Warranty expiration date needs fixed
I love my new laptop. The only problem is that I just purchased this in July of 2023 and the warranty shows it was purchased in 2022 and expires 10/2023. Can this be rectified?

Bad design
Notebook pretty reliable ,but sadly the Flip up screen is a poor design. My laptop is just out of warrenty and the Plastic housing around the hinge is starting to come loose. Pretty dissapointing for HP.

Do not recommend product.
I purchased this computer in December 2022 as a replacement laptop. The laptop is noisy and the keyboard is very stiff. Waited too late to return product, now I am stuck with a piece of junk.

Great computer for the money, had an issue with the docking station, you would need to purchase the universal one, because this laptop doesn't have a thunder bolt drivers for c port.

Terribly disappointing experience
The machine wouldn’t start. It took two hours of valuable time to get a service rep to authorize an exchange. Couldn’t be more disappointed in the whole experience.

Great laptop, small complaints.
Why no light up keyboard? And I wish the screen folded flat down for minimal chance of damage occurring. It is however a wonderful machine. 8/10.
