I was disappointed when the case was not included. I went to the local Wal-Mart and purchased the case which included the holster. I guess I have an extra holster in case the new one breaks.

I gave this one 4 out of 5, because I am hoping that it does not fall off his belt and get lost like the original. I was very satisfied with the shipping time and the quality of the product. There’s different size iPhones! My, my, there you go. But lady at Otterbox kindly fixed up. And got right one to me without raving up. A pleasant experience in midst of a loss. And I think their business is righteous; the boss.* BOSS:excellent; outstanding. EULOGY FOR MOTORCYCLE: NOT REALLY PART OF REVIEW....Today said goodbye to my old trusted friend.* Although not a person my bike love transcend.* She was always there; never moaned never whined. And took me away from the noise and the grind.* And beautiful always she looked very nice. She always got compliments; so worth the price. I had her for twenty years; out of the crate.* And used her for work, Southern Cal; it was great!!! Like all things on Earth there’s a start change and stop. That last little bump was it’s end - what a flop. But I will hold on to the memories firm. Because it’s such pleasure - no nervous - no squirm. I could get a new one but not sure it’s time. Unfortunately I did not keep the packaging and could not find the order on the website as I purchased as a guest and did not create an account.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very poor holster for great case I have had Otter box protective cases for years. No problem outside of wearing them out from long use, an understandable end result. I bought my I-11 phone 2months ago along with the Otter case Defender case. I have now broke 2 holsters in 2months at same point, the pivot point. I know I-11 is a little longer and wider than I-6s, but never broke a belt clip before. My 1st belt clip really did not seem right as my phone had difficulty easily going into holster snd clipping in. The belt holster actually has worn a spot in case where it clips in due to difficulty of placing it in and securing it. I would have wrote you on this, but then I broke holster and desperately needed a new one. I bought holster online because could not even find I-11 whole Otter case anywhere and then the Covus 19 virus issue in country made things more complicated. My 2nd holster I received worked much easier than my 1st so I now know 1st one was defective. When I broke 2nd holster, though my fault for trying to squeeze by a shelf, I resigned myself to the fact that I bought a defective product that holster really cannot take any abuse. Love the case, but holster needs improvement! I resigned myself to buying 4holsters as I know I will probably keep breaking them. If you do read this and want to help me get a new rubber case for my I-11 phone where original holster wore part out where it clips in, that would be nice. As far as 2nd vlip, have no clue what to say. I love your product and will keep using it as I think it offers fantastic protection for my I-11 phone. Will be interested to see if you respond to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Love Hate Relationship I truly love the otterbox Holster Clip. I have the Iphone 11 and I want it protected. The fools who think a screen protector is all they need are just fools waiting for an accident to crack that very expensive screen. I keep my phone in my pocket so I love the case to protect the body of my phone while the hard plastic shield protects the screen. The one and only thing I hate is the belt clip. As I said I keep it in my pocket and having the clip simple makes it thicker and adds a surface to allow a wear point on my pants. When I get the Shield I go and get a hacksaw blade and stick it between the clip and the body of the shield and cut it off.

I brought the iPhone Defender case + Popsocket & for about $70.00 (with the cost of shipping), I really think it SHOULD come with the belt holster. I had to buy it separately. That’s why I only gave it 3 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Belt clip breaks regularly I am a dedicated holster guy. If the OtterBox were not clipped to my belt, I would be always looking for the phone. I wear the holster at the hip, where it is comfortable. The Defender case will last forever. The belt clip breaks at the swivel joint after six to nine months of use due to the repeated stress caused by getting in and out of the car. Between the backrest and the side edge of the seat, the holster is twisted slightly each time I get in the car. This repeated stress is too much for the plastic swivel joint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always buy Otterbox U have not always paid the extra money for an Otterbox not knowing the value of their quality and warranty. However, about six years ago I invested in an Otterbox for my iphone6 plus. I’m not the easiest on phones and this is a big phone so having dropped it and pretty much been butterfingers with it made me a believer. When a piece broke off of the Otterbox I requested a replacement which came promptly and without question. So when I upgraded to an iPhone 11 I ordered the Otterbox defender for it along with an extra clip. I will continue to purchase your products and use them long after I forgot the price. you make good products and back them with a great warranty. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had to replace this holster for the third time! This holster is made of the worst quality material. The holster has fallen apart for the third time in just months of use. This is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been using holsters for my cell phones for nearly 30 years, and this product is by far the worst one I’ve ever had, they just fall apart and break where they can’t be fixed of used anymore. I don’t think I’ll ever buy Otterbox products again. This holster and case combo was the biggest mistake I’ve ever bought.
