Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY Ok, so I used to LOVE otterbox for my iPhone XR. It was snug, it protected my phone, it was great. For iPhone 13, I expected better. The shape of the iPhone 13 is different from the XR, but you’d think they’d make it better… nope. I have had nothing but problems with my case. From day one, it never fit right to my phone, now the case is showing the edges of my phone, popping my phone out of its case! Yes, it doesn’t fit the case what so ever! Very disappointed! I’ll have to order a new one from a different brand, this just isn’t right!

He works hard and is always on the go and his new iphone 13 is prone to accidental drops and spills . So far this wonderful case has hold up to our expectations I'm so happy with my purchase.

I end up having to lay it my phone face down due to my fear of scratching the camera lens when placed on any surface. It lays uneven when it’s on its back due to the embedded grip on the lower back of the case. Used to be my favorite type of case but the design is not great for protection around the camera lens and the grip on the back is really useless. It’s more of a nuisance in my opinion.

Anytime it’s a phone breaking drop, the case is the only thing that breaks, saving my expensive phone!! Highly recommend!!!! The computer series is my favorite. It’s not bulky but still gives great protection!!

I purchased this case along with the otterbox 3 and 1 charging station, as well as a wireless charging case for my AirPods from Verizon. I have an iPhone 13. The case states compatible with MagSafe, however my phone will not magnet to the charging station with the case on. The case is nice, but I purchased all 3 items to be able to use them together. If one doesn’t work, the other two are pretty pointless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back cover plastic broke off My son had a Commuter case before and it lasted over 3 years. This one is about a 18 months old and a chunk of the back plastic broke off! Now the back of the phone is not completely covered, just the under covering part. The hard plastic is now very brittle and breaks easily. The iphone is no longer fully protected.

I was cutting grass and dropped the phone through the motor and through the blades. The only damage the phone sustained was a burn spot on the screen and a small scratch on the side. Amazing! Will be buying this case again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case, lousy shipping The Commuter phone case is great! Relatively slim while still providing the protection I expect from Otterbox. However, shipping was a problem. The site did not make it clear that Standard (Free) shipping uses USPS for final delivery. USPS delivery is erratic and the tracking was incorrect. At first tracking said delivery had been made on Saturday (it hadn't). Then it said delivery was scheduled for Thursday (even after it arrived on Tuesday). I would never have chosen Standard shipping if I had known USPS would be involved.

The only flaw is that it inhibits wireless charging on two of my wireless chargers. The case needs to be removed to charge.

I have trouble holding things and am always nervous about dropping my $800 cell phone. I am dropping this phone less with the new case than my old phone in its old commuter case because of the texture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Color is great, the case is not. This case isn’t appealing to the touch. Its hard outer surface leaves your phone sliding around. Another design flaw is that the hard case doesn’t wrap around entirely encasing the phone which leaves the small bit of rubbery case on the front side to easily come away from the phone exposing it. The only part of this case that is nice is the color combination.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased 1st time buyer This was my 1st Otterbox purchase. After finally trading in my ancient iPhone 7 for a 13, I knew that I had to get a better-than-good case for it. This time, I wasn't going for "pretty," I was going for protection. After reading a ton of reviews, I settled on Otterbox because it was the most reasonably priced for the quality. I haven't dropped my phone since I got it about 2 months ago so I can't really speak to how well the case withstands being dropped. I love how it's not too bulky; I take it with me when I go running and it's not awkward at all to hold. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone who's on the fence between this brand and another, or just to anyone looking for a new case. I just wish they came in more colors or designs :

I could not be more disappointed, As you can see, the plastic molding is irregular & will not work on my phone. The second case is not as bad; however, it too is a poor old and does not fit the phone on the ends.

This one has weird ridges things on the back/rubber piece and I personally find it very uncomfortable to hold my phone with it but I obviously don’t want to spend more money on a case when this one costed a fair amount. It’s not horrible and seeks durable. I just hate hate the feeling Of it.

The exposed rubber part of the case makes it very non slip on both sides. I had a motorcycle and I would have the phone on the handlebars for the GPS. Even after a 80 mph accident the phone was fine!!!!

I’ve bought a second one and eventually it snapped on one side too. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but when that piece breaks, it leaves a sharp edge. Other than that this case has provided the promised protection.

The hard plastic cover keeps popping out and won't provide the needed protection for my new Iphone. I purchased this online and saw that other people had received the ability to return their product for free. Please give me this same courtesy.
