Good Case
This is a great case. The only issue I have is there is no screen cover. I don't see that point of them not coming with something to protect the screen. But it is a great case and will protect from breaking.

Great protection
This Galaxy S21 Defender case is a Great protection for my phone. I am always dropping my phone and now I feel safe when I do drop my phone. Love the belt clip and they I can use it for a kickstand to watch shows on my phone.

Durable Case
Otterbox does not disappoint when it comes to making products that are durable. The Otterbox Defender Pro case for my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G helps to protect it with a durable material made to withstand heavy use. It was a nice fit for my phone and I feel more secure now when using it as I sometimes have clumsy hands. This case has an antimicrobial protection, is wireless charging compatible and has a holster/kickstand for when you are on the go. I appreciate that it is also made with more than 50% recycled plastic.

Works well
You can tell it is a very sturdy case. It was a little tough getting my phone inside but once I did, it fits like a glove. The clip has good tension and it keeps my phone attached to my belt and from falling out of my pocket. The clip easily rotates and pops in place to prop up my phone horizontally. When the clip is in the prop position, it gives me a good grip for holding it. I wish I did not have to remove the back cover in order to take photos.
I have dropped the phone a few times and so far it has withstood the impact. The case does add a lot of weight to the phone, but it is an excellent, sturdy case.

Nice Product: Very Sturdy. It would have been nice to make it cover the screen also. I have not dropped mine yet at all, not even the carpet in 2 months, so I have not "tested" it.

I got this case for my mom for Christmas. She had an Otterbox for her previous phones and really loves them. She is quite adamant about having an extreme amount of protection and this one did not disappoint. I will say what surprised me was it didnt have a plastic screen protector built into the case. The previous one she had did but it was an older model so I assume upgrades happened. Nonetheless if you purchase this make sure to get a screen protector too as it does not come in the case design.

Where is screen protection?
Miss the removeable screen covering (gorilla glass), case is still has the same protection level when screen is covered by case. Why is screen protector not include with case? I had to purchase separate.

Bad Experience - Can't use product
Buttons are too stiff and difficult to depress. I have owned a number of Otter box products and this is the first one that let me down.

I have already used this Protection 5x since I bought it. One time a drop of 8 feet no issues, another actually dropped 5 feet but landed flat on the screen side. No issues with the case or phone. This isn't my first OTTERBOX and won't be the last.

Great Protection
OtterBox Defender Case is very well made. The screen preforms better with the stick on screen protector, better than the original built-in screen protector. I have already dropped it with no damage to my phone. The holster with the belt clip/stand works great other than you cannot take photos or video's, because there is no hole in cover. My reason for 4 Stars, purchased for the holster! I'm going to try cutting open hole with my Dremel tool.

Total necessity for job site
My partner always uses Otterbox products as he works in construction and needs something tough for his phone, tablet, ect. He was thrilled when they added this case for this phone. Solid protection from drops
I gotnthisbcase for my son's phone, he is always dropping it causing expensive repairs. This case seems sturdy and rugged enough Forney 13 year old. The only thing I wish it offered was screen protection so make sure to order a screen protector. But it is a nice solid case and even has a removable clip so he can clip to his waist so it is easily accessible.

Otterbox Galaxy S21 5G
I really wanted to like this Otterbox phone case. It's heavy duty and has a clip to carry on your side. This can also be used with a wireless charger unlike most cases. I thought this would fit my phone but it's the wrong case. I have a S21 Pro Max 5g and this fits the S21 FE 5g.

Excellent case with plenty of texture
I purchased this about a week ago, and it arrived today. The package was a bit banged up, but the case was fine. It requires pulling the case apart and putting it back together with the phone inserted. Once the phone is in the case it's great. The Defender Pro has a plenty of texture and general grippiness, with all the same protection from the Defender. It even includes a belt clip.

Unparalleled performance
OtterBox is always been a very well made perfect fit protective must for my cell phone. The defender series has been a part of my life on every phone I've owned for 15 years. I recommend it on a regular basis. The holster adapts quickly to hold my phone in perfect position on my motorcycle better than any aftermarket device hands down.
