Not up to expectations
Home office support told me I could wait for a new version or buy this. Said it could hook to my iPhone. It cannot. Requires too much power. No Bluetooth. Short cord. I should never have purchased

Perfect for Teleconferencing
I tested this unit out with Skype across the country and it worked flawlessly! The omnidirectional microphone picked up everyone around it and the top mointed controls were logical and easy to use. I even recorded some wide frequency audio with it. The volume was move than enough to fill the room on bidirectional use. My only regret is I didnt get the 5200 with the music player controls.

It has crystal clear sound, and is very easy to operate. We use it for conference calls in a large (25' x 25' room - it works like a charm!!

This Calisto 3200 is a very good external speaker for your laptop so if your looking for an external speaker this is a very good one I did not get to use the phone sode of this unit but I think it would be a good one

I have have calisto 3200 for a few weeks now. It's a well made compact speaker that comes with a carrying case. My phone has a USB adapter so I was able to use it directly with my phone even tho it's now Bluetooth

The Mute button notification
when I open the box I was impress with the over all look of the product. the instructions for setup was relatively simple.The sound quality is very good. love the fact that the product turns on automatically upon being inserted into the computer USB port.

Slim, sleek design.
Instructions on set up are fairly simple.
Sound quality great but lacking on volume.
Looks great and functions great.
App has some decent settings but none required for normal operation.
USB A connection kinda limits product range of customers and would recommend a 5200 if music is your primary use.
Primary use for somthing like a lap top that has quiet speakers.
All in all it is another good solid product produced by plantronics. I own many of their products.
