Great Stand but poor wireless charging speeds
this device is supposed to be fast charging. it says on my phone that it is fast charging , but it takes an abnormally long time to charge and then it rarely charges to 100 %

Charging it is fine, and it works with a cord to charge things. However the MagSafe charger doesn’t work well if ever, with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, case on or off. The phone charges fine on other wireless chargers. Just not this mobi boy.

Good magnetic battery
This has worked pretty well. It has a large capacity for a magnetic battery which is a big benefit. Downside is it is large and heavy, understandable given the capacity. Also it’s a little hard to get AirPods positioned correctly. And also the fact it has to be turned on is a little annoying but workable. Overall it’s a good battery for keeping an iPhone working over several days instead of one or two.

Almost perfect.
It would be better if powerstation have also have a standard USB port instead of just a USB-C port. It charge my iPhone 12 mini but not my iPhone X even after attaching the ring. The design and feel is good. It would be better if the powerstation is an attachable battery case. Overall I like it.

The wireless charging from this device was very inconsistent. It would typically start charging for 5-10 seconds, but then stop. This was true for multiple devices with and without cases and using the magnetic snap ring for proper placement. I returned the product.

I’ve finally found a MagSafe style battery pack that can fully charge my 12 pro max. Most of them only go to around 60-70 percent. It is on the bulkier side but I think the trade off is worth it. The kickstand is a nice feature and the texture is really good. They only negative thing I can say is about the magnet. I wish it was stronger. It will slide off the MagSafe ring on my phone more often than I’d like. Using a different case doesn’t help as much either as it does with other battery packs ( it’s possible that the magnet strengths are the same, but this battery pack just weighs
more). Overall it’s basically perfect except for the weaker than expected magnet.

Not fully charging phone
My new Mophie charger will not fully recharge iPhone 12 overnight. Called customer service for technical advice and told none was available and only recourse was to send it in for a new one. I had to pay to send back unit. So I paid. Surcharge because my unit was deemed defective. That is adding insult to injury!

I like this better than my Mophie All-in-one powerstation, although, they are not for the same purpose. Unlike the All-in-one, it is very clear when my phone is aligned with the magnet on this device. I just bought this as a backup travel battery, but I love to use it as a stand on my bedside table.

Warning to all Zagg costumers! Received what looks to be lightly used power bank by someone else who had returned order with latch not locking, and after contacting costumer support they had implied that I pay for shipping the order back to them, definitely won’t be purchasing anything from them again!

Will not charge out of the box
I do not normally leave reviews, but I am a little disappointed with my experience: right out of the box, the battery did not have a charge (somewhat concerning from a consumer perspective, as this may indicate it may have been sitting on an inventory shelf for quite some time or was previously returned. It is fairly standard common practice for most consumer devices that run on lithium ion batteries ti come with a pre-charge up to 80%).
Well, I charged the battery over night and it still would not charge (no indication of charge capacity from the LEDs) and would not charge my device via wireless or wired charging.
To get this fixed I turned to the online resources which sent me in circles and landed me on the warranty claim page, and there is a $7 shipping charge.
Not a great experience for a device that was shipped dead on arrival.

I own the apple version of their mag safe battery pack. While that one does look and feel better in the hand, the snap+ is a great option. Not only will it provide a full charge (versus 80% max from 0% on apples version), But it will provide at least two charges. I do not like how the bottom of the charger has an additional half inch that hangs over, but I’m sure that’s do to the screw in for a tripod. I also like how this pack includes a stand. Not to mention this one runs you less.

Love that you don't have to use a cord and using QI technology. The block itself is not that heavy but the charge lasts a long time. We can also charge 1 corded iPhone and charge an Android on top wirelessly, at same time, you don't need to remove the case. And It has magnetic ability if you want to use as a stand, tho I haven't used that feature. Great price highly recommend

It's great using it as a stand while it charges but the magnet is not so strong, so be careful or just don't touch your phone at all.
The power station cannot be charged wireless.
It's big and heavy.
Even when it is 10,000 mAh it only charges my iPhone pro max once and it charges it super slow.
I don't know if I've gotten a defective one but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The picture of the Mophie Snap+ wireless magnetic charging stand made it look like it was made of rigid aluminum. I was disappointed when it arrived to find out it is only plastic. When I attached my phone it would wobble back and forth. Very cheap!! For the price I paid I expected more. I am returning all items.

nice large battery and stand works, but...
I like this battery. Charges my iPhone 12 Max wirelessly pretty quick and the stand works for both vertical and horizontal positions. One thing I wish it would do would be to automatically turn on when I attach my phone. After attaching the phone, you still need to hit the power button for it to charge. Some of the wired chargers I have don't require turning it on. I've forgot a few times and it's pretty annoying.
