problems with windows 10
webcam is great and it works automatically but if youre on windows 10 you cant install the drivers for it so you miss out on the features you get access to in the drivers, cam still works, and mic works, but you cant disable or change the brightness on it or turn off the low light stuff etc kinda dissapointing but its still worth the money

EXPECTING MORE FROM DELL
Worst buying experience ever. This camera does not work with Windows X and it is not stated anywhere. I was not able to installed it or use it.

Noise problems with audio.
We have experienced very bad noise issues with this model on Windows 10 computers. It appears not to have proper Windows 10 drivers although was identified as being compatible with Windows 10. This had made the WebCam basically unusable for audio, which defeated it's purpose.
