Installation was easy with the provided template and cleaning tools, however, I received a defective protector that did not adhere on the top right of the screen. No amount of applying pressure resolved this. Shame, because the protector seems clear and nice otherwise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most trusted I simply trust Otterbox like no other. My first was a defender model for an HTC One that I used extensively in an outdoor industrial field. That phone lasted 4 years being dropped through engines I was working on, getting dropped in mud and snow covered fields, onto concrete shop floors, etc. At end of life when I took it out of that case, the phone itself was pristine. I had some frustrations with a Lifeproof case on an iPhone 11, so went back to Otterbox for the 15. Fits perfectly, but my job is much less intense. I still wanted a good degree of protection, so I went with the Commuter.

Their cases have been nothing short of reliable, consistently shielding my devices from harm. So, when I recently upgraded my phone, I naturally gravitated towards the Otterbox screen protector, anticipating the same premium quality. True to form, the screen protector exudes a high-quality feel upon touch, reminiscent of the brand's reputation. However, there were a couple of areas that could use some refinement. While the protector mostly fits well, there's a slight gap around the edges, allowing a bit of dust to creep in. Additionally, eliminating all the air bubbles, particularly around the corners, proved to be a bit challenging. Despite these minor setbacks, I'm confident in the protector's durability and am eager to see how Otterbox addresses these feedback points in their upcoming designs.

Have contacted customer service and was given reply screen two separate time. Issue still occurred. Last time was issued a new case with frame. Bubbles still appeared. See attached picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It just takes one spec of dust... I got a spec of dust under mine somehow. There's no way to reverse it or get the bubbles out now. It won't seal along the edge either. The only fix is to buy another one. Totally frustrating!!

Once it’s on for the first time, then talking it off, always makes it worse so I left it on. The plastic frame installation devices seem to work better. I wouldn’t buy this one again considering it’s high relative price and slightly off installation. No bubbles though!

There are air pockets all along the outside of the screen protector making it pointless since it will not stay stuck on for long. It also hold finger prints like no one’s business. I have wiped it over an over with a microfiber cloth and it still looks filthy.

Before anyone says I installed it wrong, I’ve installed dozens of not hundreds of screen protectors and never have dust or a bubble. The Otter Glass went on fine, but started bubbling up after a few days. Maybe a defect?? Didn’t have time to wait for another one.

I ended up throwing it away and buying a screen protector that was less expensive but worked much better. I know there is a warranty but I would rather be out the money than get a replacement screen protector that I won’t use. I will continue buying OtterBox cases but will be passing on the screen protectors for now.

Bought this two weeks ago and the top left corner is already peeling off. I applied it exactly as the instructions said, and smoothed out all bubbles. But lo and behold, a week and a half later a bubble formed. Slowly but surely over the last few days it’s been getting worse.

Somehow I always end up with bubbles near the border of the screen. So, it is what it is. Expensive at that, too. And the shipping experience for this one was horrible. Too long to deliver. Disappointed.

They expressed delivered a new one that came in a couple of days. This screen protector is great and it appears like there’s no screen protector at all. Installation is easy. The new installation tray is not as good as the old ones and it’s much more flimsy clear plastic versus the harder, firmer plastic tray from before, but it gets the job done.

If you’re using a case the fact that this glass doesn’t go to the very edge is fine. I’m not sure how much closer it can get without hanging off the sides.

I’ve been a fan of otterbox for years and love the cases they offer. However the screen protector is awful. Come on you could do better than this. Not worth it at all.

I suspect that Otterbox didn't account for the slightly different edge on the 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. They should stop selling this, redesign, and replace all of us that bought this from Otterbox based on reputation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating, uneven installation This is the worst screen protector I have used. It was so frustrating to fit the phone in the cheap plastic holder. I don't really understand the point of that. The website video “how to” wouldn’t load. Instructions were straightforward but it did not work seamlessly and I had to touch the inside of the glass protector to peel off the outer film. It didn’t line up correctly with the described method and you only get one chance. I had bubbles and dust particles underneath even after cleaning, wiping, and using the dust sticker. Screen was completely wasted since it only comes with one screen protector in the whole package. Do not recommend.
