Purchase from Verizon the same day I purchased my phone with all the other products to keep my phone safe from drops & scratches. Well after getting everything set up on my phone and the case secured on the phone. I placed the clip on my belt and it snapped. The clip broke right off & not one day of using it. Defender Series Pro Case for Galaxy S23, $64.99...a joke. Went back to to Verizon just to be told must do warranty online at Otterbox. Well I can't do a warranty online because the site does not give you the option on a Samsun 23!!

S23 galaxy case
Galaxy S23Ultra Defender series phone case. I purchased this case and I love it. It is easy to grip the phone because of the type of material it is made out of. It is not slippery. The case is very sturdy and durable. Amazon did not offer such a great case. I purchased this directly from Otterbox. I believe they carry one of the best phone cases. I definitely recommend it.

Defender for S-23
I've used the Defender series for all of my phones since it came out. After several years when it's time for a new phone, they come out looking just like they went in. Never had a broken phone. I usually keep my phones an average of 4 years. If I had any complaints, it would be the belt clips, which I'll break about 1 a year. I can be a crash test dummy at times...

Not bad, rrally nice feel.
Not bad. It seems durable and ive dropped it a few times. The soft portion does get caught sometimes but nothing too worrying. I feel that the charging area will break first since it gets pulled when i have a cord in it.

Corner of case digs into hand
The lower left corner of case is hard and irritates hand .
It is also not always easy to put in belt clip?
Have hade many other otter box products over the years and they were great.
This one seames like design is not up too pare.

I have been using Otterbein for years a really great product. My new case for my s23 ultra did have a manufacturer defect leaving me with a protrusion on the back on the phone case.

The only one i trust
The only one i trust -'m no cell phone case aficionado or anything, but what I can tell you is I have had other cases that failed me either because the case was too thin or the case broke over a short amount of time or the case failed to save the phone from breaking when dropped. This case does none of those things..i've never broken a phone that i dropped with this case on it - that's why it's the only one i trust although the symmetry line has more attarctive colors

Fantastic case for phones that go everywhere
I have been a OtterBox user for years- I simply don't trust any other brand. I spend a lot of time outdoors -mountain biking, running, snowboarding ,etc.- so I tend to put my phones through the ringer. My previous phone was the s20 with a defender case- three years of bringing it on all of my adventures (including it enduring my crashes!) -when I went to trade it in it was in perfect condition. This S23U version is the same - very rugged, easy to access the s-pen, a durable retractable port for charging to keep out debris, and the texture is great for maintaining grip without picking up dirt. The included holster is great for propping up your phone like a tablet when watching videos. I added a popsocket -it adhered well so FYI for anyone that needs one for easier holding of the ultra. I've had my case for a few weeks now- with a few drops so far- and it is keeping my phone well protected. Wireless charging is seamless as well. It is a bit bulky since the S23U is already a big phone, but mine still fits in nearly all of my pockets. I'm very pleased so far and expect this case with keep my new galaxy in perfect shape over the next few years. If you want the absolute best protection and peace of mind a case can afford-the defender has you covered (no pun intended ??) Thanks OtterBox!

"Defend" Your Phone
Love the durability. The only complaint i have is that overtime, the piece that you constantly need to flip up, to charge your phone via wire, gets worn out and breaks off. Can't remember how long my last one for the Note 10+5G took to wear off, but it's the same structure as this case. I do like the better variety of colors with this case. I hope they continue making this case for future models as well as a variety of color combinations. I had gotten the Samsung exclusive color lime, so i do wish that there would have been a lime or neon green case available.

I always buy Otterbox cases for my phones. I've never had any issues with damage to any of my phones. I love the blue suede shoes color combinations.

I have had 2 defender series cases one for Samsung s9 and an s22. I use my phone on the job with no damage to them at all. The complaint is that I can not get the camo case for an s23 they have it for iPhone but not Samsung.

So far so good but I really wanted a LifeProof case. Did OtterBox buyout LifeProof? If so why buy the company then not have their cases available? Either way after purchasing a symmetry case to replace my 2 year old LifeProof case I dropped my phone 3 days later and 3/4 of the screen went out. So I went ahead and upgraded to the s23 ultra and was sad to have to get the OtterBox defender case then even more sad about the color selection. The case itself seems to be doing well but I prefer the hard plastic 2 piece case with rubber edges of the LifeProof case.

Live life full on? Otter Box protects your phone.
This is the fourth Otter Box I've owned, and the only one I trust with my phone. I practically live outside, and my Otter Box has survived rain, drops from way to high, hail, falls and all the other stupid stuff I manage to do. If you're just naturally hard on stuff, it's the only choice.

Otter Box Defender case Samsung S23 Ultra
As far as I am concerned, there are no other worthy competitors when it comes to phone protection. Ive tried all of them. Noone compares to Otter Box. Ive dropped my new S23 Ultra several times testing the defender case on purpose. Yeah i know itsxa $1300 phone. Otter Box has never let me down and I wouldnt have done it unless I had 100% confidence in this product. They passed everytime with flying colors. Thank you for protecting my lifeline and investment Otter Box.

End of the line for me
I have been using the OtterBox Defender Series case for a very long time now through various iterations of phones it is the end of the line for OtterBox and me I had a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with an OtterBox Defender case on it and took it apart to clean the phone and the inside of the case and the back of the phone was cracked and I had never dropped that phone well now I have a Galaxy s23 Ultra and I took the OtterBox Defender case off of the phone to clean it and the sides of the phone look like they've been through a rock tumbler the sides of the phone are all scratched to pieces for the price of the phone case and what I have experienced I would not recommend OtterBox anymore I'm sure other people have better experiences than I do or similar

They don't make 'em like they used to...
I'm disappointed. I've used LifeProof cases for my phones since I had a Galaxy S3!! Then for the S5, and finally the Galaxy S9. That was the last good LifeProof case that actually covered my phone and was WATERPROOF. This Otterbox case didn't even cover the front of the screen! I Googled cases for my phone and found an incredibly sturdy and waterproof case for less than $25 I actually ordered another one I loved it so much.
My point is, from what I can tell, this company doesn't even make waterproof cases any longer.
