What is my next step?
I'm not sure that I care if my complaint meets your website guidelines. Is it because I am not satisfied with HP that doesn't meet your guidelines. Is this the one and only laser printer you have? I would really like a smaller color laser printer

Great Features!
I purchased this printer to replace my 16 year old HP color printer and I wish I had done it sooner! This printer is a dream - double-sided printing & network ready. It prints 80 invoices in 10 minutes that used to take me an hour. I am thrilled with the quality and overall results that I get with this printer.

Quality printer - horrid support
A couple of things..... Great printer. I ordered it from the HP Store and forgot to add the suite number. There is a couple numbers to call and or send a email. I tried all the numbers which took me to automated NOWHERE. I sent a email which was responded to after the printer had shipped. I finally reached someone in customer service who told me " Well maybe it will show up, I can't do anything as our warehouse has closed for the day. This was 1:30 pm in the afternoon.
The printer set up in a Mac environment - required a new cert - took an hour to figure that one out.
