Rated 5 out of 5 by from $40 in the trash Not sure what makes this screen saver worth $25 more than just about every other screen saver out there, but it isn't ease of install. Unlike some I've had that effortlessly suction onto the screen bubble free, this was a battle and one I ultimately lost. Would not recommend. After doing research after wasting my money, the highest rated screen protectors aren't this .... and they aren't $40.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garbage Followed directions to a "T" for applying screen protector. Ended up with poor adhesion supplimented with a multitude of air bubbles and spots where it did not stick. Tried calling 1-800 number for assistance and got a recording that repeatedly said, "no routes found". Not at all pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Install phone case BEFORE installing the protector The screen protector seems very well made. My issue was the actual installation. It comes with a neat holder(that didn't hold the phone very well) and an alignment pin so everything was straight... only it wasn't. I ended up removing the screen protector and installing the actual case first because the case pushed the protector around (all otterbox) and left bubbles. Once I did this everything seems to be in the right place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product may need some more work I was anxious to get this cover as I assumed it would be the same quality as other Otterbox products. While I'm sure it was well-made, I simply could not get the product to apply to the screen of my new phone. The backing film would not separate from the screen protector no matter how hard I tried. Ultimately I ended up throwing the whole thing away. The rest of the process was very easy and first-rate in terms of the supplies and the instructions provided. Even the mounting and application process was the easiest I've seen compared with other companies. I'm not sure I would recommend this product but it's something to consider when shopping for screen protectors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice applicator, too many bubbles form. A bit disappointed in this item. SKU 77-91269 for the S23 Ultra phone. Applicator was nice but a week later bubbles are forming at the edges. The curved Samsung S23 Screen probably does not help. I would not recommend this product for curved edge screens like on the Samsung S23 Ultra. For the money I can not recommend this product. I think they should include a few screen protectors for the price to give you a second chance on applying the darn thing.

I'm very disappointed, I've been with otterbox for cases and protectors since my first phone. I've never had any trouble till now. I really don't want too but I'll have to try some 3rd party items. I really don't want to do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lifetime warranty. Second to none Solid quality. I installed these with nitrile gloves on. Followed the steps, step by step and installed it perfectly. I had 2 very tiny bubbles that would not press out, as hard as i tried. But no fear, think of how window tints on a vehicle are installed. After a few hours, the bubbles worked themselves out. Be patient. Follow the instructions. Wait at least 24 hours for any stubborn bubbles to work themselves out before leaving a bad review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much money for something that didn't work right The application process did not work. The screen did not stick to the phone when it was supposed to. After I tried to use the proper method and failed, I did it "by hand". This worked, but I now have black fuzz stuck under my screen protector. I don't think it was my fault. It really was a failure of the application materials.

Had to reorder protective screen because firat one did not have the scraper device to install properly and could not get it to attach correctly. Second one had it and works great.

I've dropped my phone several times - no problem. Phone is secure and safe. I think it makes more sense to spend more on a case than to pay for monthly insurance. Installation of screen cover was a breeze!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality but not effective I love Otterbox cases, and I have been getting them for every phone I ever owned. That said, I wanted to try out their screen protector this time around. Costing more than the case, I had high expectations. One positive was that the installation was fast and easy. Unfortunately, after using the phone with the screen protector for about a week now, I have noticed that the effective touch responsiveness of my phone has decreased compared to using the phone without the screen protector. In summary, although I am sure this will protect your phone's screen, it prevents the user from effectively using the phone screen at times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Few Problems, But Survivable. The pegs molded into the installation tray didn't fir the holes in the tabs properly. This resulted in the Alpha Flex being installed crooked causing it to hang very slightly off the edge of the phone. Refitting it caused fingerprints in the corner, which no longer properly adheres. I was able to remove the bubbles as instructed, but that corner remains a problem. Additionally, with the cover installed, the fingerprint sensor in the screen is now a bit of a problem, refusing to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money. Very difficult to put on the screen. The phone does not fit in the cradle as you say. The directions are vague and don't make sense. It is difficult to line up with the phone's corners and circle dot thing at the top. Nearly impossible to remove and reapply. And really hard to get out all the air bubbles even with the squeegie. I didn't know I was spending that much money on a fancy sticker. I wish I had never removed the backing and just put the backing and all inside the hard case.

I've used Otterbox before and never seen this not sure if it's a bad batch or just overall quality. Wanted to get replacement but email webpage only gave me refund option.
