I purchased this corded mouse to replace a Bluetooth model that had begun constantly cutting out and thus needed resetting every couple of minutes. I prefer the precision of a laser mouse over an optical one, and this one works perfectly. I will definitely buy another one when I purchase an additional laptop soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Mouse Tracking I am currently in my English Composition class at the College of DuPage using this mouse in class and it constantly lags and refuses to move smoothly. It has been negatively effecting my productivity in class; I can't concentrate when I have to wait 3 seconds for the mouse icon to match where I moved it. There is also so much give on the mouse itself which is very aggravating. A mouse should glide across the surface it is on, not get stuck on nothing. Overall a horrible mouse; would never buy it myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the intended job. Never having been able to get the hang of a touch pad, I got this to use with my wife's HP laptop. The left and right click, along with the scroll wheel, work just fine. My only critique is that the cord is way too long for what I need. It would be nice if HP offered a unit with, say a 10"-13" cord, or some way to manage neatly bundle the excess cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent cheap mouse Today I bought this mouse for like 750 LKR in here, and found that it works perfectly with my computer without ever requiring drivers installed. It's a plug and play mouse especially designed for Windows operating system. It has like 3 buttons, two main buttons and the middle wheel button. It fits with my hand very well, and works even on rough surfaces. I don't use a mouse pad at all.

The original mouse just ran out of clicks, but after 11 years of faithful service, who's to complain. HP still gives me the best bang for the buck when it comes to computers and computer equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked perfect when first plugged into tower My previous HP mouse has been acting up for some time & I kept stalling on getting a new one. Finally couldn't deal with it any longer. I'm no longer working & also need to replace my computer with a new one for our non-profit (where I do a lot of computer work), but that too has to wait until spring 2020. By then I probably will have pulled out all my hair & ground my teeth to the gums.

Comparing with other HP mice I have used, this model stands out in terms of its design. No edgy bumps between my palm and the mouse. The smooth round contour line at the top perfectly fits my soft cupped palm while the slightly recessed sidelines offer comfort to my fingers. This can be the ultimate design for the computer mouse.
