After about 3 weeks, the copier is failing, with smudged pages. My office cannot get any assistance or resolution froom HP. This was a replacement for an older HP product which worked well for over 6 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRoboMatt from Works well, reliable, prompt.It's only been a few months but the M477 has been a great replacement for our HP8600. The front feed is simple and the print speed excellent. Scanning takes a few extra steps but is so darn quick once it gets going.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRichBee from Where's the Auto Duplex?It's advertised as auto duplex printing, the features include auto-duplex printing, BUT THERE IS NO AUTO DUPLEX PRINTING! Even the user's manual indicates there is only manual duplex printing and the setup options indicate only manual duplex printing. If you need auto duplex printing, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Otherwise it works well.

Print quality is so much better.... only down side was no WIFI with this model. somehow I picked the wrong one out of the 2 I was comparing however I just hardwired it to the network and it works the same way anyways....
