All I have to do to make a call is to instruct Siri to call any of my contacts. Being able to access my playlists and Pandora is also a plus. Not only does it turn on and off when I'm getting in and exiting my car, it informs me of the remaining talk time I have... Love, love, love this device!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I am familiar with the Jabra name. When I started looking for a product that met my needs and saw one made by Jabra, I did not hesitate and purchased it. The Jabra Tour is doing exactly as advertised and has met all my expectations. I have a half ton pickup and a one ton pickup and have had no problems hearing from the Tour nor have I had any problems with connecting it with my cell phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null it turns off and on all the time, when phone is beside it or when we are using it, it never has reached a full charge regardless of how long it gets charged. every time it shuts off on its own and then 30 sec. later turns on it sends request to phone for contact info. we have never been able to complete a call without tis happening. and it just keeps doing it unless we turn it off

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null The Tour is an elegant solution for those of us with older vehicles. Remarkably easy-to-set up, the Tour gives me full access to my iPhone without compomsing safety. The only opportunity for improvement I can is adding more depth to the speaker. I mainly listen to all-news so not really issue, but nonetheless if you’re a music fan this might not be the first solution for you. I definitely recommend it.

I bought the Jabra Tour to replace the Jabra Drive. The Jabra Tour performs perfectly and I especially like motion detector activated Connection. I am very pleased with Jabra Tour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null It answers calls great but it does not make calls correctly. It tries to call people in my contacts that I did not tell it to instead of who I told it to call. And does it numerous times trying g to call the same person and goes to another person each time. It is very frustrating and distracting while trying to make a needed call while driving. Also, if I'm using a navigational app it will not allow the app to audibly give me the directions. The whole point of Using the navigational app is to have directions I can hear instead of having to take my eyes off the road to look at the directions. Again. Very frustrating.

The tour saves him the hassle of pulling over every time he gets a call. He just clicks on the answer button and talks without ever touching the phone. Hands free is the law now in Georgia.

That process was super easy. Plugged it into my car lighter socket I was up and running. Sound quality is good and its operation is foolproof. I can attest to that.

Also use to listen to music and audio books. Works great when I get a call while listening to a book but haven’t figured out how to get back to the book without stopping and Re initializing from my iPhone. Also could use it to be a little louder. But love it.

I did not really want to buy Jabra as i had one about 5 years ago and it failed after a very short time and also the sound quality was very poor. I have been pleasantly suprised over the improvement of the Tour and the speech quality is fantastic.

When try to use the hands free to make a phone call, it says"not supported". I have to call the # from my phone and then it switches to the speaker. It does read your texts to you when received, but the volume is only a fourth of what it is when speaking on the phone. It's too quiet to beable to understand what is read.

I can use Google talk, Setup...Just settings area of your Android phone...I listen to podcasts, music(turn media up on settings)...I can have it read my text/VoiceMail Lovely product..and I am using on a $99 2G ram android...And I get all these features. Tip#1 ear piece...don-t hook around entire ear...comfort at top third. Tip #2 Ear gel...line up level horizontal with headset and bottom of hook not past that horizontal line....YES the earpiece will sit pointing upper lip, not pointing down. (if it did point down, must fall out.) Tip #3 tuck piece up into little round area & pocket area in ear. I used a Version 1 just short of 10 years..Great product

I do not have that issue with my hands free ear phone headset devices. Sometimes when you ask it to send a text it calls the number instead. Maybe over time it will get use to my voice so we will stick it out.

Provision of 2 different tones for two phones (If could be provided , it would be better) 2. Speaking out the name of caller, if caller no. exists in contacts 3. There is an irritating high sound (Say for 1/10th of a second) after each call, kindly look into it. 4. Also. it would be better if Jabra Talk label on front (Outside visible part) is made the answer key instead of key above that. Rest is good. The battery backup, voice clarity etc. is quite good.

When I do this, I continually accidentally press the power area which is far too sensitive. I have used the Jabra Extreme2 and tried to purchase this type which perfectly fits my ear, however it was unavailable. Overall, I do like the Jabra product.

The button to answer the phone is in a spot that you hit every time you try to move the headset or tighten it in your ear (as it does not stay in) it either hangs up on your call or dials the last number called. However, the sound quality is pretty good.

I have to readjust it just to keep it on my ear far too frequently. Also, there have been numerous times that I have accidentally hit redial while attempting to adjust it.

If I had to finish the data at my disposal or in areas with no data coverage I could not use voice commands. It's not very responsive with voice commands, before I have to wait for Siri to turn on then I can give the command and finally run it. There are only a few seconds that can make a difference in the car. The person who receives the phone call often tells me that the conversation is unclear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null This was very easy to figure out how to use, and very easy to execute. It has clear sound and I sound clear to others. The Bluetooth range for it is almost TOO far. I have had to turn off the Bluetooth while I'm in my office, because I will try to listen to my music and realize that I'm playing it in my car. :-)

One feature I loved was you can stream music to your device, also if your playing games the sounds stream though that as well which is a nice bonus!!

It is a little startling when you first enter the car and it proudly announces "connected," but you soon find it reassuring. Volume is good, as is sensitivity. We put it in our 2007 Honda Odyssey and are very pleased.

The retailer did not mention this fact only that noise/voice was excellent. Indeed it is. Phone connection (Sony Xperia) was simple and communication with device works perfectly. Automatic connection with phone with vehicle movement works perfectly and incoming call data is speech perfect. Well done

I can move it from car to car or sit it down on my desk and talk while I do other things. Have recommended to a couple of other people.

Box says that battery life is 20 hours but after full charged device voice indicated only 16 hrs. Also found out that voice command recognition is not that good. Need to repeat few times (same commands) to get it correct. Especially for voice call out or answer the call through voice command.

I like the auto connect feature and that the Jabra will stream virtually any app I'd need while driving (maps, contacts, phone, music). I would definitely recommend the Jabra to a friend who was looking for a Bluetooth experience in their vehicle.

I has a long battery life, easy to turn off and on, and pairs with our phones flawlessly. I considered a more expensive unit but this was perfect for what I wanted. While in my car using the Tour, I spoke with my wife at home and she said the voice quality was outstanding. Her voice came over the speakers great as well. I would highly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null The only thing that's weird about the Tour is that, immediately after you provide a voice command, such as, "Call John Doe", it will respond by saying, "Calling John Doe", then it will immediately say, "Call ended", and then it will start dialing John Doe. I realize that this is a voice command that I am giving to Siri via the Tour and the response is coming back from Siri, but if I take the Tour out-of-the-loop, Siri doesn't say, "Call ended". Instead, Siri immediately dials. The "Call ended" phrase only occurs when using the Tour. But at least it does go ahead and dial the person, so I just ignore the "glitch".

If the device is close to the house and the other device is in use in the house, it shuts down the call. The only way to prevent this is to shut off Jabra or turn off the bluetooth. This is not possible if I don't know if the other person has come home.

Speaker is incredibly good and they have increased the volume so you can hear the caller so much better especially in clarity. If th hey had 10 stars that is what I would rate the Tour at. Excellent product.
