Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goes great with the tablet I have previously used tablets with no keyboard, usually just sticking to a stylus, but I must say the keyboard has been a great accessory to go with the Galaxy tab S7. It was easy to attach and set up and it's been great to use at work to do some work. The keyboard makes that tablet into a great portable laptop. My only downside with it, is that it does make the tablet as a whole weigh a bit heavy. I would definitely recommend this accessory to anyone that wants to work on the go with functionality of a laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typing good time The Galaxy S7 Keyboard is extremely nice. I was surprised to see that it had a touchpad on it. It connects to the tablet via magnetic connectors and connects with ease. It is very easy to type on and responds immediately. I haven't quite found a use for the touchpad yet. But with more use and learning I will figure it out. I do recommend getting the keyboard with the tablet. Not only is it useful to have, but it also doubles as a sturdy protective cover for the tablet. I only gave this item 4 out of 5 stars because while I enjoy it and think it is great and recommend it. I was not wowed and that is what it takes for me to give a 5 star rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Have Keyboard Cover You really need this Samsung keyboard cover if you own the Samsung Galaxy tab S7. This will bring a whole new experience to your tablet. Dex Mode is enabled when connected and turns the tablet into a laptop instantly. The keys feel premium and the TouchPad works really well. You can also disconnect the keyboard and use the cover as a tablet stand. The keyboard cover also has a slot for the S-pen. This keyboard is a must own. I recommend purchasing asap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Tablet bought the tablet for my wife so that she would be able to utilize with her side business. well i read many reviews stating that the tab s7 would be a great product for working with cricut design space. well we got the tablet in and it is awesome and a complete upgrade from her previous tablet and my laptop. downside was we tried to get cricut design space to work with all of her files and it wouldn't. watched tons of videos on how to be able to and still can't. this is the flaw and my wife wants to return the tablet and get one that will allow her to use her files. hoping we can figure this out....... besides this issue the tab s7 is a great device in size and other usages. just wish to be able to get those files working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and Stylish This keyboard/case does not disappoint. It is heavy-duty and durable. The keyboard doesn't feel mini. It feels no different than when I'm typing on my laptop. The trackpad is also a nice large size that it doesn't feel like it hinders anything. The only downfall is not having backlit keys to help in dimmer settings. The intuitive function keys are great, but when you are working at night it's hard to see where/when to use them. It was put to the test with twin toddlers that wanted to "type" and no damage was inflicted!

The keys are spaced out perfectly even for big fingers. I love how it lights up upon interaction as well. The keyboard is also light weight in comparison to others keyboards. I loved using it with the tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive, but Very Nice Add-On for Your S7 This keyboard seems a bit overpriced, but we bought it anyway and it does increase the functionality of our Tab S7 tablet. Everything about it is nice. It has a nice feel when typing, it attaches and detaches nicely, and the layout and keys are intuitive to use. It also has dex key/mode and the touchpad is nice too. I'm getting the hang of multi-finger gestures even. The keyboard was very easy to set up and works very nice. Wish it did not cost so much, but we do use it a lot and i guess the increased productivity and usefulness justifies the high price somewhat. Plus it does fit and work seamlessly with the S7, more so than accessories i’ve used with other tablets in the past. Very productive accessory to add to your S7!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and stylish This case is amazing. Even for a compact tablet, the touchpad is large and the keyboard feels spacious enough and it is very responsive. The back flap that folds for support is rigid and stays in place. I like the overall look and feel of the materials and I think it’s great that Samsung offers more than one color option. During the day I use the tablet and keyboard for work so I have no complain, but during the night I noticed I have a hard time using the keyboard since it doesn’t have a backlit feature. I think this is an easy feature that should be added in future models, so the usage is not limited to only places well-lighted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tablet keyboard option ever This is one of the easiest reviews I've had to do. The samsung s7 tablet keyboard is the best option for this tablet. Not only is it made by the same manufacturer, it is flawless. The safety features are always welcome on a device this costly. The magnetic connection to the tablet does a great job keeping the two connected, as well as being snappy and in sync when typing. The screen cover thats included is just as pretty. Its so seamless, you'd think it was all made together, even though its an added product. It gives the tablet some grip, without the added weight and thickness of some tablet keyboards. The spen holder location is at the perfect area. I recommend this keyboard to anyone that owns or is thinking of purchasing the Samsung s7 tablets.

It didn't require bluetooth to coonect, which made it so easy use. The keyboard layout was perfect for typing and can even be used by persons with big hands like mine. The keys on the keyboard were very loose and made it easy to type. I loved the bold black color. I also loved how easy it was to detach the tablet from the keyboard. I would definitely recommend the keyboard when getting the tablet. It makes working on the tablet so much easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have tablet accessory! This is absolutely the best keyboard for a tablet that you can buy. I love that it snaps on perfectly to the tablet and has a spot for the S Pen so you don't lose it. The keyboard itself is a pretty good size. They make use of all the space that the S7 allows given its width and it doesn't feel too small. I'm sure the S7+ has a little more real estate to it but trust me, this keyboard is plenty wide enough and comfortable to type on. The keys are satisfyingly clicky and there's 0 lag with what you type going onto the tablet. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a backlight for it as well but I can understand that may have made the case a bit bulkier because as it is, it's pretty thin and doesn't add much bulk!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A couple more improvements needed tactile feel is very good, mouse pad works very good as well. at first keyboard was difficult to attach, if not in perfect position, you'd have to wiggle it around to seat. this got better over time however i never had this problem with my s6 keyboard, it sucked into proper position every single time. extra weight added by using magnets instead of reusable adhesive, a worthwhile trade off. needs backlighting or i would actually prefer a luminescent coating that can be charged by the tablet's screen

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable keyboard, slim, and protective! i have used other keyboard cases for products in the samsung family as well as keyboard cases for other tablet brands and this is hands down my favorite. the keys are smooth and comfortable to use. (pros) my favorite part is its sturdiness and that the keyboard detaches easily to use the tablet without it. (cons) the only downside i see so far is that the keyboard doesn't have a backlight function to see the keys in a darker environment. i would definitely recommend this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Necessary Accessory The keyboard attachment to the S7 is a worthy accessory to an already solid tablet. The keyboard itself has responsive keys and a tactile trackpad. While the two piece construction does include a couple of compromises, all features are functional and match the high end tablet its designed to work with. Working the keyboard is mostly a positive experience. It comes in two separate parts with one being the keyboard and the other being the back cover and prop stand for laptop mode. The pen magnetically attaches to the rear of the tablet which is concealed and protected by a magnetic flap on the back cover when not in use. Here, it recharges the pen and pairs with the tablet and makes it easily accessible. The stand cover also helps in compensating for the camera bump on the back. The keys and trackpad are responsive and feel as good as the majority of laptop keyboards of the same size. My only issue is when holding the Tab S7 like a tablet the back keyboard can slide around and not feel very stable. This is due to the two part design where the keyboard is attached magnetically along the side of the S7. The Tab S4 I had earlier was stable in this position as the keyboard and back were a single part. The two part design also leaves the edges and corners more exposed which may be a concern for those who travel more or are prone to more dropping things. Owners of the S7 should really consider getting the keyboard attachment. It compliments many design choices of the S7 and the functions of the two working together are very natural. While I wish it was more stable while holding it like a tablet, the keyboard can be easily attached and removed which could be the intention of the design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works at first it didnt work. i thought it was bluetooth and couldnt find the manual or the kwyboard listed in the bluetooth menu. but i figured that the little metal prongs that connect the keyboard to the tablet is what causes thw connection. after a few minutes of itbeing connected to the tablwt by the magnet it connected and worked. works great now that i got it figured out. :) wish the magnet that holds on the keyboard was a little stronger cause im a bit worried it may come off too easy when i dont want it to. i like the littlw flap that holds the pen there cause i was also a bit worried about the pen getting lost cause it only magnetizes to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Premium Android Tablet I am going from a Samsung Tab S4 with keyboard to the Tab S7 with keyboard. Right off the bat, the Tab S7 looks and feels like a well built machine. It has strong metal edges and has thin bezels around the screen. The side buttons have a good tactile pop and are responsive. It is thin and light for easy portability and storage. I used the Samsung migration app to transfer my setting and apps which was quick and efficient. Within 15 minutes the transfers were complete and I was ready to go. Other basic setup steps are straightforward and easy to do. The screen is crisp and clean. While not an OLED like its larger counterpart (probably to save battery), it is very smooth with its 120hz refresh rate with vibrant colors clear text. The keyboard (separate) and pen (included) is mostly a positive experience. The pen magnetically attaches to the side of the tablet which is concealed and protected by a magnetic flap when not in use. Here, it recharges and pairs with the tablet and makes it easily accessible. When writing, its is responsive and is a great way to provide input. The cover also helps in compensating for the camera bump on the back which could be an issue for those without the keyboard. I could see users who don't have the keyboard attachment may feel like the pen is going to fall off or get lost. The keys and trackpad are responsive and feel as good as the majority of laptop keyboards of the same size. My only issue is that when holding the Tab S7 like a tablet the back keyboard can slide around and not feel very stable. The Tab S4 I had earlier was stable in this position and is would be my only issue with the updated design. General performance is snappy and responsive. I can see the "6" next to the Wifi symbol which indicates it is using the abilities of my Wifi 6 router which is great for XBOX streaming. Apps load quickly I did not have a single hiccup when apps are being used. Overall this is a great tablet and can really show what Android is capable of. Its has speed, plenty of memory and upgrades that will keep the TabS7 a reliable device for many years. I would recommend planning for the keyboard attachment (sold separately) as many design choices intend for you to have both for a smooth experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Tablet Companion The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 book cover will turn your Galaxy device into an instant productivity machine for work or school. The keyboard cover provides all around protection for the tablet and even has a kickstand built-in. Typing on the keyboard feels really good and I have enough space to type comfortably. I use the keyboard for school work and it doesn’t slow me down at all. However, I wish there was an option to type on all surfaces instead of only being able to type on flat surfaces. The book cover has an opening to house the S-pen. This is a neat feature so the S-pen doesn’t get misplaced. The touchpad is a decent size as well. I tried using some of the gestures and shortcuts while using Samsung DeX. They all worked perfectly. The only gripe I have regarding the keyboard is no backlight to work in low light conditions. I feel this would have been a perfect addition. This is the perfect companion accessory for the tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Keyboard! first and foremost, i love the samsung galaxy tab s7 book cover keyboard. i love how quiet the keys are when you are in the middle of typing. i also love the touch gestures on the touchpad and how intuitive they are. so far i've used this keyboard primarily in dex mode- where it's most practical to use. but there is one problem off the top of my head that makes this keyboard inferior to the likes of microsoft's surface keyboard. this keyboard is not backlite at all. it really make it difficult to type with this keyboard in low light, or at night in the dark. but i have to say i really love the bookcover keyboard and i recommend it for anyone that has the samsung galaxy tab s7.

For such a thin keyboard it's just amazing how comfortable it actually is!

It's so much nicer searching for things and writing e-mails. I love how it makes this tablet like a smaller laptop with a touch screen. It's so portable with great functionality. I love the touchpad, it's large and easy to scroll with. The Intuitive function keys make changing functions like the volume etc. exactly like it was on my laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Currently looking for new cover..... this is a 2 pc design. the keyboard piece connects with magnets to the side of the tablet. that sucker falls out all the time. i have to be careful how i open it, or it falls off. i am very disapointed in the quality considering how much i paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when it connects this keyboard is fantastic when it actually connects to the tablet. too often i go to use it and the tab does not recognize it is there. i have tried everything. sometimes a simple reset works, other times nothing works. unfortunately i'm in the middle of the latter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good keyboard, but spacebar got stuck. it's such a good keyboard! it's easy and reliable and compact. not long after i started using it, the spacebar got stuck like a sticky key. i've never eaten around it or with it. it's a keyboard i recommend for anyone who is an on-the-go person, college student, or anyone in need of a device like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work The Samsung S7 is easy to use. The case is solid and even my toddlers have gotten a hold of it with no worries. I like the "click" of the keys and the weight for desk and lap use. There's a magnetic attachment, but that is pointless...doesn't stay on and I feel like I'm constantly putting it back in place. It's 50/50 on whether I'd buy it or recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent Keyboard But Has Some Issues the main caveats of this detachable keyboard is the fact that the trackpad is really not that great. it is functional but honestly, i find it better to use either the pen or a bluetooth mouse. the other pet peeve that i had was that i kept accidentally pressing the dex/screenshot button when i meant to hit backspace. it happens a lot for me and its honestly really annoying. i wish it wasnt there. i did wind up getting an external keyboard because of this issue but since i really like the idea of the keyboard doubling as a slim case for the tablet so i still find myself coming back to this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Playing with the Tab S7 Keyboard I was very excited when I was selected to test the Samsung S7 with the keyboard. With all of the capabilities of the Tab S7, I knew I had to test it with all new work tasks. I love the keyboard accessory. It feels really sturdy and I love that it clicks into the side and stays really well to the tablet, which gives you the full impression of working on a small, portable laptop. The keyboard was compact and easy to use. I did really enjoy it for note taking and in using it in combination with the pen too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Accessory I've had the opportunity to use the Samsung Tab S7 Keyboard lately and there are many good things to say about it. The keys type well, it stores the tables pen in a place where it won't get lost, the pad has a nice pop to it, and the quick magnet attaching function is great. The same back cover that holds the pen is also a sturdy prop for work mode. The materials feel sturdy and well made. What could be improved on the product is how it works when holding the tablet with the keyboard flipped back. The cover slips around on the back and does not stay as well as older Samsung book options and the keys and trackpad will randomly register inputs. I did look up the product description and images on the official store page and they don't advertise it being held this way but as a past STab user it was never an issue in the past. Also for the asking price, not having the keys backlit is a little disappointing. Overall, this a good product with a couple of design trade offs from past offerings. They may bother some and not be a problem for others. Once thing for sure is that this keyboard was designed to be used with the Tab S7 and is recommended for any Tab S7 owner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Fitting Accessory...to Protect and Write No Samsung Galaxy Tab can be complete without a keyboard that doubles as a protective case. Adding the keyboard just increases the capabilites of the tablet while doubling the protection of screen. No need to worry about bluetooth connections and carrying around another device just to use your tablet. Connect the magnetic keyboard to the bottom and type away. This keyboard is made specifically for your tablet and has many function keys that allow you to access built-in features directly. Want to use your tablet as a mini laptop, use the quick key for Samsung Dex Mode. Need to take a screen shot, use the built in screen shot key to quickly snap that pick. The only complaint that I have is that the keyboard is so thin that it is difficult to type while sitting on your lap.

I love the stand and the keyboard basically turns the tablet in to a lightweight computer. Perfect for work on the go and schoolwork. You can get a lot more things done with a fully functioning keyboard vs just having to rely on the screen. I wish I had gotten one sooner
