I've always bought Otterbox iphone covers but this is the first clear one. It's just as pretty as I was hoping it'd be and am thrilled with my purchase. Otterbox is a bit more expensive than other brand covers but in my opinion very well worth the price.

quality is the best but !! I am so disappointed to see scratches on the case from first day , i really like to take a good care of my stuff , no rough use of it at all in my purse or in pocket most of the time so no reason to see scratches on first few hours believe it or not , called customer service to see if it’s an issue with my case only or what , the customer service was very professional and helpful she sent me a replacement one , so bad same problem with it , they said it’s because it’s clear, unfortunately I really don’t think it is a good reason .always otterbox is the best quality of but not for clear case looking. i wish I chose different color maybe or different case but i like to see the color of my phone.

Best Case to Show Off New iPhone 11 Pro Max

Volume buttons don't work
Volume buttons didn't line up and can't use them. This is the 2nd case I've gotten, first one was perfect but for some reason this one doesn't line up. Tried taking it off and putting it back on but it still doesn't work.

Turned yellow and cracked
I’ve had this code for a year. I got it Christmas of 2021 and now it’s almost Christmas of 2022. About 3 months in there was cracking on the sides and scratches EVERYWHERE on the front. It didn’t keep my screen protector from cracking but I prop my phon Ellie once every 2 weeks so that adds up overtime. It also turned yellow on the sides which went to orange and now it almost looks red. It isn’t just me either cause 2 of my other friends have the same case and theirs did the same ?? sry disappointed

The first case I purchased from Bestbuy, the silence button is half covered the up volume button was covering both the up/down volume button. The down volume button just touched about half the button. Returned it and got another one.
The second case the silence button is at the very bottom of the opening. The volume up button is covering about 3/4 of the up volume buton. The bottom volume button is covering the down volume button the 1/4 of the up volume buttom. When I put the phone down, it tries to call 911 and I have to rush to cancel the call.
I am using the case for now while I look for a better design case without all these flaws.

I bought this case for my last phone (iPhone 7 plus) and it lasted 2+ years until I upgraded to the new 11 pro Max. This case is worth every penny. I dropped my old phone all the time and never had a crack or anything. Fine, if you simply want to protect your phone.
I used otterbox in a previous job where my work phone needed enhanced protection. If that’s what you need then this case delivers. However, it is so tight on my iPhone 11 Pro Max that I am worried about trying to tear it off and damaging the phone. It appears to be designed to put on and not take off. why would you take it off you probably ask? Well, in all honesty it has no design appeal at all! If you’ve paid over £1000 for a beautiful phone then clearly you want to protect it. However, you also want the phone to maintain its sleek good looks! The case looks completely ugly on the phone.
If someone can design a phone case that satisfies protection, ease of use, as well as beauty, then they are on to a winner. This case doesn’t do that.

this is supposed to be a high quality product, and, as a result is expensive. Have had several problems. I have an Iphone11 Pro Max
1. It doesn't fit in most magnetic car charger trays because case is too large
2. Case prevents good contact with desktop chargers. I've used several with same results. You must place phone "exactly" in the correct spot to get a connection.
I will throw this out, eat the significant cost, and purchase a functional case.

I bought the clear Otterbox case and it looks great. It feels sturdy and I'm confident my phone is protected (I've also put a glass cover on the screen. The postage was quite slow, it took several weeks for me to receive it, which is ok. I've had it for about a month now and there are scratches on the back of the case, I think from being in my bag with my keys?? So it's not great that it's already scratched, not really sure if it's even possible to make a plastic case that doesn't get scratch but my advice would be to make sure you use the phone pocket in your bag if there is one as the case can scratch pretty easily. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the case.

Favorite case out of Any case I've ever had
I've had this case on for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. All of my buttons are easily accessible no problems with alignment at all, the camera flash doesn't reflect off the case which has been a problem with other cases I've had, the charging port allows my charger to plug in easily. The front of my phone has a slightly raised edge so if it drops face down the screen should be protected, the case fits nicely with my tempered glass screen protector as well as the clear skin on the back of my phone, no issues at all.
I did have to order my case online which took some time shipping to Edmonton Alberta, CA. i didn't mind the wait so much because I did have another case on my phone, however I'm slightly frustrated that no large companies such as mobile phone companies, best buy or visions carry any otterbox series for the iPhone 11 pro max besides the defender series. So I would definitely complain that the symmetry series isn't as accessible as I would have liked it. They should definitely supply to larger chains.
Otherwise, I am happy. I don't plan on changing cases, not for a very long time as this case is thin,practical, protective and beautiful. Everything a almanac could ask in a case lol. I would definitely reccommend, and definitely order it again (maybe with rush shipping next time

So, the fit is great and the protection seems great too. Good lip on the front and back to protect both screen and camera. But, for me, the clear edge is ugly. The clear back is great, but the thick clear bumper around the edge makes my phone look cheap. I'm waiting for the Lumen series to be available for the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

I bought my otterbox stardust case some days ago, I’m using it only one day and I have a lot of scratches, and I don’t know why, because I really take care of my phone. I absolutely love how the stardust case look, it looks stunning, but it has a lot of scratches after one day of using, so what will be after one month? Outstanding case for my iPhone II Pro Max
I wanted to have a case when my new phone arrived. Otterbox is always ready to fill that need. I had a Symmetry case for my iPhone XS Max, so I went with the same for the new phone. The case fits perfectly and allows for a firm grip on the phone without having to worry about it slipping out of my hand. I bought my symmetry case to go over my new Apple 11 Pro Max. So far it seems great. I’ve dropped it a couple times and the phone is fine. I Got the clear case and so far it seems to have retained it’s clear color and not turned yellow like I’ve seen others. But I’ve only had it a couple weeks. I did have to buy the extra glass to cover the screen. I wish it was all included in the kit. That is why I only gave it four stars in that five. But so far so good.

I think this case is the perfect combination of weight, protection and style, definitely shows all the details of my phone at the same time that has a clear edge where you can still feel protected. Awesome

Amazing as always
This is the 4th symmetry I’ve had and it’s absolutely amazing. The only reason I’ve had 4 is bc I’ve changed phone and I’d buy a new case if the case became overly scratched or damaged. But overall the case is really good and definitely does it job against falls and damage.

Best clear case for iPhone
the clear case is very sturdy. I’ve had otter cases before and I’ve loved them as it protected my phone from damage. The clear case allows you to see the color of the iPhone through the case. The case does not hide the sophisticated look of my iPhone 11. The glitter version is great for people who loves a little sparkle. I’m so glad I picked the glitter one, as I love sparkles.

installation causes scratching to case
The act of sliding the iPhone into the case causes the interior of the case to scratch. It is absurdly fragile inside of the case and I have had to ask for a replacement. Very disappointing.

Good, but came with scratches
When I first bought it it was amazing, but with closer inspection I noticed that there were some scratches on there that weren’t from me. I tried removing it but it didn’t come off. Overall it was fine, just makes your phone a bit bulkier.

Love the glitter!
I love this case, this is the 3rd one I get. I had it for my 8, XS max and now for the 11 pro max. I have had them on my phone from day 1 and it does what it’s supposed to do. The only thing I don’t like about it is that right about the 9 month mark or so the edges start to turn orange yellowish.

I love Otterbox cases. I wanted the clear case, so I didn’t have to cover the color of my phone. Now all the edges have turned a brownish yellow color. Great protection, but a poor look over time.

I have an 11 Pro max. My case is clear so the color of the phone can be seen. The case is tough and the buttons all work well. The best feature though is that it is thin enough to allow my wireless charger to to easily charge. The magnetic charger in the car attaches without falling in the cup holder when you hit a bump

It’s a nice case.
This is a nice case. Sleek design and looks good on my phone. Hopefully it does it’s job when the phone gets dropped.. the price has me nervous so we will see!
