Poly Blackwire C3215 USB - headset is rated 3.20 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blackwire 3125 The headset is nice. The cord is VERY long. Every time you mute or un-mute the headset there is a single or double (selectable tone/alert followed by a "flourish" of tones. You CANNOT disable these tones and they play over whoever is talking. This effectively makes the inline mute button unusable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from USB? This was purchased during COVID-19 so that I could work from home. I thought the tip on this product was USB. It was not. The tip on here is something much smaller than USB and that port that it would fit is currently being used to power my laptop. I have no way to use it. This thing is useless to me right now. Are there adapters to get this to a USB?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Half a headset within 2 weeks. Company I worked for purchased a lot of these for an upgrade. Immediately received with a multitude of complaints on volume level, comfort, and inability to block out sound. Within 2 weeks, one side of headset has already failed on my own personal headset. This headset is used roughly 8 hours a day, roughly 5 days a week. For a product to fail after so few hours is absolutely unacceptable. Also, the headset was placed in a drawer in a plastic bag in between each use, so improper care for the headset really is not on the board. I hope the rest of the products offered by your company are of a much higher quality and experience at least some Quality Testing before being shipped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Corded Headset!!! This headset is so versatile. It can be connected directly to a computer USB port, or to a 3.5mm on a wireless device. With this headset, it is easy to manage calls from your laptop or cell phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Comfortable Headset with Versatility! The headset can be used with the microphone on either the left or the right side of your head when wearing. The microphone sounded great! It doesn't have padding on the headband, but I didn't find this to be an issue because of how light it is. It fits like "on-ear" headphones and both speakers turn to sit flat for when it is around your neck not being used, or to fit in the included carrying case! The headset has a 3.5mm jack for use in cell phones and a USB adapter included to connect to your computer. On the cord for the USB adapter is a volume rocker to increase/decrease volume, answer and hang up calls (requires Plantronics software, and to mute the microphone. When muted, a red LED shines to remind you its muted. Side Note: it can be used to listen to music. Bottom Line: Cord length is great regardless of if you are using it with your phone or computer, it's comfortable to use, sounds great, and includes a small case! I reccomend this product for those looking to improve call quality or just comfort instead of holding your phone up to your ear or instead of using speakerphone! Disclaimer: I was given the product to review, but not told what to say or how to review the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could not activate and run on my Windows 7 system. Downloaded driver and software and selected Blackwire 3222 as default mike to no avail. My prime use is in connection with Dragon Narurally Speaking Pro. My other two blue tooth wireless headsets fromPlantronics work very well, but Blackwire 3200 Series did not function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and Headset I have been using the Blackwire 3200 for a couple of weeks now. The volume and sound are very good. I would say excellent. I have mostly been using on my Iphone X which the clarity is far beyond the in ear piece I thought the clarity was great but there is no comparison. If you are on the phone a lot, I would highly recommend this headset. You hardly know that it is on your head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frequent switching from deep bass sound to no bass The company I work for replaced my old Plantronics headset with this model. They constantly switch back and forth between a nice deep bass sound to sound without bass. I can't find updated drivers or firmware (currently on firmware v.210) for these and I tried installing the Plantronics Hub... but that hasn't helped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Medieval Torture is prefferable Horrible sound. Comfort? Well if you enjoy sleeping in an iron maiden then this is the headset for you. On the mono version both sides are just horrible, one side jabs into your skull while the other firmly presses on the ear and despite this less than perfect constellation of fitting you will still barelly be able to make out any noise, someone talking at a normal volume while you have both windows and your VOIP program at max volume? Yeah, barelly audible.
