size that my hands do not get hung up on each other when typing fast. I like that the keyboard is powers completely by the tablet and does not require a separate charge. Setup is easy as there is not set up or pair required. One click onto the tablet and it works with no need to pair the devices. They keyboard is a must have if you plan on using the tablet for any kind of work with reports. Makes long typing a breeze and takes the stress out of working on the go.

How about together! it's not fully covered edge to edge. simply attach to the case ( case itself has strong magnetic part), and what's important to me, is not to lose the stylus that needs to be attached in the back and keeps secure. and this case does that. with this keyboard case, my samsung galaxy s7+ turned into temporary laptop. interesting! however, only downside, i accidentally keep pressing those keys every time when i flip the case to reveal the screen. heck! it is what it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tablet that should be considered a laptop! This keyboard is a must have! It really unlocks more potential of the Tab S7+ making it work like a laptop. The backing and keyboard attach using magnets and snap into place and gives a better grip when handling. I really like how the stylus storage on the back lifts the tablet off the surface just enough so that you can pick it up with ease as well. Along with it being used for storage it also gives your fingers something to hold on to while walking with the Tab S7+. The kickstand provides multiple positions on how the screen can lie even without the keyboard attached. As for the keyboard, it really gives the tablet a power user mode with enabling Samsung DeX to use as a computer interface. All around the keyboard case is very nice quality, sturdy kickstand, strong magnetic hold with no slipping, great camera lens exposure and protection of the whole Tab S7+. You won't regret adding it to your setup!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Idea Poor Support just after i received the cover there was a new fw update. i tried and failed 3 times to apply it, the notification then stopped. i noticed the touchpad was dead. i then called samsung. after i had to call back a third time and after several troubleshooting steps including him obviously using the wrong manual (he kept insisting that i use the fn and f5 keys to enable/disable the touchpad, s7+ cover uses the f6 key for this) he determined the the cover needed to be returned. i was supposed to return the cover for a refund and then purchase a new one (and go through the waiting period again) for the full price and then call back to try to get the 50% deal applied so they could refund me. it's a great product when it's working. so good luck and i hope your cover never has issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great Android tablet for an android tablet this is awesome. the main problem that i have with this tablet is the lack of creative support. for example, i like to take picture and a lot of my files are raw photo files. i can't seem to find a program that will import and edit them. (could be user error). i also enjoy editing video clipd for youtube and i am unable to find a way to intall adobe rush. i would like to be able to edit and upload from the tablet. i understand that this is more of a software issue but i think that samsung could develope something to fill the gap between for creatives.

I had previously a Galaxy TAB A with a Bluetooth Keyboard from another company and it worked but I continuously had disconnections and for some reason, when I changed the keyboard configuration to write in another language, it was a mess. Since I have my Galaxy TAB S7 +, I bought it as a bundle and I am not regretting it. It's easy to clip on, with no issue concerning the battery of the keyboard as it is powered by the tablet. I have not seen any drop of the battery when the keyboard is on and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pad. I write a lot as I use the tablet. I do feel like a PC and I really fancy that. I have to agree that the keyboard has a certain weight, but nothing that would drop its rating. I have to admit, to make it perfect, a backlighting keyboard would have been better. Overall I am satisfied with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Attach and Type This keyboard is phenomenal compared to the bluetooth keyboard cases I have used in the past. In the past bluetooth keyboards had to routinely be repaired in order to work with the tablet and were slow on transferring data especially if you were a fast typer. Now with Samsung S7+ keyboard all you have to do is align the magnetic tabs to the tablet and the magnets oull the tablet and keyboard together and you are good to go. Once attached you can immeidately start typing on the keyboard. It is extremely fast and is able to keep up with my typing so that i dont have to pause and wait for the tablet to catch up. The keyboard also allows you to adjust the angle of the screen so it is easier to see and it will hold its position. When not is use it is easy to detach from the tablet or you can close the keyboard over the screen so it protects the screen when traveling. There is also a magnetic back cover that protects the non screen side of the tablet and it provides a kickstand that stays at whatever angle you position it. Very smart design by samsung all around.

With regard to the trackpad, sometimes it is easier to just use the touchscreen. Nevertheless, it is a nice feature to have to help eliminate fingerprints on the screen. Due to the Keyboard, I have found myself gravitating to my tablet more frequently then my laptop due to size, weight, and general flexibility. The keyboard addition really increases the types of things you can do with a tablet. Emails, web searching, and general productivity tasks are able to be completed with ease whereas before, I would only use my tablet for what I would consider lighter weight tasks. The fact that the keyboard doubles as a cover for the tablet is even better. I have found that it is lightweight and doesn’t add any unnecessary bulk to the overall function and design of the tablet. If you are using the tablet and feel that the keyboard is getting in the way, you can snap it off since it is magnetically attached to the tablet. I think this is a must-have for anyone considering a Samsung S7 tablet.

I used it for may be 10-15% of the total time I had this keyboard. Keys from a certain area are falling off. 4 Keys are already came out. Called customer support but no help was provided as it is out of warranty. Anyways I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from solid back kickstand i was very disappointed to find the samsung keyboard is not backlit expensive as far as keyboards go, i find the samsung keyboard terribly lacking in the ability to actually use it on my "laptop' or in other non "table like" settings. the keyboard simply detatches as the hinging is like a vinyl connection. to top off the issues with the keyboard is that samsung chose not to provide some "stop gap" from the hard keyboard touching and rubbing on the screen itself. i've had more samsung products personally and familially than i can count and found their screens to be completely resilient and scratch free and did not install a screen protector feeling that's what this product helped to do. i was using the pad in sunlight and noticed the "window chip"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth every penny. i originally went with a cheaper version from amazon but ended up sending it back. it had a wrap-around flap which just got in the way and you had to reposition the keyboard every time you opened it just stand the tablet. it was backlit but not well. the tablet sat in a plastic tub so the nice gold edges were covered. the samsung cover is excellent. it looks nicer and having the keyboard electrically connected means only charging one device and not having to fiddle around connecting the keyboard. having the keyboard attach magnetically is nice because it makes it easy to remove completely. when you connect the keyboard the tablet goes into dex mode which works really well and you can almost forget this isn't a windows laptop. overall very please, looks nice and works very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful minimalist stand with keyboard flexibility i like the stand and primarily use it sans keyboard. however after about 4 months of use, the metal hinge pin on the stand leg broke, rendering the combo unusable. since samsung doesn't sell a standalone back and i can't locate a stand without edges, i can no longer use the keyboard either, unless i pop off the new case and then find something to prop the tablet up with/against.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful design, terrible function i got this to go with my new s7+ as it was a little bit bigger then my s7, and i strongly dislike the standard cover for these things so i wanted to try something different with the keyboard. but as other reviewers have said, the magnet is not strong enough so it just falls off. you can't pick it up when it's folded out either, the keyboard portion on his crumples the whole thing. but the back piece stays on very well and has a very strong magnet. beautiful design i really wanted to be as nice as it looks but not quite there yet i guess, i sent it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great keyboard but deficient magnet! i have had this keyboard for over a year with my galaxy tab s7+. the keyboard is as close to a laptop replacement that i have ever used. (i have had nearly every galaxy tablet, going back to the original.) it is a great keyboard... except for a couple of problems that are real disappointments. first, it does not have a back light. i can overlook this one, but the second problem makes this keyboard a waste of money. second, the keyboard attaches to the galaxy tab s7+ and s8+ with a magnet. the problem is, the magnet is not strong enough to actually keep the keyboard attached. if you pick it up wrong... it detaches. if you carry the tab s7+ with keyboard attached, it will probably slide apart and come detached. you might even drop the keyboard or your $1000 tablet on the floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's pretty good the case works well. the back attaches firmly, and doesn't slide around at all. the keyboard is nice as well. i think its a bit pricey for what it is. the only wishes i have is 1) sell the back by itself. 2) make the kickstand a bit more robust. coming from a microsoft surface, the hinge leaves a lot to be desired when taking notes while the kickstand is out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good keyboard, but wish the magnet was stronger it's a good keyboard. it's nice to type on and convenient to have. i wish the magnets were stronger though. if you want to fold the keyboard back, you're better off just taking the keyboard off since the magnets aren't strong enough for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive and almost no protection for drops Ordered from Samsung on sale but they lost my order so had to pay full price elsewhere. It's very expensive and not worth retail (maybe for ~$100 range just for the keyboard, but that's still also overpriced but no other options with that quality). Almost no protection on edges. Magnet holding keyboard is weak so be careful (but makes removing keyboard easy). Wish they built in a bit more edge/corner protection when closed so that it can slide into bags without scratching the edges (which I've already done, so you will need a sleeve to put this into). Too bad there are no good alternatives at reasonable prices. Would make a nice gift though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Keyboard The Samsung S7+ keyboard is a nice addition to the tablet. It comes in two pieces. They both detach from each other. One piece can remain attached to the back of the tablet and can be used to prop it up. The keyboard has a Dex feature which I didn't particularly like, it can be disabled to allow the keyboard to be used without it. It is very easy to type on and has a track pad which makes it similar to a laptop. I liked the fact that it is very light and compact. The keyboard is durable when both pieces are used together and it also provides protection for the device. I wish the keyboard came in different colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great keyboard I've tried this keyboard for several weeks and I liked it. It has an excellent quality, all the keys a pressing fine, has a nice feel and touch to them. The trackpad is a little small, but I got used to it in a few hours. I was amazed how the keyboard transforms the tablet into a full-blown PC where I could run the full office suite and do almost everything I do on my "big" laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Falls apart, no backlight the typing response is excellent and the ability to start dex with a dedicated key or when attaching the tablet is nice. that is where the compliments end. my most disappointment is that the magnet does not hold the two pieces together tightly. if you push the tablet down over 50% the connection gets lost. the keyboard is very expensive and at this price point it should be backlit. my favorite thing is the magnetic cover on the tablet it really holds on tightly, the kickstand is solid and the s pen is safely protected. i feel i paid a huge amount for a tablet stand since the keyboard cover design really sucks. samsung you have an inferior case on a 10 star awseomely splendid galaxy tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully functional keyboard This pandemic has definitely presented challenges for work and working from home. This new Samsung Keyboard is the perfect companion to my Samsung tablet. Not only does it provide a lightweight option for a cover and screen protector, but it also is essential to converting a tablet into an essential and functional piece of equipment that enables me to get my job done. This keyboard really enables me to use my tablet as I would a laptop. I am able to be just as productive as if I were in front of a PC. Emails have always been an issue for me when using a tablet because I am limited by how fast I can type. With this additional keyboard, those limitations are removed. The touchpad is nice as well. I often find myself touching the screen, out of habit, but am learning how useful the touchpad is here. Also, I think it is important to note, that I haven't had any issues when using the tablet as a tablet, with the keyboard opened and wrapped around the back, even though my fingers are hitting the keys based upon my grip. This is definitely an essential purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Cover/Keyboard i absolutely love my cover/keyboard. when using it, feels like i'm actually using a laptop. however, surprisingly, i have notice some small scratches on my screen. i keep my tablet inside the case at all times and clean it with an eye glass cloth. i thought the keyboard would provide some level of screen protection, but now i'm wondering if the keyboard is scratching my screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Case this is a really nice keyboard case. i love the back cover which allows for an adjustment of any angle. it's the same experience i have with my ms surface pro 7 which is a good thing. also, the s pen flap holder is a nice touch. the trackpad is a good size, it is responsive to the touch as well as it's click function. the keys have a nice feel to them and their travel distance makes them comfortable to use. the only thing lacking for me is there is no key backlight. lastly, flipping the keyboard back or simply pulling it off its magnetic connection makes using the tablet as a tablet a breeze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the design (missing 1 thing though) more function then protection, ok for me because i hate adding bulk to a sleek tablet & it's generally not in the way of anything more hazardous than kitchen splashes. minimal profile, great magnetic attach, perfect kickstand hinge and for me the stylus garage over the charger is much better than the flat back with a hole & pen store elsewhere. don't love the touchpad, but i may get more used to it. love the magnetic attach/dettach of the kb, which i don't actually use that often, which brings me to: i wish this had something to protect the screen when not using the keyboard, since i love the back of this case. with the magnetic kb attach, a separate simple face plate attaching in the same way would be fantastic! discounted bundle price ok, but would have balked at the list price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this a month ago through my carrier. I waited 6 months in hopes the price would come down but it hadn't. The $229 price tag is steep. For that price, I expected more in terms of functionality, durability, and overall performance. Within a few short weeks, the magnet connection weakened, the keyboard kept disconnecting, and unbelievably, a function key came loose and was lost. The keys are not attached securely. The final straw was when I found out I can't register the keyboard on my Samsung account. Bluetooth connectivity and a more durable construction is what I expected from Samsung

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement keys aren't available It works fine. But if a key gets damaged, they refuse to sell replacements - you have to buy a whole new keyboard. Utterly ridiculous for an item this expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from better than i thought! i just picked this up today and i honestly love this thing! its sleek and beautiiful!!! the trackpad sensitivity could be a tad bit faster but i can just connect a bluetooth mouse. i only bought this for the back piece because it holds the pen (dumb i know haha) but i ended up liking the keyboard as well. i also got this case so im able to hook up my anker adapter without taking the tablet case off like my old one. the only slight downside is the weight is a bit heavy on this keyboard case but hey! heaviness just lets you know you got a reliable product right? :) for now ill give this a 5 star until something happens...
