What do you like best about the product?
When having an issue the support team response quickly.great customer service. When there is an issue you can justy check on the service health to track issue resolution
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricess can be vexpensive,like the E5 license. There have also introduced the NCE lisenses which we cant cancel a subscription when needed like beofre.thisbecomes a challenge if the client had an annual subcription
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the required apps,and is easy to use which are very useful at work, mainly in IT sector. Since its on cloud I can access my emails, documents etc.. on any other device where my account is logged in. The new copilot feature is the best, which has inbuilt agents that are very helpfull and we can also create our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I feel is that the loading time is high sometimes for certain apps.

what I like the most about Microsoft 365 is how everything seamlessly works together. I can switch from analysing data in excel to writing a document in word or jumping on a teams call without any hassle. That's how easy it is to use. The cloud storage with oneDrive is user friendly, both in work and in my personal device. Overall, it just makes getting things done feel smooth and comes with numerous features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A thing I don't like about Microsoft 365 would be app sometimes feeling heavy and lagging, especially on old legacy computers. Also, the constant updates can be annoying when they pop up right in the middle of work.

As an AI developer, what I like most about Microsoft 365 is how it brings together essential tools like Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams into one seamless experience. Word and PowerPoint are perfect for creating and sharing documents and presentations, while Outlook keeps my emails and calendar organized. Teams, though, is really the star for me it makes communication and collaboration with my colleagues super easy, whether we’re working from the office or remotely. The integration between all these apps just makes my daily workflow smoother and much more efficient

Well, there is nothing as such which i dislike about Microsoft 365, Overall i really had good experience with the product

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is being able to access all applications from one place.

I would like to have more options for themes and apparel.

It has applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. The cloud-based collaboration features, particularly in Teams productivity and teamwork, it can be very useful for hybrid work environments, wide range of automation tools, like Power Automate, workflows.

the advanced features in apps like workflow, automation and Teams administration require training to utilize effectively, especially for users less familiar with technology
What do you like best about the product?
Suite of tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams under one umbrella. AI-powered copilot: Automate and generate drafts, documents, and necessary media for work. Collaboration and Integration: The Microsoft 365 tools integrate seamlessly with my workflow.

Word is still laggy. OneDrive integration is pathetic.
