Problem if you have AppleWatch Ultra
I would not recommend this stand if you want to place your iPhone horizontally. It covers the watch mount on stand and you can’t place watch or take off stand without removing iPhone first. Also does not securely hold Apple Watch Ultra to magnet.

Device Is Great Once You Get It
This device simplifies my charging setup, so I can easily have all my devices ready when I start my day. It’s solidly built, so it likely won’t break if it falls off my nightstand. My only complaint is it took a considerable amount of time to receive it after ordering. For a company as reputable as OtterBox, I expected better service.

Great 15w Magsafe Charger
I see some reviews regarding their phone not sticking to the Otterbox charging station. I suspect that most of these users are not using a magsafe case. I have an Iphone 12 Pro Max with a magsafe case that I have been using with this charging station for the last 3 months and the phone has not slipped off once and it charges all 3 devices fast. I previously purchased a Belkin 15w magsafe charger and returned it because this one took up less space, the magnet felt stronger and overall, I just liked the design of this better.

Works well with iPhone 13 Pro Max. Easy placement and holds securely. Works well with Apple Watch, however, recently upgraded to the Ultra. It works well with Apple Watch Ultra, but be mindful of positioning because the weight of the watch can pull it askew and slow or stop changing. A little crowded with a large phone and watch docked at the same time, but still manageable. Works well charging AirPods. Would like more feedback that AirPods are actually charging.

It’s convenient but does not charge my apple series 8 watch, and I tried restarting it and verified it’s on the current update but still nothing. I cleaned the back of the watch and the magnet on the stand as well. A little disappointed as I paid 150 for this and can’t even use 1 out of the 3 charging mats.

The watch wing folds in and can be open either side of the iPhone charger. This also comes with its onw beautiful power supply plug and cable. Worst Customer Service Imaginable
Item was shipped on 11/21. Item appeared lost in transit. I was told to reach out via email on 12/1 for a refund if the item wasn’t received. I reached out and requested a refund. I was told on 12/4 that a refund would not be forthcoming. The item finally arrived (late) on 12/5. Item was dropped of at USPS per their instruction. As of 12/13 I am still awaiting a refund.

Overall like the compactness of the charger. One star deducted because sometimes the heaviness of the phone will slip off the charger. Also the watch charger is in an awkward place and the watch will sometimes get knocked off. Please consider putting the watch charger on the top behind the phone and have it be flat.

The base of the phone suxs
It’s is pretty good. Like that it’s 3 and 1 and replace my wireless charges for those three items. The only thing that could be better is the base, every time I pick up my phone it comes the whole thing comes with it. I had a crappy 9.00 stand I got from Amazon, that has some kind of gripe at the bottom that stick to the surface. I wish this item could have some thing like that, I mean for the price I would figure it would hit all those small details.

After trying a few of these 3 in1 chargers I decided to stay with this one. It’s well made , stable, and compact. I like the fact that the AirPods charge pad is rectangular rather than round like the Belkin. My only gripe with all of these is the Apple Watch swivels on the charge disc. All they had to do was to put a rubber dot on the pad to hold the watch in place, and that’s what I did ! Besides that this charger is a keeper!

Had this a couple weeks and I keep knocking the watch off its perch. The phone and watch setup could be spaced a bit further apart. I have an Otterbox case and it seems the magnet isn’t as strong as it should be. It holds the phone but it slides off pretty easy. The design is pretty sturdy so I expect this to hold up better than other brands I tried.

I recently upgraded to a MagSafe case and was looking for an accommodating charging stand for my bedside. This was perfect! The magnet is strong and securely holds my phone. You almost need to use both hands to take your phone off. The fast watch charger is great. The AirPod pad is really nice and will even charge another phone if needed. Outstanding customer service
My product was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, which has not been the most reliable for me at any time. After 7 days with no tracking from UPS other than the product left Denver, I reached out to Otterbox. Within less than 24 hours, I was notified that a replacement product would be expedited to me. I received the replacement within 5 days. Upon receiving the original Otterbox order a day later, I inquired about returning it as I had no real use for it. I was advised to give it to someone, or keep it as a backup. I NEVER expected anything like that. I love Otterbox products and have never had anything but stellar results from them. It is refreshing to have an experience in which the customer was as great as the product. I will be a customer for life.

From the beginning this product has not been able to hold a charge so has been virtually useless. Response from customer service has been frustrating, first via email, then phone, then email again. Told they need a photo of the “defect/damage” but there is no visible damage.

I've had this product for a few days and it has already made my life better. For the record I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 8 & AirPods Pro. Not the best experience for me
After 6 weeks the MagSafe charger for the phone stopped working. The watch and EarPod charger were fine though. I called CS and they were trying to charge me 20 bucks for shipping it back for the warranty. After throwing a fit they agreed to waive the fee but I still have to send it back to be looked at before repairing or sending me a new one. It will take a minimum of 6 weeks. Not at all what I would expect from an item this expensive. I’ve had better solutions offered for cheap items on Amazon. I purchased directly from their website. I don’t usually splurge on things like this so I’m really disappointed and not looking forward to the huge hassle right in time for the holidays. I did enjoy the product until now though.

Favorite Christmas Gift
I saw this in a Verizon store and had my husband pick it up as a stocking stuffer and it’s literally my favorite gift. It completely organizes my bedside table and now my AirPods live here so I’m not constantly looking for them. I travel a lot for work so I’m going to purchase an additional cable and just throw it in my suitcase instead of being a handful of cables and blocks and having things charging all over my hotel room. 10/10 would recommend.

Not connecting on first try everytime
Not sure if it’s not the case or the charger but it doesn’t like to hook up and charge all the time have to reposition some times
And it could be operator error
That’s why I only give four stars other than the charging issue it’s great

Product is awesome as long as you are not using an OtterBox defender case on your phone. Magnet does not work with case installed. Disappointed especially for the cost of the device

too expensive to not work
stopped charging within 3 months and was always very finiky. pretty big con for the price. I am trying to warranty a replacement through verizon or otterbox. we will see what happens.

Almost as good as the OTHER 3 in 1 charging stand
I like this 2nd generation charging stand, as its footprint is smaller than the "other" popular 3 in 1, but that smaller size comes with a compromise. (To me anyway)
The area is way too crowded when everything is docked and you need to retrieve one of the three items. (see below)
Gripe #1 with my wife;
When you're reaching for a larger iPhone like the 14 Pro Max, you tend to hit the watch and airpods when they're docked, since they are both pretty close to the docked iPhone.
It does not come off though, as both the phone and watch magnets are pretty strong, but still.
So those late-night, nightstand grabs is a crowded, awkward one. If you're the type that docks everything until morning, then this stand will work for you and save you some space.
Gripe #2;
No charging status light on the stand for the airpods, when you place them on the accommodating pad.
Now I know that sounds like a non-issue to most and the airpods have their own status lights, but for my wife who can't see that great after she removes her contacts and gets in bed, it's an issue.
Also there is a sweet spot to hit, but all except magsafe devices are like that.Just remember that with this stand, you don't have that indicator.
The "other" 3 in 1 has that status light on the front edge and it may just be that we've gotten used to it.
I use that "other" 3 in 1 and it's perfect for me, as things are spaced out and small indicators are lit.
Gripe #3;
My Apple watch 6 with a hard shell type case will not charge on this stand. There is a small lip on the back that causes that issue. Otterbox's watch case along with others might work.

PROS;
Smaller footprint, especially useful on nightstand.
Strong magnets for watch and iPhone, when tested with magsafe cases only.
CONS;
Items are not easily accessible when everything is docked.
No Airpods charging status light on the front on stand. Some may actually like that.
Apple watch 6 with a hard shell type case will not charge?
Apple Airpods 2 with a protective case will not charge on this stand. They do on my "other" charging stand.
At $150 it's priced the same as the "other" popular 3 in 1, so it may be considered pricy to some. I don't like those no name charging devices myself, so I stick to the big name ones.

iPhone 15 pro max with defender case doesn’t cling
Kind of a bummer - not seeing anywhere in the description that this wouldn’t work with the defender case. But I do understand it’s the largest phone and I’m reducing the magnetic ability with more material. The pad will charge but gravity wins everytime.

I just received the stand. Very impressed with how everything fits on the one unit. iPhone 14pm, Apple Watch ultra, and air pod pro’s. I normally don’t give reviews but this is legit. MagSafe is strong and charging is great. Also. One of the few units that’s
usb-c, detachable and not a proprietary cord.

Worst waste of money ever!
This product was purchased through my. Verizon account and only lasted 8 months before it just quit working. I would think for $150 it would be more reliable than that. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Magnet not working
I got one for my birthday, but my phone (iPhone11) just slips down every time I try to put it to charge. I thought it was supposed to stay magnetized, but it doesn't and just falls off with gravity— even without the case. So I'm a little disappointed

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch gen 7
This looks great and works amazing for everything except the Apple Watch charger. After about 15 minutes my watch says the connected accessory doesn’t work. Which is a disappointment that a third of this doesn’t work as intended.

Great Charging station
Great charging station, works with my iphone 13 promax, plus my watch and airpods pro, its nice that it is a 15 watt charge for the phone. I would have given it a 5 out of 5 but the price in Canada is over 200 dollars .Very durable build on the the whole charging system. I have an Otterbox defender mag safe case and no issues at all

Watch charging seems iffy
I like the phone charging mag but the watch charging is iffy. You set in on the charger and it begins to charge, then the watch face comes back on then the charging comes back on and then starts all over. I have to take it off and then replace 3-4 times before it just charges.

Does everything well, except AirPods.
Does everything it's supposed to do very well. The only reason for the four instead of five star review is the location of the charging pad for the AirPods. It does work, but unlike the watch and phone charging stations, I cannot just set the AirPods anywhere on the pad and have them charge. I have to carefully place them in the correct orientation for them to charge.

It’s the best! My chargers were always in the wrong spot and I’d end up going up and down stairs to get the correct ones. I keep this at the bedside, altogether for easy charging at night. Best product ever!

A must-have charger for your desk/side table
I absolutely love my new MagSafe charger from OtterBox. It charges all my devices at once all while reduces the number of cords needed. It has a clean design and comfortably fits on my desk. It charges my phone quickly (thanks to the 15W charging) and also serves as a nice phone stand. I am 100% happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Not worth your time or money
Faulty device. Got a charging error on my Apple Watch when attempting to charge it. Double checked my watch and it was up to date. This charging station was very slow to charge my iPhone and AirPods. Not satisfied with this product and not worth the money.

Almost Perfect
Everything promised about the charger holds true. It is sleek, sturdy, and charges quickly. My only small complaint is that the watch magnet does not attach as solidly as the phone or Apple’s default charger. The watch wobbles when attached and tilts angled to the right instead of being straight. I wonder if the watch magnet is defective and that this might be an oddity. I searched but could not find others with a similar issue.
