Poor packing
I ordered 9 cartridges but because the packaging was so poor, it was open when I received it and all but one of the cartridges had fallen out somewhere in the shipping process. Thankfully, they are sending me new cartridges.

difficult
These ink cartridges are difficult to install. took me 4 tries before I could get the cartridge in the exact correct position and I had to push harder than I thought was "safe" to get it there.
