They only want your money !!!!
As soon as I installed this empty cartridge, My magenta then said empty when it wasn't before replacing the yellow one. It had 140 pages left before replacing it. I am so upset at HP now and will look elsewhere for a friendlier printer to buy after I crush this one. Don't but HP Printer products.

Another timely delivery!
I order two of the four colors needed for my printer. Great communication letting me know when they shipped, when they were to be delivered, and when they arrived. Arrived just in time for some important print jobs to be taken care of for clients!

An excellent HP toner cartridge
I purchased this HP 201X cartridge to replace an identical cartridge when it runs out. I haven't installed or tried out this cartridge but I expect it to work flawlessly like the previous ones that I have purchased from HP.

Good Product/High Price
HP ink cartridges are good, but the price is outrageous. It is no wonder there are refills and knockoffs out there. Your marketing department should consider using price as a tool to increase sales from business you have lost to your competitors.

I have had one other hp printer, the office jet which I gave to my son and it is still working! I am a believer in hp products.

All i did was take out all the replacement cartridges, bought NEW ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT CARTRIDGES from HP. MY PICTURES PRINT OFF GREAT AGAIN. THE HP CARTRIDGES FIXED EVERYTHING. NO MORE SUBSTITUTES FOR ME..........

The cartridges seem to last for exceptionally long periods of time. I'd never order a generic replacement cartridge for my HP printers.

Reason for "4" stars...WHY does a $250 printer "full replacement cartridge set" have to cost almost $500??? I Always return my used cartridges to HP for recycling and reuse...Saves HP $$$ and much better for the environment. However, I get no sizable discount on future cartridge replacements for being a loyal HP consumer and for saving HP $$$!!! Come on HP, give us loyal customers a nice break! ;)
