Unreliable with SPen. Wasted my money
Put it on and part of the screen became unresponsive to my s-pen so I had to take it back off. Same thing happened to a friend of mine.

The protector slides off the phone
I bought 2 protectors. One for my husband and one for me. Both of us are having issues with the protector just sliding off to one side. It bunched up and folds it... ive been "able to fix it" by applying pressure on the screen and pushing in the opposite direction... so i can recenter it but the protector it self got damaged and stretched out. Would not recommend

Doesn't stand up to scratches or dents
Purchased this screen protector with the release of s23 ultra. Worked for a short time and was installed well with the tools provided. After a few months the corners started coming up.
Biggest issue I ran into was compatibility with the S-pen. Over time the S-pen, the main reason I purchased an s23 ultra, had started making major dents on the screen whenever used. The polyurethane material is cheap, flimsy, and doesn't stand up to pressure. There were little lines all over my screen from using the S-Pen. The corners were coming off. Any sort of bump or scrape would leave behind a scar on the film.
The protector finally met its end today less than 6 months after being on my phone when my phone brushed up against a screw in a house I was working on. It tore the screen protector and also left a scratch across the front of my screen which I now have to replace. A tempered glass screen would have held up to the sharp point brushing against it. Go with one of those instead of this cheap polyurethane material.

Screen Protector Slid
After it was installed and I put it in my pocket the screen protector slid on the screen probably from getting warm and after 2 days it had slid halfway off my screen. I have never had this problem with any other screen protectors but i did with this one.

Ok protector
Instructions could be better. At first, I was unhappy with the purchase as it did not stay on with my case. But, I left it on for the night and to my surprise the part that kept coming up near the bottom of the phone, started staying down. It is still on about a month later.

Terrible product. Won't scan fingerprints.
Terrible product! I've never had a problem with any Otterbox product before. This screen protector slips around, and will not accept my fingerprints. They worked fine before installing this product and now it will not read even when trying to re-scan my prints. And I won't even review the installation! What happened to the excellent screen protector I had for years on my S10+??

Protector is slipping off phone

Soft screen protector
It is important to know that this protector is made of a soft material, not a hard glass like the others on the market.
Once I realized that the protector was a flexible film, it went on easily and it works well.
In full disclosure, I destroyed the first one before I figured it out. But that's on me....:-)

looks great works great....
I love the otter boxes for all my phones. always have done a great job protecting the phones. But the screen protection does not do so well when your a game player with repetitive moves on the screen. wears out fast . At least the film protection does. otherwise normal user it works great easy install etc.

Give it 0 stars. Instrucrions were not clear and call me stupid all you want but i wasted 20 dollars buying this. Never even got it on my phone. Tried to install it didnt really fit its alignment bs that goes in your charging port. Then trying to peel up and make it split on the folding line isnt clear on what part seperates exactly so my top sheet just came off and now i cant attach the protector because it wouldnt stay on its alignment guide nor did the protector seperate after trying to fold it like it asked either. Literally just threw 20 dollars right in my trash just to still have to buy another different better to apply protector. Im not the sharpest tool in the shed but thats ridiculous. Otter box utterly wasted my money.

Poor design and worse instructions
Congrats on making the already-challenging process of cleanly applying a screen protector EVEN MORE complicated. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews and rating before ordering. The instructions are very poorly written. It is not at all clear that there is this middle layer that you have to manipulate to get a clean application. By the time I figured it out, dust and particles has found their way onto screen side of the top section of film making it impossible to have a smooth layer without bubbles and scratches. I think that the film would have been good protection if I could have applied it. Do better, Otterbox!

2 out 3 were adhesive, 2 in a row fit and went on perfectly. The 3rd was bit sticky and i tried to get a replacement but the shipping and handling was almost the cost ofba new protector. So only 2 out of 3 phone are covered. Feels very thin like it wont be very protextive but time will tell. Not to mention how many times my ordered was messed up and had to be reshipped 3 times.

Weird Directions..
The directions for installing this weren't really good.. I ended up messing up the installation. The really bad part is the instant I screwed it up I was like OHHHH that's what it means. From what I saw on the part I got onto the phone was some bubbling but I removed the botched install. I decided to go with a Zagg screen protector.

Samsung 23 ultra screen protector
The timeliness of shipment was good. But, we were not pleased with the directions and the screen protectors show small bubbles on mine as well as my spouses, after application. This is the first otterbox screen protector we have used. We went with this brand because of being satisfied with the many phone cases that we have used in the past, from otterbox. We will probably go with a different brand next time.

Best screen protector for Otterbox Defender case.
I tried 7 different screen protectors before using this one, and I must say that this is the best one. I had this same screen protector on my Note20 Ultra for 3 years, and it worked perfectly, and I did a lot of mountain biking with that phone. I prefer self-healing over glass screen protectors. The first time I put it on my S23 Ultra, I had about 20 bubbles. The second time, I followed Otterbox's instructions more carefully, and I had NO bubbles. Much better than Whitestonedome.

Terrible. Beware of faulty product
Terrible. The screenprotector slides off. They reached out asking to call the 1800 number but they are no help. All they can do is replace it with the same faulty product. I bought the product for 2 different phones but they both slid off and fell. As you can see from other reviews, this is a reoccurring issue that they have no solutions for

Hole in screen from earring
Held the phone up to my ear for a 1-hr conversation, pulled the phone away to find a huge hole ripped in the screen. I suppose it came from my upper-lobe piercing, but that doesnt strike much confidence.

Unable to give a proper review
Had my son put this on my phone because I am never good with these things. While putting it on with the tool is tore a hole in the protector and had a ton of bubbles. I am quite sure it was user error. A little frustrating that it tore.

Don't waste your money
Waste of $20, bending the screen protector while installing puts a big crease right down the middle, could not get any of the micro bubbles out of the top section. Also the squeegee scratches the screen protector, find a better product.

I have used these 2 part application design screens before and they are total engineering crap.
Don't waste your money with this. Armorsuit 2 pack is half the price of this and actually works the first time.
Otterbox may be the Ferrari of mobile phone cases but their film protection is the pinto of mobile phone films.

This floppy plastic sheet is less than worthless. The instructions are poorly written, and the intended application method is terrible as well.
Also WARNING: if by some miracle you get the flimsy plastic over screen, the card for removing bubbles is able to tear the screen protector with ease. I honestly think that had my application been successful, it would not have withstood a sharp pebble.
