Poly Calisto 5200 - speakerphone is rated 4.53 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality, but Check of Compatibility Excellent. Make sure you have compatible devices! This will not work with iPhone 8 or newer. You'll need a USB C adapter for some Android devices that don't have 3.5mm headset plugs. Voice quality and mic pickup are fantastic around a mid-sized conference table.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommended for design a performance Good size for mobile workers. Audio quality is great and I love the LED indicator for when the mute feature is activated. The cords wrap perfectly around the device making it quick and easy to put back into the carrying case. Much better than user laptop, tablet, or cell phone mic & speakers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality product The speaker sounds great for it's compact size. Call quality was clear and persons sitting across the table could still be heard. aying in music mode it has great range. The microphone was crystal clear and never cut out. The only thing that I think is really hampering this speaker is lack of Bluetooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional sound quality. Easy to use. I've used all sorts of speakers/speakerphones and while they "functioned", they generally generally didn't "impress." Other's required you be right in front of the mic (meaning "conferences with multiple people didn't work or the sound quality was just so-so. This device sounds GREAAAAATTTTTT (in my best "Tony the Tiger impression) such that I use it when listening to music, webinars and other things. In addition, the "360 degree" Mic(s) isn't just a marketing slogan. It really works from all directions - and as far as I can tell, it makes no difference the orientation to the speaker or speakers. Lightweight and portable for the road warrier, compact (half the time I don't know it's in my daily backpack, and very easy to use. Truly worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ready to use! The Calisto 5200 surprises me due to its size and the features that are built-in. I received the device one month ago, and I have used regularly at my work meetings, the feedback has been positive. Excellent sound quality and few interruptions or noise complaints, with a maximum of eight persons at the room, and other five at the phone call, in most of the cases, was caused due to network/internet connection, pretty standard. Of course, with long calls during the day, the battery could be depleted soon. I had to charge mine twice per week, to have it with a full charge and do not cause time delays. I strongly recommend before use, connect to a laptop, and download the Plantronics HUB application for advanced settings like automatic status for MS-Skype/Teams, notification management and firmware upgrade (upgrade before use. Super portable, the size is like a hockey puck, fits in the laptop backpack, carryout or case, is not heavy and or bulky device and is packed very conveniently at its soft case. It is ready to use, only connect the speaker to your phone, using the 3.5mm jack connector (remark: for iPhone/iPad you should have the 3.5 connectors separately), or, use the USB port to your laptop and that is it. Simple. After the connection is complete, the speaker is usable for the typical call-conference applications. For professional/personal use, I recommend the Calisto to easy calls with great quality sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Sound and Design! I bought this item about a month ago and I am very pleased. It has the typically elegant styling to a Plantronics product. I love the carrying case that comes with it as well. Most importantly the sound quality is terrific! Love the quick recharge and the wind up of both cables. Been looking for something like this for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for a home or office! Hello, As a virtual employee out of DC, working from my home office in Texas I am either on the phone or in a virtual meetings most of the day and end up wearing my Plantronics (Voyager 5200 all day. This product allows me to be free from a headset. The audio is crisp and clear. Everyone can hear me with no echo or muffling sound. I use it with my corporate Windows 10 laptop and is plug and play. No issues. I pulled it out of the box, connected it to the port replicator and used it right away for a virtual call. It's really simple, just plug-and-play. The sound quality is excellent and the microphone is sensitive and clear. I am a bit disappointed with the case that's provided with the product, it's not really designed to also hold the cable that's used to connect the phone to the laptop. Great devise for virtual users who are on the phone, frequent travelers, virtual employee, or who often host/join web conferencing from home or hotel room. Thank you for reading and best regards, In Texas

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Calisto 5200 - It just didn't wow me... Over the years, I have become quite the fan of Plantronics due to the superb quality and design I have come to expect from their product development team. I view them as a category leader, not a follower. Therefore, I was surprised when reviewing the Calisto 5200 to find it lacked the innovative touches I have come to expect from Plantronics and felt it was a step backwards in the use of technology. The design and quality were both good, not excellent. As I unboxed the Calisto, it did not give me that “Ohhh! Ahhh!” factor I have come to expect from Plantronics Design. It felt like engineering took the lead over design (UX Experience. While the speaker and receiver were “Good” quality, what disappointed me was how hard it was too pull either the USB cord and/or headphone jacket away from the speaker. I had to use a pen tip to pop it out. But the most disappointing element was the device did not allow me to connect via Bluetooth. My iPhone XS does not have a headphone jack, so I had to use a toggle. The market is going wireless, yet this device is heavily reliant on connecting with wires. Feels like a step backwards in today’s market. Once connected, the device is quality, but the inability to connect wirelessly really became a turn off for me personally. I hope this product is an aberration because I will still support Plantronics. Cheers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great portability, clear sound, huge battery This product basically focuses on one objective and does it well - it wants to be a highly portable solution to conference calling. The volume is high enough to handle multiple listeners around a large table - the guys at the far end aren't going to be having problems, and whats probably most important, the audio is clear. No large sibilance issues, high fidelity, 360 degree audio makes it easy to fill the room. If you're looking for something to just plug in to your phone or laptop, no extra steps, this is a good solution. If you intend to use the music mode for something like a shower speaker or impromptu office space entertainment, the audio output is going to be better than the more hollow sound from your phone's directional speaker. There's also the matter of separate battery usage. At 30 hours, the product is great for mindless use mid travel - you're very unlikely to find yourself in trouble if you start the trip at a full charge, and you get audio warnings as you go. Being self powered is going to outclass it against anything that would directly drain from your device, so expect overall battery life increases for whatever you're plugging into, too. The calisto's ability to beat an exisiting, large conference room setup is going to come down to the location and when they've last upgraded. In my experience, the conference room speaker isn't high on the priority list of things to fix/change, but the in-office models can be much larger and carry a higher volume. If you're going from set office locale to set office locale, you may not see yourself swapping the Calisto for the preset option, but its still priceless as a backup or alternative. Small office/ office room use, trips with unknown set ups, and home use is where the Calisto really shines. The only downside I can point out is weight, it does have a slight heft to it, but you've got to make a weight tradeoff if you don't want poorer quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Portable Speaker I have recently gotten the Calisto 5200. I love it. I can use it connected to my computer or to my phone and listen to my music with clarity anywhere I want to use it. I love the portable case it comes in. It makes traveling with it so easy. I can easily use it for skype calls on my pc or conference calls on my mobile phone. I get the most clarity from it being connected with the USB to my laptop. Even though the sound is sometimes slightly distorted while using it on my phone, its still very much worth having. I would recommend this item to everyone. It is a great buy. The directions for use are very easy to understand. Once you download the program that comes with this product, you quickly see and understand how to use it. It is like a plug and play item, very easy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent!!!!!!! Very pleased with this portable speakerphone. It has a case that makes it easier to take it wherever you want without having damage. Its sound is very good and can be connected to a phone, tablet or laptop quickly and safely. Very easy to use, the USB and 3.5mm connection cables are long enough and is made with quality materials and durable, its weight is very light, the microphone works perfectly, it really is a good investment that you should do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Conference Tool! I really like that this has a headphone jack. It makes connecting simple when you want to use it as a speaker. It’s clear, loud for such a small device and the carrying case makes it easy to carry too. I like how the cords wrap and are stored in the device and the cutouts are very clever. I’ve used other products similar, but this one seems more thought out and functions better. I only wish it had Bluetooth too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product!! Nice and compact!! I got this thing a couple of days ago, and it works great. The other callers on the line can hear me fine and I can hear them loud and clear too! I like the mute on the device, so I can either cough or clear my throat and nobody has to listen to it. It seems to have good range on the mic, you don't really have to be over the top of it to work well.
