Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT HAPPY, JAN An absolute piece of garbage. Has made no improvement at all...as an example, to write this l had to wait 23 minutes for it to load, during which time it showed 2 ''site cant be reached'' and one ''no internet'' pages...really frustrating, to say the least.l've put it on different windows, different walls...its currently outside on the roof. l'm not happy at all. l've been conned into buying a hundred-and-something dollar piece of rubbish out of a pension thats only just enough to live on, let alone being ripped off like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No improvement at all! Made absolutely no difference in measured signal strength vs. using my net gear with its internal antennas. Took it outside and scanned in every direction, made no difference in signal strength or upload/download speeds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it for me but not much of an improvement The antenna did little to improve the quality of the signal but it allowed me to place the panel in our skylight while keeping the MR6110 in the shade so it doesn’t overheat constantly. Worth it for that reason alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reception does NOT show significant reception improvement. This product didn't really seem to make much difference. I tried is in different locations, east coast and west coast; but I don't see any big change in reception.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t purchase for M6 Pro! Doesn’t fit the Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro, even with the adapters it’s was shipped with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No improvement So far there is no noticeable improvement in reception over the antenna internal to my hotspot, but I have not been in a very weak signal area yet. I will update if I ever see any impact on signal strength.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helps on occation Easy to set up and connect. Noticed a slight increase in signal is certain situations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works but never unplug it It works. But it makes no sense. I cannot unplug it from my lm1200 modem without pulling the cable out of the connector. The connector stays in the lm1200. It does increase both the signal strength and the speed I can download. But I hoped the build quality of the connectors would be better for a $50 antenna. I got this one over the $12 Amazon antennas because I hoped the connectors would be high quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does Not Improve Reception at All! I was very much hoping that this antenna would improve reception but it didn't improve reception at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not improve but deteriorate the signal strength 50 Euros for worse quality! Weird what you can buy today

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy and the antenna does improve my reception. I'm using this antenna away from the city and it is receiving 5g while my phone will not. It is showing the same signal strength as my phone also but the performance is far better than the phone. I visited a couple sites on the phone using mobile data then I turned off mobile data and connected to the mobile router attached to this antenna via wifi. The difference was an obvious improvement and streamed videos and loaded web pages a lot faster than just using mobile data. Although the router is not reflecting a stronger signal with this antenna it is still a valuable improvement and the signal is better with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MIMO, 3G/4G/5G Antenna I was in two minds to buy this MIMO, 3G/4G/5G Antenna but, I’m glad I did because because the Antenna give me the full 5g strength as before I was only getting 2 bars. The set up was very easy and straight forward. The netgear m6 is very well made.I would recommend this antenna to anyone who owns the netgear router

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great antenna, it does exactly it it is supposed to do. What can I say about this Antena? I don’t know! I would just say that it does exactly what they say it is supposed to do. The quality doesn’t seem the best best, but for the price, it is just right. I hope it will last a while, but if some some reason it breaks on me I’ll just get another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performance I haven’t seen any performance differences with this antennae.
Date published: 2023-02-20T00:00:00-05:00
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unsure if it actually works? I’m not certain if it’s the area I’m in or not, but the signal strength actually decreases when the antenna is attached. Without it, signal is around -99 to -104 db and with it plugged in is >-110 db. Again, unsure if it’s just the area but didn’t make sense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Works, Works Well It boosts the signal well! The smart things included are the clips to hang it on the back of your laptop screen!!! And the small suction cups to hold it on a non-porous surface- I haven’t had to use those yet… Smart usable accessories make a huge difference in product use. Now just make a protective case to hold the hot spot, antenna, and accessories!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Improves reception, be careful with the connectors Definitely improves signal ! The Connectors do seem to be extremely tight, extra care is needed to prevent damage to the the hotspot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NETGEAR MIMO 4G Antenna had no effect on my mobile router This NETGEAR Antenna did not have any improvement over our generic 4G LTE antenna purchased online. In fact, the old generic antenna provides a better reception. I'm not sure why this antenna has no improved reception, but we are generally DONE with all NETGEAR products, especially their mobile routers, switches and Insight devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Antenna bad rural area The antenna itself is good and has made a small improvement at home, but we've since found out that our local rural Telstra tower is drastically overloaded. It's made a big difference while we have been travelling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Connection Is more stable Have a Netgear M6 Pro hotspot and it helps keep my connection more stable. I have tried with and without the antenna and it is defiantly better with antenna.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good luck with this. I live in an area with a weak signal and assumed this would boost my signal at least a bar or two. There was absolutely no difference in signal strength. Very disappointing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beats Winegard 360+ (4G) 2x2 MIMO get more range, but may slow speeds down compared to the Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro internal 4x4 antennas. Outperformed the Winegard Air 360+ rooftop antenna on our RV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Antenna leads is too short Antenna had no effect on RSRQ, but increased SINR on the NETGEAR MR6550 Nighthawk M6 Pro by 12 dB (~16X, if my math is correct). Unfortunately the leads are far too short.
