Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works fine except for the buckle. The strap is sturdy, but there’s a buckle in the middle, and comes undone all the time. I use this to carry my iPad for work, and this means that sometimes while I am walking it just falls off, and I have to try to catch it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Accessory for field work. It meets my specific needs but the shoulder strap needs to be more adjustable (shortening).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fits great, definitely durable, the popsocket sinks into the case just enough that it doesnt get in the way and the phone lays down mostly flat. Still could sink a bit more. Id say only improvemnt would be to make the back thicker so the pop socket is completely flush.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor design Strap even though adjustable is to thin and too long and the rubber corner literally hits the power button.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ergonomic & Quality, improved attachment? I bought the OtterBox Utility Series Latch II Case with Accessory Bag. I like that it is light weight and does not have a plastic smell. I think the neck strap is comfortable and a good design. I see the new strap has a clip which and I wonder how that will feel. The latch concept allowed me to use the waterproof case I already had. The one issue I had was that the thin rubber loops where the elastic tied in busted in all the corners, which I had stitched up many times. I've used the latch for 3 years. Will the new rubber loop design solve the issue?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job I like that it works with the case. Hand holder could be a little looser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad strap The new strap is awful. It has a plastic thing in the middle that clicks together. Problem is, the latch opened up within the first five minutes, and the iPad crashed to the ground. The latch continues to open by itself constantly. I’ve had to tie a knot between the two ends to secure it properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost costed me an ipad They changed the design of this at some point in the last couple years. I liked the rubber wrap around corners but the design flaw I experienced was with the rope loops for the shoulder strap to hook on. One loop failed within a day or 2 on the job so I I flipped it around and used the other 2. Same outcome within a week. I use it for home inspections on the job and nothing I did should have caused this. I was high up on a ladder when it failed without warning and almost dropped my iPad from 15 feet up. I'll go with a different product until they improve this design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs work Good idea, but the lanyard/carry strap should be better. There is a quick disconnect plastic piece in the middle. This should be more like a camera strap, there is NO place for a cheap plastic connector when dealing with an expensive iPad…
