Amazing Case for my tablet
OtterBox always makes a heavy duty case. I know my tablet is very well protected using that case.

Think twice.
Do not buy. Product was damaged upon arrival. Could have bought a better off brand on Amazon with screen protector that wasn’t damaged. Attempted to work with Otterbox and no help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, But… It looks nice and has some nice features like the hand strap and the holder for the Apple Pencil BUT the design of how you insert the tablet is NOT GOOD. You have to force your iPad into the case front the front and work it in inch by inch. It feels like your going to break your iPad just to try to insert it into a case that is designed to protect your iPad.

I have installed various model protective iPad cases going back to the original iPad. There is just no give in this case. I can't figure out what the trick is as others have mentioned in the reviews here. Otterbox you have to help us out with a video or whatever the trick is to getting this installed. I contacted Customer Service and was sent a video for a different model iPhone case and a video for a completely different iPad case. I see no installation video for this model on the official Otterbox YouTube channel.
