Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Overall, the Jabra Pro 9300 is an excellent headset. The audio quality is top notch and the long battery allows you to go at least an entire day on a single charge. The ability to answer a call by simply taking it off the base stand is really nice. The one area of improvement would be to power the base stand via USB instead of a dedicated power supply - this would make it easier to bring the stand and headset with you when you need to travel to another location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I purchased this product to use with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. It works perfectly. I do not particularly like the lights on the base charging unit. The unit must be attached, by the way, to the PC at all times for it to function. The lights on the base unit are green and blue with different icons that indicate the operating condition of the microphone and the base unit. It is bothersome to me that the blue light is on most of the time.

It's light weigh and doesn't bother ear or head - It's duel purpose and will connect with both Cell phone & Land line which is very handy. - If connecting to land line you may want to purchase accessory so you don't have to lift the receiver before using the headset (wish I would have know in advance so I could have orderred it right away). - Talk time is excellent reducing the need to hook the headset on the docking station.

We are a very busy medical practice with lots of phone through out the day, and were looking for something that would help our staff talk on the phone without hurting their necks and being able to answer the phone away from the desk if need be. And it has done exactly what we are after. The team have been very helpful when we have had questions and we are very happy with the purchase.

Too much noise with the other ear exposed to the ambient environment; I end up using an ear plug to block out the external noise.

I opened a trouble ticket over a week ago, and the best responses I've gotten so far is - "have you tried a different cable to plug it into the usb port?" It's a pity - I had hoped I had a viable solution for phone and video support with this headset. This is not the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Light comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. Longest usage has been about 2 hours straight using about 20% battery. Sound quality excellent for both playback and recording of voice I have not played anything complicated like music through them. Removal of ambient noise is very good. We have a loud talker in our office and his conversations have often been picked up by our previous headsets these completly remove him from the call allowing the person on the phone to be heard and not the chat in the office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null The product is a good product. Working in a busy phone traffic office, it keeps me from getting cramps in my neck holding the phone up to to my ear all the time. It does malfunction a lot. I will click headset to pick up phone and start to dial a number and it will hang up. This will happen 2 or 3 times in a row. I will pick it up to answer the phone and it will just hang back up on the customer.

We have tried all of the channels and settings to minimize it, but there have been real challenges with the problem. We have also found that some settings will leave call quality "Very scratchy" for those on the other end of the call, although the user can't hear it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null It's a nice piece of equipment. However, it is possible to listen to music after connecting buffer for 10 seconds at first connection. I am using the LG G5 and I am not sure whether it is a compatibility problem or a firmware (v0.0.1) problem.
