Beat the installer's price and I did it myself!
I was able to purchase this wireless headset which was recommended by our VoIP provider much, much cheaper from CDW than the provider! The install was quick and easy!

Great Headset
Has great range, clear, comfortable. Comes with multiple ear pieces and a headset attachment.
con, short battery life...less than 4 hours. But mine sits on the charger most of the time so it is no biggie for me
