But, it was not made clear before my purchase of an Otterbox for my A51 that there was no screen protector included, I believe the Otterbox screen protector saved my old phone twice when I dropped in a muddy brook. My biggest complaint is that I emailed this comment to you two weeks ago and never received a response, nothing.

However, I want to alert future buyers that it is extremely difficult to install - I was afraid I was going to break my phone! I finally had to take everything to a retired Air Force officer who managed to get it installed! But now I am a happy camper!

At first I thought they were a little pricey but after seeing other people drop or break their phones, I figure an Otterbox is less expensive than a new phone. I have never broke a phone or screen. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crash From The Start So the horrible experience start with the challenged person at AT&T store and continued to the non-caring Otter Group who can't even work from home and answer the baad phone. I paid $59.00 for the best case and got the worst service. The case was the wrong case and the phone number for customer service say that due to COVID-19 they can't answer the phone. Fun a phone product company does not use phones WHY! I am still waiting 4 weeks later for someone to send me information about how I can send the product back and get my $59.00 not worried about the other $29.00 I paid for the overnight shipping. Someone at this company needs to understand business and if I am going to pay $25 to $45 more for a phone case and spend $30 on shipping which is a negotiated rate (recommend hiring that person that can not match the rate of every other company in the world on shipping rates and is about twice what it should be. What is wrong with great customer service and hiring someone to work for your company that cares, are we just ok with bad companies and bad customer service with CEO reaching Billionaire Mark??

As the rest of my family bought less protective covers for comfortability, and had to replace their phones a lot earlier than i had to. Alas, my S5 was damaged by being run over recently. Got an A51a couple days ago., need to find a armored case now.

It requires a Dremel tool to open the slots and remove about 1/8" of plastic to clear the Power button. After modifying the case, it fits much better but still does not latch. Phone is too thick for casing.

The installation "instructions" are all just diagrams, which I did not comprehend at all until after I had almost destroyed my phone trying to snap it into the frame. A few words, pointing out what in the diagrams is my phone versus what are the components of the Otter could have been a helpful orientation.

I could not lock my screen or work my phone properly because of this alignment issue. And the worst part about it all is they have not sent me a replacement or refunded my money. I didn't even receive a call from anyone. Otter box disappointed me this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You Can Rely on Otterbox A few years ago, I put my phone down on my car and drove away. It was miles later that I realized what I'd done. Luckily, someone had seen it fly off my trunk and turned it into the local police station and I got it back. The screen was all cracked up - but you wouldn't know it. My Otterbox not only had protected it from damage, but it held that darn screen together - fully functional - which it remains to this day. Which is to say, every one of my phones will always have an Otterbox on it. When I finally upgraded to the A51 this month, I wouldn't even take my new phone out of the box until my Otterbox arrived. I will admit the instructions were a little lacking, but I finally figured it out (ok, my teenaged son figured it out. But I've already dropped it at least 10 times, and it's fine. I can't fix how clumsy or forgetful I am, but at least I won't have to fix my phone.

So I was a little disappointed finding out that a company like this does not offer a otterbox for the 5G yet! Time to step up the game!

I used to sweat by them and didn't know you changed them. I'm livid. I paid 60 bucks for a case I was expecting to have all around protections and I did not get it. Whats the use of buying the super overpriced case if it doesn't protect the WHOLE phone. Im beyond mad and disappointed and will not buy another one til you make the quality all around protecting product you used to. Pretty sure im going to return this because I can't afford the 60 dollar case to just let it break my phone. Cause you won't replace the phone when it drops on the screen and breaks will you. No. I wanted superior protection and expected nothing less with the ridiculous prices and I was utterly dissapointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't Fit Recieved delivery, unboxed it to place phone inside, and the A51 does not fit inside the case. Volume buttons and power button are 2-3 Millimeters below the openning in the case, and the clips won't close around the phone. The worst part: I am a patient enough person that I will call the company when I need to get the customer service I paid for, but their phone number leads to an ever looping automated system that does not aid me in problem solving. So now I have a case I cannot use, from a company only reachable in this review. The packaging boasts that the case is designed for Samsung Galaxy A51, so the least they could do is engineer it to fit the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing Definitely provides protection for your cell phone. The trade off is that it's big and bulky. Won't fit in tech pocket of cargo pants. The button covers are so stiff it takes an excessive amount of force to activate the buttons on the phone underneath. Just didn't work for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough as nails Tough as nails! Dropped my phone from 25 feet on a concrete floor. Not a scratch. Dropped it in a mud puddle. Retrieved it in seconds. Immediately took it out of the case. No damage at all. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I'm fat. If I don't have the phone in the belt clip and I bend over the tab breaks off. When I get a new phone it comes out of the box and into an Otterbox! Old phone looks brand new! No way I would spend that much on a phone and not protect it with an Otterbox!
