Defective upon arrival
First time HP laptop purchased and defective. This can happen but my rating is based on service. Called support, passed to 3 different people and 4th pass gave a number I had to call. To be told that I needed to mail it for repair. I choose not to repair new and requested replacement. That required me waiting for return call on following day. The story goes on, very disappointing.

My previous laptop (smaller) wasn't enough for my aging eyesight. This is perfect and easy to get used to. Windows 11 - I haven't tackled yet. It is a beautiful machine.

USB-C port not compatible for docking stations
We tried to get a docking sation ready for this laptop, and none of them ( USB-C docking G5, G8 ) worked.
The USB-C on this laptop only provides fast speed!!! NO Display Port mapping
