I love the quity and feel of this item.ove the look and feel. The problem is, it doesn't consistently work. I've had it a few weeks, and when I push the switch to charge the phone it wo t work. I bought the battery to charge my phone and not to be a beautiful protective cover. I've mophie's for years. And have purchased 6 or 7 in the last 5 years. Everyphone I have owned has had a multi cover. So I'm a fan of the brand. This particular item, not so much.

Doesn't Charge Phone
I had a Mophie charger for my Xr that stopped charging my phone when plugged in, so I purchased a new Mophie charger thinking there was something wrong with my old one. The new charger also doesn't charge my phone when plugged in and only charged my phone 10% before the case charge runs out when not plugged in. I reached out to support with no response. I'm disappointed in the quality of this product.

This is the 3rd mophie ive had, and frankly was a little surprised about the design. Past mophies I have had have one jack, which charges the phone and case. This one has 2. And its different jacks - I have to use lightning to charge the phone and USBC to charge the case. Very strange design. I guess they did that to make it smaller, but its still a little annoying.

The day after receiving my juice pack, after allowing it to fully charge; I put it on my phone. As my battery started to get low, I turned on my new battery case that i has been soo excited about. Well, within 5 minutes of having the case powered on, I noticed my screen having white lines across it. I’m not sure exactly how but this case fried my screen. Contacted Zagg and was told, “the only thing I can do is give you 35% off your next order.” NOT HAPPENING! FIX MY SCREEN!!

Is bad actually i leave my phone to charge from 50% when i see my phone just charge to 86% and the juice pack was dead just charge 36% is not good i never going to buy other juice pack here

Reliable product
This is the third Mophie battery case I've owned. They all perform reliably and have never failed (I've only replaced them when getting a new phone that requires a different size case). It's attractive and relatively light weight and provides solid protection of the phone.

Poor quality
This product does not work properly with my Mophie charging pad. I’ve ordered a warranty replacement to see if it helps. As of now, I have to remove my phone from the mophie case daily and charge phone and case separately.

It’s nice quality case. Power, volume buttons work nice and don’t need to push very hard like some cases. Makes my phone a little bigger so it’s easier to hold on to. Phone slides into case snug. Like how it displays the amount of battery life on back of case. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I’m disappointed with such little amount of charging from the case. I think it’s awful pricey for what you get charging wise.

I ordered another mophie since the one i bought less than six months ago died. I had a coupon for 10% off, i added the coupon but your site didn't take the coupon, i called and your CS person told me when i recieve a shipping acknowledgement to then call to get the 10% discount- i did, didn't work- so i sent the whole product back. I have bought 3 mophies in 12 months, they don't hold a charge, great case but they need to charge the phone too. very very disappointed in customer service and the product
