Good quality, easy to use!
Works great! Very simple and easy to use. Took about 2 hours to fully charge. The LED lights on the side tells you how much charge it has. It's about the size of a small phone and lightweight. I like that it is textured slightly, less likely to drop it. Great for camping or traveling!

This is so great to have while your out and about or at the beach you don’t have to worry about not being able to charge your phone. This is a must have it would prevent you from getting stuck from not being able to charge your phone.

Very handy
This has been so nice to have while out and about. Just charge it and throw it in your bag for on the go. I no longer have to stress keeping my phone charged while out. It charges my phone about 7 percent every ten minutes and I can get multiple charges out of it. This is now a must have anytime I am out.

Love the size, easy to fit in your pocket and very light weight. It charges very quickly. As for while using it to charge items, it was quick and was able to keep its charging ability for a good amount of time. Unfortunately if you were using the item you are charging, it only lasted a two hours to three hours.

Charges lightning fast!!!
Initially when I received this, I thought I could just start charging right away - haha nope. It needs. Full charge then from there, I was able to use it whenever I want. It is sleek, slender, light, and charges my phone up super fast! With what the world is going on - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE to get at least one or two of this. It last for a long time! This’ll be the item you’ll want in case of ANY EMERGENCY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Such a sleek battery pack
For me I’m always using my phone and the battery is something I always have to manage and worry about. My favorite use is when I’m camping or at a festival. It is very compact and easy to fit in a backpack or fanny pack.

Power bank
Power bank needed to be charge up when we got it. Comes with a usb cord. The usb cord doesn’t work on my IPhone 12XR but my charger does work with the power bank. I’ve only used it a few times works great took about 30 minutes to charge my phone at 75%charged. Has a button on the side to turn on so you can see how much charge you have on the power bank.

This power bank is great to have. Charging the bank itself is easy, and doesn't take much time. This is perfect for my husband to take to work, or in the summer when we are out and about more. It charges quickly, and is easy to set up.

Lil disappointed
It’s my second otterbox purchase. Bought my new phone and the case definitely is a lot and strong one. So i tried buying the battery pack got so excited and it’s light and handy dandy but when I used it just a one time charge on my phone it’s already out battery quick.
Had to report it glad the customer service is very approachable but still waiting for the replacement they sent me.

this power bank sucks. have had it for about two weeks and it has not improved. not a single time has it fully charged to %100 before dying. take about 1-2 hrs to charge, though on the first day it took the entire night. spend your money on something else that’ll actually charge. 14 hours my ahh

Great for charging in you pocket
Fits in your trouser pocket well with your phone so there is no issue with running cables from another pocket or bag. I use my phone a lot at theme parks and can be on the go from 7am to 1am, so being able to top up the power easily is essential.
Only 2 points I'd suggest: Put the USB-C port in the middle of the side so it lines up with the port on your phone; make an even shorter version of the 'inCharge Mini cable' to really minimise cable in pocket.
