You don’t have to be looking at the holster to retrieve your phone or put it safe and securely away. There is only one way to do it , and it can be done in the dark. The “click” tells you your phone is safely secured.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the money I’ve used OtterBox Defenders on all of our iPhones. While they aren’t quite as strong as Life Proof cases they are great for every day protection. The only thing I didn’t like about the last one for my iPhone XR was that I had to buy a shield for the screen since this case didn’t come with one.

The box itself I've had several years. If the belt clip attachment was made of metal instead of plastic, maybe it would last the life of all my phones like all my Defender Boxes do!

The holster makes it easy to carry my i-Phone around and the holster and the protective covering provide effective protection against drops and damage. When I needed to replace the holster after several years of use, it was very easy to order a replacement from the website. The replacement arrived quickly in well-protected packing, and it was nice to be able to replace the component separately without having to acquire the entire kit at greater expense. I recommend this product and your company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Design susceptible to breakage I have been using Otter Boxes for years. The cases themselves are great. The idea of these holsters is also good but the design and materials are not. The holsters are weak and break easily. Never had to replace a case but have had to hunt down to replace seven holsters over six years. In every case the plastic belt clasp broke when caught in a car seat belt. At least now you can order the holster separately.

The rep who helped me sent me a replacement right away. It was a heavier duty type than I had. When it arrived there were no instructions included in the package so I called again a this rep got me to a You Tube site that walked me through the assembly process. Great people!!

This product is designed for people in jobs where abuse is a possibility such as firefighters, police officers. Make the product fit the gear they wear.

Instead of trying to fool with the warranty. I just ordered a new holster for my XR. I got it and it doesn't fit, it almost fits, but is not tight enough to hold my phone securely. I am very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product but…. This is by far the toughest phone holster I’ve owned that’s guaranteed not to fall off my belt riding my motorcycle. But here is the back t if you accidentally catch it of something or even your cars seatbelt the clip will break off. I’m on my 4th replacement and I hope this slight imperfections is resolved because I love this Otter phone case.

I dropped my phone off a two story roof once, it hit corner to corner all the way to the edge of the roof before falling to the ground, came out without a scratch. This is the case to get if you’re in construction or like to play hard!
