"we don't use your account profile update"... so they had an email that I don't check anymore..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A bit disappointed I am a big fan of Otterbox products. Ever since I purchased my generation 1 IPhone many years ago. The products are pricey but do the trick; protect and expensive phone. This holster however? This is my second replacement in less than a year. I am not sure what happened, design flaw perhaps? I will still buy Otterbox products as despite the holster breaking, my phone is safe and protected but paying an additional 13$ approximate dollars twice now to replace holster clip is upsetting.

Not only was it what I ordered, but it came in a very timely manner (especially during the holiday season) and was very reasonably priced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another holster another day So I purchased 4 holsters as I usually have to do after claiming the first one so that I have back ups since the holsters easily break if they get caught on something. As a contractor I am in and out of my vehicle or in a confined space and forget to remove the phone and holster. Perhaps make it break away instead of just break. Oh and the corona virus is not an excuse to not have live representatives answering the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OtterBox defender case very nice I bought two of the OtterBox clips to hold the phone I like them very much I’m just disappointed that I can’t talk to anybody on the phone because they broke and I shouldn’t have to pay full price because they were under warrantee Otherwise the cases are great and I do wish that they had a thinner rubber backing that goes around the phone but still works in your holster so I could charge my phone without taking the rubber case off

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating I would give this 5 stars but if can be difficult to get the pop socket on. If you do not get it placed just right it will come off and you don’t know it. A very slight tug won’t make it come off but if it pulls on your clothes or whatever to much it comes off. I’ve lost one already

The otter box site is the only place I could find just the holster piece without having to purchase the entire case again. It was fast shipping and a perfect match to my phone
