Not the best product
I have a MagSafe case and figured this would be great for traveling, but it barely clicks on and stays on. I have a mage safe wallet that snaps on great and stays there. For the price, don’t think it’s worth it.

Will not charge on stand.
Power bank will not charge on OtterBox MagSafe charging stand. I have to use a cord to charge the power bank.

Does not complete a full charge
This power bank doesn't even get my phone a full charge. It basically can keep it operating at the percentage it is at for about 1 hr. Not worth the purchase in my opinion.

Bought it to use at work to keep my phone charged but charges slowly and dies too fast even after charging the power bank all night.

Terrible returns customer service
Terrible return customer service. Don’t but anything unless you never intend on ever returning anything. I sent this back via a printed label as instructed and according to USPS was received by Otterbox yet funds have not been returned to me and there is no way to speak to an actual person at Otterbox only an automated system or you wait on hold forever. I waited for over an hour with no answer on three different days during times they said they were open.
