No one wants to help.
Purchased these cartridges and got "cartridge failure" and "incompatible cartridges". Went online and chated with rep; he just gave me this link to go to that has me ho to other links and anither link, and so on. No remedy for the failures. Attemped to see if cartridges are still under warranty that were purcha

HP 116A Yellow Laser Tone
The HP 116A Yellow Laser Toner arrived and I put it back into my storage closet so I have it available to replace when the current cartridge is spent.

Does NOT work!!!
I have an HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw printer. When I shopped online, i typed HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw to give me the toner option and i purchased it. When i tried in my printer, it says: toner not compatible! It's not fair! The toner offered by the system does not work in my printer!

I never received ink yellow and black It has been a long time Very disappointed from HP I would thought they will ship faster I could have got it from Walmart in two days I am asking for a refund

Yellow toner cartridge
Printer indicated toner cartridge was low. I ordered toner cartridge and replaced it. Printer is now reporting GOOD toner cartridge status. I am now happy also.
